Reviews of local pros in Rockwall, Texas

We love our new mini pebble. It has brought our pool back to life. The work was completed quickly and is something we will enjoy for years. I highly recommend Elite!

I HIGHLY recommend Elite Swimming Pool & Spa. We were ready to have this pool filled in but Elite made it brand new again!!! I called several companies, left messages and even spoke to some who said they would come out to see what repairs needed to be done. NO ONE CALLED BACK OR SHOWED UP except for Angelo at ELITE!! He was friendly, knowledgeable, stayed in contact, responded quickly to text messages and was there to HELP us!! Thank you ELITE Swimming Pool & Spa.....But mostly THANK YOU ANGELO!!!!!

Awesome job on our remodel. Angelo is very responsive and very much a perfectionist. They were there on time every day and worked long hours to get the job done. When we asked for some changes in the middle, they worked with us no problem! They do amazing stone and tile work--our pool looks great. They also worked an extra day on preparing our pool for plaster as our last plaster job ended up with hollow spots. I am confident we won't have that issue with Elite. And finish work was attended to by Angelo personally, where his attention to detail was so valuable. I would highly recommend them for your pool remodel. Honest, trustworthy, good at what they do and they do the job right and are not satisfied until the customer is.

Elite Pools resurfaced our pool 10/2023 for a fair price. The work was done as scheduled and, most importantly, the follow-up over the next 3 weeks was outstanding. I highly recommend contacting Angelo about your pool needs.

Elite did a complete remodel Coping, Tile and Plaster on our 17 yr old pool. They did a great job. finished in less then 2 weeks. I got 5 bids on the work Elite was competitive on the price, I choose Elite based on the reviews I read, and I was not disappointed. Angelo responded to all texts and phone calls quickly, He answered all my questions and took care of every aspect of the remodel perfectly. We love our new pool.

Replaced tiles around top edge. Repaired coping bricks. Angelo was very responsive, good to communicate promptly and clearly. Juan drained pool one day, removed old tiles second day, placed new tiles and grouted third day and was done. He is an artist at his work. Cleaned up the site completely. Angelo came after pool filled to vacuum, clear surface debris and add chemicals. Very, very polite and respectful. Would recommend to anyone.

My wife and I are so happy with our swimming pool improvements. Our 40yr old pool needed a face-lift. I reached out to Elite Swimming Pool & Spa Service for help. I had a phone conversation with Angelo. It was a very engaged and informative conversation. A few weeks later we visited with him at our home . He's a very professional and personable gentleman. In less than an hour we had a plan to revive our swimming pool. He suggested replastering, new tile, and mastic replacement...
He said it would be finished in 10 days. That was perfect for our scheduled family gathering. It was done in less than 10 days! Our family had a fantastic time in our new swimming pool oasis. It's beautiful and we are so happy! Thanks to Angelo and his amazing crew at Elite Swimming Pool and Spa Service! Check out our before and after pictures.

Had them replace old pool pump, old pool filter, and concrete slab/pad for equipment in Jan 2026. Process and equipment was set up and installed in less than an afternoon with tutorial on how to set up the pool pump app via my phone and control settings. Great service and communication through the entire process.
The following month (Feb 2026), I contacted them regarding a considerable leak that was causing the pool to need constant refill daily with an exceeding monthly water bill for almost a year. They came out next day, able to find and repair the leak same day. Consistency with communication again throughout the entire process. Able to work with customers for payment options as well. Highly recommended 👍

Justin from CARPET CLEANING NEAR ME TX did our carpet cleaning today, and we are thrilled with the outcome. He was punctual, courteous, and delivered top-notch service! Justin took the extra effort to inquire if we had any specific worries. Even though our carpets aren't brand new, they now look fantastic to us. We highly endorse his work to everyone. In the future, we'll definitely be requesting his services again in Rockwall.

My once bright white area rug had seen better days and required some professional care. I reached out to a well-known carpet cleaning company. I informed them that I needed the rug back within a specific timeframe due to upcoming furniture delivery. The team, including Braxton and Justin, arrived promptly and took care to put on their booties before entering my home. They inspected the rug, provided a fair quote, and efficiently moved my furniture to roll up the rug. After doing so, they put all the furniture back and transported the rug for cleaning. Around a week later, they got in touch to arrange a delivery date. The team returned, once again showing great respect for my home by putting on their booties. They brought in my now fresh and clean rug, temporarily moved the furniture, unrolled the rug in its original position, and put the furniture back. They provided an invoice, accepted my payment, and were on their way. Throughout the process, they were incredibly friendly, polite, and cautious around my furniture. I was thrilled to see my area rug restored to its original white glory. It looked brand new. A fantastic job well done by the carpet cleaning team.

