Keith is awesome! He came out within a couple of hours from my call, quickly fixed the loose wire and gave me tips on the care and maintenance of my unit. His charge for a weekend visit was very reasonable. I highly recommend him!

I was experiencing drainage issues with my A/C unit and several other contractors had recommended a new system. Keith determined the system did not need to be replaced and was able to correct the problem at minimal charge. We highly recommend Keith Warneke, owner of Rockwall Air! We called Keith on a Monday and he was able to work us in that same day. We had a broken condensation pipe that was in a hard to reach area in the attic. He was able to come out and repair the pipe the same day. He was very helpful and knowledgable about a separate AC issue that has been an ongoing problem for many years. Keith provided us with tips to alleviate this problem! On top of this, he did the repair at no cost to us! We will be calling him for any future AC problems that come up.

Keith was very informative and took his time explaining to me how the system works and what needed to be repaired. He successfully secured the needed part that was in very short supply and installed it and had the AC working again by the end of the day. His charge was $350 cheaper than one quote I had and over $500 cheaper than another quote I had. He is honest and doesn’t take advantage of those he helps. I had a problem with my AC unit. I was able to call and get a service call in one day. The courteous response to my concern was very appreciated. I was informed what the warranty would pay and what was out of pocket for me. They went beyond my expectations and got my system repaired. What was really exceptional was the no-pressure, professional service. I highly recommend D&E for all your HVAC needs!

Our technician was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He had the air conditioner up and running in minutes replacing one part. They called as they were on their way and were inside the promised time frame. I don't know that I have ever had a service experience go so well. You can't get much better than that! Being in Texas it's HOT and when our air condition when out almost two weeks it wasn't a good day. Temperatures were in the upper 90's last week and we called our warranty company they sent someone out but they never turned the paperwork back to the warranty for their approval to start the job. So now it's a week later we decided to have them call someone else out and I'm so glad they did! The people at D&E Heating and Air were here in and 2 days later we have a new air condition and are very cool! The individuals I worked with were all very polite and helpful. The girl in the office called each time there was an update as did the gentleman who came out. I'm very pleased with their service and will recommend them to my friends and family.

Thank you to Danny and his crew for the quick response and replacement of my new HVAC unit. Danny even helped over the phone to instruct us on how to use AUX heat during the ice storm! His price was more than fair and he followed up with instructions on how to operate the system!

The service I received is second to none. My air went out on a Friday, Danny recharged my old system immediately and installed my new system the following Monday. I would recommend D&E Air to anyone.

These guys are the best!! We had multiple people come to see what the problem was and keep charging use for nothing done ,still no ac. D & E guys came out told me the hard truth that our unit was bad and let us in the right direction to purchase and install new unit! I called Danny because our normal guy didn’t respond and I want to just say, wow. He responded to my call first time AND was able to make it out towards my house same day. Me and my husband both liked him. He was very personable and kind.
