Erick is great! I had an emergency at my parent’s home. They are elderly and my dad is in critical health conditions. Their A/C went out and Erick took care of my parents with urgency and care! Price was excellent and he did not overcharge for priority service and extra care! I highly recommend him.

My air went out a few days ago. I have/ pay for home warranty service. Needless to say, I was given an outrageous quote for (out of pocket) repair. Fortunately, a friend referred me to this company. After speaking with Danny, he worked me in his schedule promptly. The problem was diagnosed/repaired with such efficiency, competency, professionalism. Being a home owner (female) can sometimes encourage workers to be dis-honest about the real problem and costs. I feel like I have been blessed. Danny was very fair and honest. AC went out Thursday night a few weeks ago, heard back immediately from D&E and had an appointment the next day. Whole process was very transparent, was shown the leak in the evaporator coil by the tech, and had my unit replaced that weekend. No issues, owner is great!

We noticed a rising temperature situation the night before. In the morning I called D&E when the thermostat was struggling to maintain 8 degrees above thermostat set number. The technician came out asap to inspect our old Rheem unit and diagnose the issue. The technician was on-time, professional and very thorough upon his diagnosis. One of the heat pump lines had spring a massive leak and would require a repair to correct. After being informed the cost of the repair and giving us options to save money we inquired about the replacement of our almost 9yr old heat pump/air conditioning unit. The replacement unit was a far better value to replace then to repair. Now the question was logistics and parts availability and when could the company come back to replace it. We have elder family members close to 90yrs old in the house and currently in Texas the daytime temps approach 100F easily. The office was able to expedite the quote, secure highly rated Carrier unit AND install it the same day! They advised us they would give us priority status due to the occupants in our household and the fact we our a single unit home (only 1 A/C unit). The technician Danny came out at 7:00pm and stayed to the completion of the job until 10:30pm at night!!! This type of service and professionalism cannot be more appreciated. They even followed up with us the following day to ensure all was well. They also sent us emails regarding the warranty registration they would fill out for us with Carrier to make certain the 10yr warranty was taken care of. In the middle of a early summer heat wave in Texas to get a HVAC company to come the same day is amazing let alone diagnose, secure parts and replace/repair the same day is unheard of all at a super competitive price. We thank D&E for keeping my family cool and my abuelita safe. Keep up the amazing work. You guys earned a customer for life

Danny from D&E Heating & Air, LLC was the absolute BEST experience I ever had with any heating & air company. They do everything right, and I truly mean RIGHT! Danny goes the extra mile more than any service provider I have ever seen in any industry. My wife needed a/c help after 1AM and called Danny. He talked with us and helped us remotely at first to ensure certain this were in place. He would have come out right away for a higher charge or we could choose a lesser charge if we waited in the morning, so we waited until morning. Danny came and knew exactly what was happening with our a/c until from our talks with him after 1AM hours before. He left our home to get the right parts, came back, installed everything on our 20 year old system, which was old and wouldn't last long. He fixed it and it worked, but eventually we realized we needed a brand new heating and a/c system, which Danny and his D&E team installed to perfection in 4 to 5 hours. Danny let us use portable a/c window units to help us keep cool and that was a tremendous blessing. Talk about going the extra mile. They know what they are doing. This is a company you can trust to be honest and offer fair prices for repairs on completely new a/c unit installments.
I highly recommend with 5 Stars. If 10 Starts were possible, I would give them a perfect 10.

Danny worked with me when I had no AC for 2 days. As soon as he received my work order he got in touch with me. Even though all his men were out doing other jobs, he made it out later that night so I didn’t have go another night without AC. On time on point and his men were very polite and did the job very quickly. Would definitely use them again if ever needed and would recommend all my friends and family to him. Once again thank you!

Danny and his team far exceeded my expectations when replacing my current ac system. I bought a house back in April and the existing unit was undersized but 50%. I found Danny on a Facebook group and called to schedule a walk through appointment. He was very knowledgeable and personable, very professional. Life got crazy and I prolonged my replacement for a few months. We kept in contact and finally in October 2022 I was ready to move forward with the unit swap. My job was a bit more complicated because they had to run new copper to support the new unit and they had to relocate the unit outside which involved many extra steps. Throughout the whole process Danny was very kind and informative of what what going to take place and what steps he was taking to ensure I had the perfect installation. He was very patient and answered all of my questions that helped me to alleviate any concerns that popped up. Danny is a man of his word and will do whatever it takes to make sure his clients are comfortable with the process. His attention to detail was like none I have seen in the trade business. He wants to ensure his work is done properly the first time and if that takes 2 extra hours that’s ok. Danny does it right! He even laid out drop cloths throughout the entire interior of the house he needed to access and even went above and beyond by sweeping the inside of the house after he was complete with the work. In addition to this, Danny is just a really nice guy and easy to talk to. He and I could easily carry on for hours if we had the time. He shared stories with me about his family, vacations, kids off to college, etc. You can tell he is just an honest, great guy. I have been incredibly pleased with my purchase and am so blessed I found him. I highly recommend D&E Heating and AC for any HVAC project, big or small. I haven’t had any issues so far, but I have no doubt that if I called him with a problem, he would be here as quickly as possible. Danny earned a customer for life and I hope that he continues to find success by treating clients honestly snd fairly. If you are needing any HVAC repair or replacement work, save your self the time and energy and call him now. There is no need to shop around, you are going to get the best quality system / install for the most fair price. Nobody out there will come close to the price, value, and service you will receive. A/C issues are stressful enough, but Danny explained every step of the process. So, I understood what was going on. He showed me the problem and explained the part's purpose and why it needed to be replaced. He also educated me about maintaining the unit. Overall a great experience.
