D&E is honest, reliable, responsive, and fairly priced. They took the time to explain everything to us that we didn’t understand, and did not try to sell us things we don’t need. I told them what I was trying to do and they came back with options and explained the benefits and drawbacks of each which allowed me to pick and chose the components at the pricing levels that made sense for me. They also assessed where my system was inefficient and offered suggestions on how to help it operate more efficiently. In a business that is littered with companies trying to upsell or sell things you don’t need at exorbitant prices, D&E is trustworthy and will do exactly what they say, when they say, at the price they quote you. We will be using them for all our HVAC needs going forward.

They installed a new condenser and coil, and installed radiant barrier and new insulation in the attic in just 2 days. They also put in a new larger return as the returns we had were not efficient. .

They were very responsive and professional. I had received estimates from other companies and all said I had to replace my unit. D & E diagnosed the issue and repaired the problem! They saved us thousands! They quality of work was outstanding and they really catered to our needs and got our system running and cool in no time!!

Danny was very responsive and was able to install a unit quicker than any other company we reached out to. He came out the same day we called him when no other companies were able to come out the same day and he found a unit for us before any other company could. We appreciate his quick work!! He was very professional and honest! I will definitely refer him to any family or friend!

So glad I called D&E. One of my units bit the dust and the other units needed their yearly servicing. Robert and Judson were able to come within a day or so, do the servicing, and order the new unit. They thought it would be in the next week, but it came in days early. They got right on it and got everything working again that day. They were so professional and very courteous. They worked their behinds off in the heat without stopping, except to get lunch. I am very happy with not only their work, but how they worked. 11/10 would recommend.

So glad I called D&E! My usual A/C guy was slow at responding and showing up (days or weeks later) and Danny showed up same day within hours of calling him!! He was so professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend him.

D & E worked with my home warranty company to get me two new furnaces to replace my old ones that have not been working adequately for some time. They gave me reasonable prices on them and came and installed them in a timely and professional manner. I am very pleased with Danny’s professionalism and being a respectable gentleman to me. He even sent me photos of my furnaces in the attic so I could see what they installed. I totally recommend them for any job you have.

Danny is the best in terms of figuring out the issue and giving the best solution for your problem. He knows what he’s doing and can respond quickly to any emergency. I used him for an AC blow out this past storm we had in Texas and he not only got my whole unit changed out ASAP, he did it at a reasonable cost and got it covered by insurance. Top notch service.

Danny with D &E hearing and air showed up same day and on time. He just left and it’s 10:33 pm he was professional and new what he was doing . He figured out the issue advised of the charge which was less than what I anticipated and fixed it . We chatted about kids and grandkids and he was very down to earth , friendly and easy to talk to. He will be the new Ac guy for this house hold. If you Ac is acting up or needs a good cleaning or replacing I suggest you reach out to D $ E heating and Air for all your AC needs. Don’t fall for the other guys charging a $199 emergency fee to show up. He had two more jobs after leaving my house . I just want to share! Danny and his team did a fabulous job on our evaporator coil. Price almost sounded too good to be true but it isn’t! Great customer service! and Great prices is what you get when you choose Danny! I fully recommend their services!

We had to replace our AC system after buying our house in 2020. We had problems with that system partially replaced under a home warranty and the other half by One Hour Air. We had constant problems with the system for years.

D&E Heating & Air came out diagnosed the problem as a leak, which was missed by One Hour Air twice, and fixed the system for us. They then recommended just replacing the whole system. After years of struggling with the AC repairs and high electricity bills ($500 in August) we were ready to rip everything out and replace it.

D&E made this process incredibly easy. The technicians were experts and most importantly honest. There were no high pressure sales tactics. He was transparent about financing and additional costs it brings. Switching to D&E Heating & Air was truly a Five Star experience. I cannot recommend them enough.

Danny came out to one of the properties I manage, and after doing a thorough investigation he determined that it was best if we change the AC System as it was 23 years old and was not working properly anymore. He installed a brand new 3 ton Trane Gas System for me. The installation crew was very professional and worked diligently to get my system installed 24 hours after my old AC stopped working. I could not recommend Danny and his team more. It is obvious that he has over 20 years of experience working on AC based on his expertise. I have been in property management for the last 7 years, and it is the most invaluable asset one can have to have a reliable AC Company that is truthful, prompt, and willing to do whats best for the customer. I look forward to continue using them on my future AC needs. Highly recommend them to anyone that is in need of AC help! Also a bonus, D&E is a small business that is family owned and operated. If I could give these guys 6 stars, I would. Danny and his team are absolutely awesome. He reached out to me directly as soon as my landlord called them to come look at my AC and was incredibly friendly and communicative throughout the process. He kept me informed, was very timely, and replaced my entire AC system (outside and attic unit) in just a few hours once he got the green light from my landlord. He went above and beyond, following up with me after the system was replaced to make sure it was working properly. These guys are professional, trustworthy and take great pride in their work. Danny had his crew out twice in one day (over a holiday weekend, no less) after a different company failed to fix the AC issue we were experiencing. We are very pleased with the level of service, communication and price Danny provided.
