We used Window Rescue Window Cleaning at our home in Wylie and Richard was outstanding. He was very professional and provided an outstanding service. I would recommend him to anyone.

Techs arrived on time and after starting I realized I wanted the inside tracks done and hadn't asked for that so they quickly said no problem and got it done. They were very professional and did a great job. I'll be using them each year for my window cleaning! They are the best and my windows look beautiful and now I can open my windows and won't see all the dirt that had accumulated! Thank yall for a job well done!

Richard and his company are great. He arrived this morning thinking he was going to do one package and I had made a mistake asking for the other package. He didn't hesitate for moment and said no problem. I also forgot to let him know I had screen covers. Again,
No problem he said. Called in help and off they started rain and all. My windows look amazing. Will definitely be using window rescue again! Thanks guys!

These guys are the best! My windows are so clean that you can't even tell there's glass there! Even friends have commented on how great the house looks. Richard was conscientious of making sure I was completely satisfied and even went above and beyond what he'd originally quoted me. I also appreciated his manners and courtesy. This kind of customer service is hard to find; it's impressed me so much that I've already referred several friends to Window Rescue in a matter of hours after the job was complete.

Professional, friendly, and meticulous; that is what you can expect from Window Rescue! I reached out to Richard and got a quote to have the windows of my house cleaned inside and out. I am extremely pleased with the level of service I received and the outcome as a result. I will happily recommend this window cleaning service to my family and friends any day. Thanks Richard!!!

The Window Rescue Window Cleaning Company provides 1st Class service. Richard is professional, affable, courteous and respectful to his customers. He works very hard to keep his customers satisfied . I hired Window Rescue every year because my residential windows always looks crystal clean, no streaks, no spots, no mess and he gets to those hard to reach areas that are always avoided or cannot get to. Great Customer Service!!Needed a last minute window cleaning before an open house and Richard with Window Rescue responded to my crisis. WR was able to squeeze me in the next morning, did an excellent job with windows inside and out, cleaned up all the screens and took the time to take care of the little accent windows in the house as well. Richard was not only very professional but very informational on the up keep through the summer heat Great Customer Service. He did an amazing job for a firefighter getting off a 24hr shift, cleaned a commercial property before squeezing my windows in at the last minute.

I called Richard after seeing a Window Rescue sign while driving. He gave me a detailed rundown of the company and I was scheduled early the following week. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time, was very friendly and courteous, and cleaned windows inside and out and even the screens. The windows look amazing! I definitely recommend Window Rescue and will use again in the future.
