Our Pool guy Tyler shows up like clockwork, and jumps right to the tasks without fooling around or wasting time. The pool is always swim-ready, and this company walked me through the whole winterization and off season maintenance of the pool, even though it meant I would not require their weekly service for at least 6 months. Pool services have failed me by offering a service but never following through . I called on a Tuesday because the 4th of July was that coming Saturday they were out the following day and had my pool very presentable and that was after a long year of neglect. I recommend them highly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Elite Pools and Spa of renovated my pool in 2018 (Deerfield W. Plano) and provided a great service. On a recent service request to replace my pool pump. Excellent response and service. What a jewel!!!

Once we made our decisions and got contract settled, work got started in a few days! The pool actually looks better than when it was new! Corteous and clean. Plaster with 20% quartz.

do these guys get the job done? yes they do. if you have something you want them to do and it involves a pool, they can probably do it and do it well. actually the fact that they are so good at what they do is what makes this review a 4 star. if it wasn't for how amazing they are when it comes to pool maintenance and upkeep this would be a 2 star review or lower. why? their customer service and just dealing with the customer. angelo seems like a nice enough guy but is nearly impossible to get a hold of. finally when you do get ahold of him he does make sure to schedule you and stuff. his workers...well they don't seem to be in love with their job. they come out, do the work without any smiles, and then leave.

overall, again 4 stars because its hard to get them on the line but they do great work.

Angelo and his team remodeled our pool and did a fantastic job! Replaced the bullnose brick with flagstone, redesigned our spa to have a waterfall, replastered and new tile and replaced our lights with LED. Outstanding job...we are very pleased and neighbors have nothing but complements. Thanks Elite Pools!

All of Elite’s people worked extremely hard to address any concerns I had during the course of the pool renovation. Very professional and responsive. They completed the job sooner than I expected. I highly recommend these people for renovations and repairs.

Elite Pools did a great job for us replacing the mastic around the pool and deck. They were very reasonable on price, always on time and quick to complete the job. Very professional folks and I would certainly recommend them.

The technician was great. He showed up on time, quickly took care of my issue created by construction debris and left everything in beatiful condition. I will definitely call Elite in the future for my pool needs. Great JOB!!

The owner Angelo remodeled a pool at one of my rental property about a year ago and I’m still having to spend a lot of money and time to fix and undo everything they did. They installed the cheapest out of date materials and equipment which broke down and burned out right away. I have had several other pool experts and pool repair companies tell me that the equipment they installed is discontinued and low grade quality equipment in the industry. He basically ripped me off and I’m looking into serious legal action at this point.

Not the same company it was a couple years ago. Do *NOT* use them for any repair work unless you have a few extra thousand bucks to throw away. Apparently their pool folks get paid like $300 per hour (plus another $150 in overhead).

Our original pool filter and some of the plumbing was leaking badly. Angelo got somebody out right away and it was replaced within 2 days for a fair price. They will definitely be our go-to pool experts!
