I just want to give a shout out to an HVAC company that I would highly recommend! MHC Air Services was quick to get me on schedule and come service my unit. The original quote seemed high, but they promised me that they would not do anything additional that wasn’t necessary. They verified that the part I needed was still under warranty and only charged me for labor. The technician was polite, clean with his work and didn’t waste time. At the end, my issue was resolved quickly and the charge was significantly less than expected. I appreciate when a company “under promises and over delivers”.

Whoever drives this truck almost hit my car today! They tried to get over while i was turning into my lane! Then had the nerve to blow the horn , like i was in the wrong. You should’ve been got in the turning lane, not at the last minute when you see a vehicle turning.

MHC came out to my house today, and they were a LIFESAVER! My air conditioning went out and they came out and fixed right away! All communication was beyond awesome. Highly recommended! 5 star!!

I called them for a second opinion for some HVAC issues we were having. The original company I had out said that I needed a new outside AC/ Heat unit. My brother -in-law suggested Metro. After a cold snap in which we had to put the heat on the “AUX” heat came on right away which it shouldn’t do, then when we turned the AC back on it wouldn’t come on, the outside unit wasn’t running. After much persistence the tech was in contact with his boss and the team leader. After looking at the inside unit ( which we had replaced 3 months ago) by the original company I called, he looked inside the thermostat and noticed that there was a switch that turned the heat pump on/off. Once he switched it back on the “AUX” turned off and went back to regular heat. THANK YOU METRO and THANK YOU Luis R. For your persistence!!!!!

MHC has the best customer service and most professional technicians! They are quick to get to you in an emergency and very willing to work with you when scheduling your annual maintenance appointments. Highly recommend.

Called Metro wanting a complete system check this morning. First available was this afternoon between 3 & 5 pm. Tech arrived @ 4:15 pm. Announced his name
was Eddie and began working immediately. 40 minutes later Eddie had completely checked our system inside & out as well. Eddie presented the invoice for $99.00 and I paid with a credit card.

I called MHC to troubleshoot a heating problem with our recently installed HVAC system. Not only did they agree to send a technician, the technicians travelled in snowy conditions on a weekend. I did not expect that type of exceptional service considering the circumstances. The system was repaired and I’m comfortable in recommending MHC to other potential customers. They are great! Good communication, good price. Tech came, they ordered the part, got it next business day and day after that my unit was back up and running. We need A/C in the winter time down in Texas!

MHC really saved the day for my family and I! Our heater went out, which we worried it would be hard to get fixed quickly with the upcoming ice expected for the DFW area - so my first call was to MHC. Taylor helped get me on the schedule and had a technician (Eddie) at my house the SAME DAY! Eddie was thorough during his checks and balances of the unit and explained everything to us, in a way that we could completely understand. After everything was fixed and working again, I again worked with Taylor and her service manager Joe, and they worked their magic and got us the best deal for the repairs. I highly recommend MHC to anyone who is looking for honest and trustworthy service!
