MHC really saved the day for my family and I! Our heater went out, which we worried it would be hard to get fixed quickly with the upcoming ice expected for the DFW area - so my first call was to MHC. Taylor helped get me on the schedule and had a technician (Eddie) at my house the SAME DAY! Eddie was thorough during his checks and balances of the unit and explained everything to us, in a way that we could completely understand. After everything was fixed and working again, I again worked with Taylor and her service manager Joe, and they worked their magic and got us the best deal for the repairs. I highly recommend MHC to anyone who is looking for honest and trustworthy service!

Every time someone comes out it isn't about "upgrading" or trying to get me to spend thousands of dollars. They are HONEST, and you don't see that anymore. Fix what's broken and nothing more.

I have done business with Honea Air for over 20 years and I have always been satisfied with their work. Pricing is reasonable and prompt service has always been of importance to me.

At 3:30 on Friday afternoon my AC stopped working. I called Honea Air and they sent a repairman out. AC was up and running before 5:30. I had had this level of service from them for over 8 years.

So, my fairly new a/c stopped blowing cold air suddenly one day and I thought it would be a quick fix as it usually is something minor. After 3 different techs checked it out and I discussed it with Adam they were sure that the return duct was pulling in attic air even though we couldn't see an opening. After some cramped attic crawling I found the separated duct, taped it back together and all is good. It had us all baffled for a while because it was well hidden and everything was checking out.
All of the guys were diligent and eager to find the problem. I was especially relieved when I told Adam I thought it wasn't "fixable" and he said it's definitely fixable and he would stay on it until it was working properly even if he had to bring a manufacturer rep out there.
Good old fashioned small town service? I reckon we're blessed with that but this is how they've always helped me with my a/c issues for 18 years now.
