David S. Is a great technician, who explains things very well and is thorough in his work. He takes pride in what he does and doesn’t rush through the job.

David S was the best. He took the time to explain everything and give me all options. I appreciate his patience and would be happy to have him as my service professional again. With so many companies looking for exceptional workers, I am glad to see that Lyons keeps the good ones.

Paul was very attentive, returned calls promptly and made sure I made the best decision for my circumstance.. the installation team was polite, worked quickly and efficiently. They were also very respectful of my property , wore shoe covers when indoors and did an excellent job cleaning up when done. Our HVAC system needed the blower wheel and condenser cleaned. David S. is very familiar with our system and did a perfect job. David always goes above and beyond. He is always professional and very friendly and always represents his company.

The technician was very knowledgeable & polite.He also advised me how to set my settings on the unit. Several things were going on at the time, I don't remember the technician name, but I he is rewarded for his knowledge and service.

I had an excellent experience with David S. as my technician! He clearly communicated everything and explained the issues. He was transparent about pricing before doing any of the work. He gave an option for. fixing the issue and an additional option that would improve the unit more long term. I also got better pricing by joining the cool club, which gives me peace of mind for any future need since our unit is going on 9 years.

Lyons was also good with communication with scheduling and fit me into the schedule quickly!

I recently switched to Lyons because they are a local company and had a great price on the replacement of 1 of our 2 14 y/o AC units, My first Fall service for both units was done by David. All I can say is ask for HIM!!

Conner was our tech and he went above and beyond to met our needs. There was a miscommunication either job however Conner went to get the supplies he needed and did the job rather than rescheduling for another day. He was thorough and so kind. We’re very grateful for his worth ethic and Lyons Heat and Air service.

The service tech was top notch. Friendly, informative, helpful, knew what he was doing and could explain things very well, and got the job done and under 2 1/2 hours. That includes having to go and get the part. All in all, he did a great job.

Shoutout to Conner Cordell from Lyons Heating and Air! Instead of just resetting the breaker and seeing our heat turn on he kept checking until he identified the problem. The problem with our heat pump was not obvious and he really took his time to figure out what was going on. He explained everything that needed to be fixed and even helped me transfer our HVAC warranty into our name (it was still under the previous home owners name).

He also helped me with figuring out how to get our HVAC running more efficiently and identified some totally blocked vents that we got cleared and running. Very responsive and helpful. We’ll be calling Lyons for all our future HVAC needs!

Jose Martinez was awesome he is a very dedicated tech. & he did not leave until he checked everything out throughly he ran test on our unit until he figured out what was causing our compressor to shut off he took pictures & got with his supervisor to get a new compressor ordered. As far as the cost questions below this was a brand new unit so it was still under warranty.

Kyle came out for our winter tune-up and was fantastic. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly so we could better understand our system. It was a pleasure to have someone like Kyle service us, and we hope to see him again in the future. He is a great asset to your team!
