Worst service ever! They forgot my appointment twice (No Call No Show) and it has been nearly a month since they came out and for the past 2 weeks I have been calling and leaving voicemails but they wont return my call.

So professional.. If I ever have a problem with my A.C. they are who I am going to call every time. Would recommend their service 100%.

Great service and great pricing. They did the work quickly and efficiently. I referred them to my neighbors and they are thrilled and saved them $1500.

Great experience, as always, with owners and staff. Quick and honest work conducted by the technicians, again, as always. Look forward to working with Captain Air again in the future.

Very nice folks, came out on a Sunday and promptly diagnosed and repaired our AC problem. Most other places we've tried weren't willing to come until Monday. Thanks for the help.

Amazing & honest guys. They helped us tons on a AC that another company installed with HWA. They came out and not only fixed the issue but explained what was done wrong and showed how much they cared I'm asking for them again!!!

Their employees are seriously awesome. The last guy, Kelby, fixed my problem but still went into my super messy, hot attic to make sure there wasn't anything else wrong. He could have just said he fixed it and left, but he went above and beyond instead. That was awesome. Plus, he was nice to my dog, so that's some kudos too. 😃

Had a cooling issue and had 2 companies out for estimate and diagnostic work. Both companies had different approaches to fixing the problem. I ended up going with the Captain air solution based on it logically sounded like the option to fix the problem vs the other company that seemed to want to pick up easy cash with a fix that probably not have made any difference.

As of today, one week after the work being done, everything is running and cooling correctly. I have been happy with the results and communication from the company

Came out on a Thursday and determined the old unit was a goner after 12 years. They were there at 9:30 the next morning to install my second unit in 3 months (one up and one downstairs). Both times they were efficient, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

I try not to judge businesses too harshly but I'm seriously questioning the 5 star ratings others have given for this company. They were over an hour late for the scheduled appointment AFTER THEY CALLED to request it be scheduled earlier. It took them 3 weeks total to completely fix my air conditioner. They had the part and never called to let me know. I had to keep calling them and push them to come finish the repairs. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because the gentlemen who did the actual repairs had top notch customer service. They were well-mannered, courteous, and efficient. However, I will never use this company again.

Friendly, professional, and fast service! They were a welcome change as we haven't had luck w/ AC companies in the past. I would definitely use them again and recommend them if you need any work done!

We first had Captain Air come out and clean the vents in our home. The two guys that came out were professional, used shoe covers over there shoes or removed them at the door without us having to ask. Little thing, but nice to know they care about tracking in dirt into their customers home.

We have a heat pump and it had been making noise since we moved in and one weekend we came up and the air had died. We contacted Captain Air they came out on a Saturday morning and recommended a new outside unit. Gave me options on leaving the upstairs unit since it was only 5 years old. They gave me options and risk involved.

Two weeks after replacement we had the blower stop working and again they sent someone out to take a look and found a fuse had blown. There had been power spikes during week and this is what took out the fuse. No charge for coming out and replacing the fuse.. Will use them again. Great Service, friendly techs, and Professional.

Captain Air is amazing. We had them do an install of an entirely new system after trying to get a home warranty company to repair a very old one. They truly went above and beyond to help us make sure we were making the right decision, informing us very well of both the pros and cons of what the warranty company wanted to do. They made sure of the proper size, and helped us with exactly what we wanted and needed. The owners and every one of their employees conduct themselves with such a decorum, knowledge, and ability. My husband and I felt like we were joining a family using their services. I truly cannot say enough good about them and have already recommended them to everyone I know.

Captain Air is my official go-to for HVAC anything. I've used them for repairs and full system replacement for two different properties. Honest people and fair prices - highly recommend!

My review of Captain Air Heating and Cooling is a few months late. These guys are professional and friendly staff. I have replaced one of the units with Willard AC and the other one installed by Captain Air Heating and Cooling. Both 2 stage units. I researched and found that both Trane and American Standard are made by the same company. At the end of the day, I felt good that I have American Standard AC unit at a fair price with good installation and meeting the latest specs. I am ready to get a quote on my third unit from these guys. I wish I remembered the installers. They worked hard with great follow-up. Thank you

I’m so happy with the service I received from Lyons A/C. Our unit went out in 100 degree temps and they were able to come out the same day for diagnostics and repair. The young man who did the repairs was courteous, professional and quick to diagnose the issue. They have definitely won my business!
