if I could give 20 stars or more, I would. Thank you Mrs. Donna and Mr. Dusty for helping our family in a pinch when our upstairs unit stopped working. Thank you also for providing considerable care and professionalism in maintaining our unit to the best of it's ability and providing best practices. it's everything a homeowner could ever ask for. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

We have had them out several times to fix our ac, they costed us $8000 for a new coil and compressor and it went out in less than 24 hours, since then, they’ve sent 3 people with 3 different reasons as to why it’s not working, all contradicting one another and lastly since our last complaint, they sent the police to our house because of an “altercation” which never occurred, the only thing that occurred was our house hold questioning why they’d treat a 30 year plus customer this way and now they refuse to come back and fix it! Highway robbery, they took our 8 grand and ran, DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE A JOKE!!! ABSOLUTELY ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY ARE LIARS! DO NOT USE HONEA AIR FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER!!!

I had Honea Air set up my new a/c system and I was very happy with their service. They were friendly and explained everything they were doing. Price was very reasonable and I was very pleased with the whole experience. Thank you Honea Air!

We bought our home new 2013. Once a year or every two years I’ve had our unit checked. I learned more in one visit from Keith than all the previous service checks combined. Very knowledgeable, open with information (about his work and the A/C industry in general) VERY REASONABLE COST.

He answered his phone and was a available after six with no overtime fees involved!!! He is affordable and showed up on time!!! I will use him again and would recommend him to anyone!!!

We have used Keith at Rockwall Air for years now. We can’t say enough good things. He has saved us so much money and we trust that when we REALLY need a new unit he will tell us.

$13200 , That's what Keith saved me over the proposal from A#1. Just replaced the contactor, instead of entire HVAC. Draw your own conclusions. Need I say more.
