Lyons kept me informed and up to date on the time that the technician was to be here. Richard was my technician and he was very good at his job. He was respectful and courteous and he made sure that he put on his "booties" before coming into the house. He went into the att I can and checked everything out and then he went outside checked the equipment outside. He came back in and gave me a run down on all that he had done. Super nice and engaging young man. I will be using Lyons in the future.

He’s very knowledgeable and he told me things I didn’t know that should be doing during the winter time when ice is over so that was very opening for me and I think I’m very much for it

Thankfully David S came out to repair our AC without trying to oversell. He was prompt, honest and knowledgeable, showing pictures and explanations for what was required. Reasonable pricing and will use Lyons for future needs.

Where do I begin!! This company Lyons air conditioning and heating AKA THE LIAR!! Came to my home and replaced a air conditioning unit which I paid almost $4,000 on I’ve been having nothing but issues with.The unit was supposedly new and is still under warranty. However, it keeps going out every year since it’s been installed. At this point I don’t believe this will ever get resolved I just want to let everyone know beware of this company. Don’t waste your money! Use at your own risk!

We have been regular customers of Lyons in Rockwall since 2022, but their service has gone sharply downhill since then. The control board on our attic furnace went out two weeks ago, and the first technician who responded ordered a new one. After waiting several days for the part to arrive (with no AC in the house) the technician returned but was unable to make the install (he seemed new and very inexperienced). We then had to wait two more days--still without AC--for his supervisor to come do the work. The supervisor, John, responded and "repaired" the unit, which is now struggling to run and can't fully cool down the house. We have since discovered that Lyons was recently bought out by Service Star, which also bought out Lex Air. In the overall process, it became very clear that have a very limited number of experienced technicians (what they call supervisors) for all of Service Star's DFW companies. It also became clear that they consider their front-line technicians to be in training, because they told us that they were using our situation as a "training opportunity." Throughout this experience, there was never evidence of care or concern for us, their customers. They were uncommunicative and unorganized (we had to make 9 calls to them just to figure out if they were coming back, what the problem was, etc.). And more than once, different people from this company told us contradictory things about scheduling and part ordering. After this experience, we will never use any of these companies.

Excellent customer service from sales with Paul to installation with Enrique and Junior.
Paul was very attentive, returned calls promptly and made sure I made the best decision for my circumstance.. the installation team was polite, worked quickly and efficiently. They were also very respectful of my property , wore shoe covers when indoors and did an excellent job cleaning up when done. The office staff is also polite, friendly and efficient, always followed up when necessary. A big thank you to everyone at Lyons.

Our HVAC system needed the blower wheel and condenser cleaned. David S. is very familiar with our system and did a perfect job. David always goes above and beyond. He is always professional and very friendly and always represents his company.

The technician was very knowledgeable & polite.He also advised me how to set my settings on the unit. Several things were going on at the time, I don't remember the technician name, but I he is rewarded for his knowledge and service.

I had an excellent experience with David S. as my technician! He clearly communicated everything and explained the issues. He was transparent about pricing before doing any of the work. He gave an option for. fixing the issue and an additional option that would improve the unit more long term. I also got better pricing by joining the cool club, which gives me peace of mind for any future need since our unit is going on 9 years.

Lyons was also good with communication with scheduling and fit me into the schedule quickly!

I recently switched to Lyons because they are a local company and had a great price on the replacement of 1 of our 2 14 y/o AC units, My first Fall service for both units was done by David. All I can say is ask for HIM!!