Marc and Justin from CARPET CLEANING NEAR ME TX were outstanding. They did an exceptional job not only in cleaning the carpets in my two-bedroom condo but also in explaining the entire process thoroughly. Although I'm not certain about the pricing structure of other companies, I felt the $475 I paid was worth the excellent service I received. Thank you.

I am absolutely thrilled with the carpet cleaning work Justin did in my living room. His professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. I was truly blown away by the final results! My carpets now look and smell fantastic. A huge thank you to Justin, I highly recommend his carpet cleaning services to my family and friends in Rockwall!

justin from CARPET CLEANING NEAR ME TX did a fantastic job on my carpet and even took the time to move my furniture around to ensure every spot was taken care of! We recently got a puppy and i was worried about some of the messes she had made, but braxton handled them with ease! My carpet now looks as good as it did when we first moved into our home in Rockwall! I'll definitely be using their services again!

We hired Justin at CARPET CLEANING NEAR ME TX to clean our kitchen tile countertops and refresh the grout and caulk around the sink. Over time, some mold and mildew had accumulated, and we wanted to enhance the kitchen's appearance before selling the house. Justin and his team made everything look fantastic, as you can see in the pictures. He also shampooed the runner in our upstairs hallway, leaving it shining like new. We were interested in having one of our rugs cleaned, but Justin kindly informed us that it was too delicate for his cleaning methods and suggested a company that could handle it properly, which happened to be where we purchased the rug. This honesty, along with Justin's skills, attention to detail, and fair pricing, makes him an essential part of our trusted service providers. We wish we could take him with us when we move!

I had a big coffee stain on my carpet and was pretty worried, so I reached out to the first ad I found online. That turned out to be a mistake! They not only failed to remove the stain but also made it worse, and they weren’t willing to return. Fortunately, I then called CARPET CLEANING NEAR ME TX. They were fantastic! They came quickly to evaluate the problem. While they didn’t make any promises, they assured me they would do their best. The results were amazing! I thought I’d have to live with that stain forever, but now my carpet looks brand new! I couldn't be happier with this service! They were friendly, affordable, and very professional. I wouldn’t choose anyone else.

If you're looking to get your carpets or tiles spotlessly clean, CARPET CLEANING NEAR ME TX is the company to call. I've been meaning to get my carpets cleaned for a while and hadn't got around to it. However, after noticing them at work in a neighboring property, I decided to reach out. They were prompt in responding, coming over within a few hours to provide a quote and schedule the cleaning. What's more, they even reached out later the same day to ask if they could get started ahead of schedule. They arrived exactly when they said they would and did a fantastic job. I was thoroughly impressed with their work and will undoubtedly use their services again in the future. Excellent job done, guys!

I received excellent advice on how to get the best results before my carpet cleaning and tips for maintenance afterwards. The service was very friendly and kind. The owner really impressed me with not only the quick service but also with some valuable life lessons. The clean carpets were just the icing on the cake! I was initially worried that my one-hour lunch break wouldn't be enough, but it turned out to be more than sufficient, with extra time to spare. I truly appreciate the thoughtful words and the commitment to my carpet cleaning despite my earlier concerns. The advice and wisdom I received were invaluable. Thank you again for everything!

When I emailed CARPET CLEANING NEAR ME TX, their customer service team was quick to respond, giving me a price estimate for the carpet cleaning. Braxton, who was assigned to the job, arrived on time in Rockwall and we confirmed the quoted price before he started. He stuck to that price all through the cleaning. His attention to detail was impressive as he efficiently cleaned both the carpet and tiles in my dad's apartment. After he was done, the place looked amazing. I'm really happy with their work and plan on using them for any future carpet cleaning needs.

I had an amazing experience with carpet cleaning services! I took my 2009 SUV in, and they worked wonders on the carpets and beige interior, which were covered in stains and dirt. The condition of my vehicle was pretty bad, but when I got it back, it looked brand new! Every inch was spotless, and I was truly amazed by the results. It was beyond what I thought was possible. The staff was really friendly and even drove me home 25 miles when I needed a ride. It's refreshing to see someone who genuinely cares about their business!
