I came home from picking up prescriptions for my husband and came home that it’s hot inside the house more than usual, we thought our unit stopped working , I called and text Mr. Keith ( owner), he came ASAP and told us nothing wrong except it’s just triple digits out there . I should have known better after living in Texas for 40 plus years.Thank you for responding right away Rockwall Air!Highly recommended.👍

Amazingly honest, thorough, and responsive. Actually came in under his initial quote - which was a good price to start with. His crew that did the installation was great as well. Wish I could find a plumber, an electrician, and a bathroom remodeler that was as good!

WOW. Keith From Rockwall Air saved the Barron family $6100! Another AC company told us our unit had rusty coils, a freon leak, our drain needed to be blown out and it would be less expensive if we just bought a new unit. So I called around for bids and keith came out and laughed. He found my leak, flushed the drain, filled it with freon (for $35 a pound... the other guy was charging $150) and showed me that coils are made out of copper...THEY DON"T RUST! He told me my unit should run for ten more years since it's a TRANE! What a blessing to have an honest businessman in Rockwall! If you need AC work don't even call anyone else..just call Keith.

Keith delivered as promised. Great crew, no mess, fast install. Keith installs a bullet proof Trane system and steers you away from the add ons and extras that other companies push. Very pleased with the results. You won't be sorry by going with Keith.

We didnt get a chance to work with Rockwall Air because they do mainly remodel work. However, If I could convince him to do our new work we would! Very honest! Highly recommend. And this is just from phone conversation.

Keith came out late in the day and checked my unit in my new home. Nothing was wrong with it he was honest and even told me how to clean my unit myself. Rockwall air is my AC company forever!

MOST important attribute in HVAC repair is HONESTY!! Yes, I get it, the repair person must be skilled, knowledgeable, & thorough, BUT, U can get that with MANY service companies. What u NEVER KNOW is whether u’ve been charged more $$$ for unneeded repairs. HOWEVER, ROCKWALL AIR (Keith), has serviced my home multiple times in the past 12yrs & on two occasions found MY MISTAKES created the problem. Keith quickly corrected them. He would NOT accept payment!! He educated me, spent his time & gas but refused payment for a “simple fix”! (He’s done this twice now!!) I trust him Explicitly! I’ve worked for Carrier Corp, delt with MANY service companies & before I met this gentleman, I was VERY skeptical! There are plenty of competent & excellent service providers but so VERY VERY FEW TRUSTWORTHY. To back my opinion, I recommended Rockwall Air to my elderly Mother! TRUSTWORTHY

My outside unit stop working Friday night...Kieth was on the job Saturday morning. He was professional, honest on time and the price was great. Its rare that one would find an honest courteous and skilled tech of kind.I would recommend Rockwall Air 100%.

Called Keith and he came out the same day. He was professional, punctual and explained the problem. He repaired the problem the same day and I feel the price was reasonable. He also gave us tips for the future regarding our unit. I would highly recommend Rockwall Air!

Without a doubt,Rockwall air/ Keith is the best in this part of the town. My ac unit, little old, stopped working and he came out right away on the sunday/memorial weekend holiday and fixed it immediately. Replaced control board and thermostat.
He is trustworthy and extremely courteous.

I picked Keith to look at my system which would not fire up in the weeks just before Christmas. I chose him based on the reviews I had read. Well......glad I did! Very personable, honest, and knowledgeable Keith came to my home the day before Christmas and immediately replaced a small piece of the unit which had burned out, and charged me $150--what a deal! Thanks Keith--I will certainly spread the word in the Rockwall area!

Keith came out on a Sunday, got here in 40 mins, fixed my unit(my filter was almost two years overdue to be changed) 😅 Rookie mistake! but he charged me very very reasonably and way less than I thought he would! he was super sweet and informative! Thank you thank you!! Me and my huskies are so happy with the cold air working again! :)) highly recommend!

We have worked with Keith multiple times. He has a honest work ethic and functional approach to AC repair, lacking in other larger companies. If it isn't broke-don't fix it. As a single owner/operator, he spends more time explaining and educating clients, which I respect. As a first time owner of a older home he has helped us numerous times, sometimes coming out late at night and not charging for a simple fix. He is our go to for all things AC. I would highly recommend him without any reservations.

When you make the call, you get to talk to Keith the owner, the same person that shows up at your door to complete the job. I selected Rockwall Air based on Google+ reviews and I joined Google+ just now to submit a review of my own. Keith was very informative and was able to explain how the air conditioner worked to help my understanding of what not to do. He also showed me what I can do to improve the effectiveness of my system, which should help my electric bill. I will be a repeat customer when and I will recommend Rockwall Air to my friends.

We called many places and they all were unable to get to us until much later the next day but Keith came out quickly and once he got to our home he fixed the problem within 10 minutes and checked for any other problems and spent time giving us tips on how to better save money and cool our home. Stop searching and call Rockwall Air! We have used many different HVAC companies over the years and never in my lifetime has anyone been so honest and transparent. We are about to give the green light for another company to replace an old HVAC system. Something just didn't feel right, so I called Keith and got a quote for the exact same unit, size, tonnage & seer for $6k LESS than what I was quoted with our (now previous) 'go to' company. We will forever be a Rockwall Air family and if you call them, you will be too!

We had a quote from another competitor for $1500 to repair a 4 year old AC unit. Keith came out and told us we had a small leak in valve and all it had to do was be tightened. All he charged for was the freon and the service call. Super honest and is trustworthy in our book. He has our business going forward and I wish more companies would take notice. He’s independent and depends on his reputation and you can tell.
