I reached out to CARPET CLEANING NEAR ME TX for a quote after my puppy made quite a mess on the carpets. They responded almost immediately and asked about the areas and extent of the damage to give me a fair estimate. After getting the quote, they were able to book me for the exact time I needed, which was really helpful with my busy work schedule. Marc and Justin arrived right on time and explained clearly what carpet cleaning steps they would take. The final price was almost exactly what was quoted, just a few dollars difference. I was especially impressed because even the stubborn spots I was told might be tricky to remove came out completely. Their professionalism and friendly service were more than I expected. For a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 staircases, dining room, kitchen, and living room (some areas carpet, some hardwood), the cost was $500 and it only took them about 2 hours from start to finish. I highly recommend their carpet cleaning service to anyone in Rockwall.

I recently had my carpet and curtains cleaned and I’m really happy with the results. The rug in my living room, which is usually a matte white but had started to look more like an off-white from all the use, looks bright and fresh again. There were a couple of burn marks on the rug that couldn’t be completely removed, but the technician, Marc, did a great job color correcting those spots so you can’t even notice them now. They used a powerful truck-mounted system for the carpet, and a special machine for the curtains. The curtains were a tough job, but Marc took his time and made sure they looked great by the end. Everything feels cleaner and looks like new again. I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely use them again for carpet cleaning.

with carpet cleaning near me tx, you know you’re in good hands from the start. marc came out and handled both the carpets in our office and the ones in my home in rockwall. he used newer, more powerful equipment than what we’d seen from other carpet cleaning companies before. he explained all about the cleaning products and why their process really works, which helped us feel confident in the service. our carpets dried super fast, just a little damp, never soaked, and the fresh scent left behind was amazing. very happy with the results and the extra care given. would definitely recommend for anyone needing carpet cleaning nearby!

We recently had an urgent problem with a large stain on our rug at home. After our old carpet cleaning company in Rockwall wasn't very helpful or available, we decided to try a new carpet cleaning service. From the first call, Braxton gave us clear instructions on how to handle the stain right away, which really helped. They came that same day to pick up our rug, and the staff were friendly and professional. The cleaning results were fantastic—our wool and silk rugs looked brand new after they finished. We are very happy with the service and know who to call for any future carpet or rug cleaning in Rockwall!

My 35-year-old handmade oriental wool rug (6x9) was just delivered and placed in my home in Rockwall. I couldn’t be happier! The carpet looks fresh and bright, the colors are vibrant again, and the white fringe looks spotless. It feels soft and there’s no odor at all—just like having a brand new rug. The whole experience with CARPET CLEANING NEAR ME TX was wonderful, from the friendly staff who answered my questions on the phone, to Marc who picked up the rug, and the team who delivered it back to me. I checked out a few other places online, but none compared to the quality and service here. I’ll definitely trust them with my other carpets in the future. It was a pleasure working with such a professional team.

I needed my carpet re-stretched because it was coming loose and starting to fray where it met the vinyl flooring. I searched online for carpet repair in my area and saw a lot of great reviews for this company. I checked out their website and liked that I could text them instead of filling out a form. I sent a text and got a quick response. They gave me an estimate right away after I sent some photos of the problem area. On the day of the appointment, Marc showed up exactly when promised. He finished the carpet re-stretching in less than an hour. The estimate matched the final price, and the service was done quickly and professionally. I really appreciated how smooth and easy everything was. My carpet looks great now, and the transition to the vinyl floor is seamless. Highly recommend for anyone in need of carpet cleaning or repair, especially in this Texas heat where keeping carpets in top shape is a must!

We just had our regular carpet cleaning done and I couldn’t be happier! With several pets, a toddler, and teenagers—plus extra kids visiting often—our carpets really go through a lot. Marc came by and did an amazing job making the carpets look fresh and clean. My husband noticed how professional and knowledgeable Marc was, and he really took the time to pay attention to every detail. Our carpets look almost brand new! We get this service twice a year and every time, the difference is incredible. Highly recommend for anyone in Rockwall looking to bring life back to their carpets!

Absolutely fantastic service! I haven't seen this kind of friendly professionalism and attention to detail in a long time. Braxton arrived right on time, took careful measurements to make sure everything would be cleaned properly, and gave me a fair and straightforward quote. He explained every step of the carpet cleaning process and answered all my questions about the equipment they use. Throughout the visit, Braxton was both courteous and sincere. My carpets are now cleaner than ever, and after drying, they felt soft and comfortable—nothing like the stiff texture I've had from other carpet cleaners in the past. Plus, it's great to know I'm supporting a local family-run business. Highly recommend CARPET CLEANING NEAR ME TX for anyone looking for a reliable and thorough carpet cleaning!

We had a problem with our dog having accidents on the living room carpet, and nothing we tried could get the stain out. So, we decided to call in a professional for help. Marc came out and was very friendly, professional, and the cost was very reasonable. He cleaned the carpet in our living room and two bedrooms, and the results were fantastic! The pet stain and odor were completely gone, and the carpets looked fresh and clean. We were so happy with the service that we told my Grandmother about it. Marc also cleaned her furniture and the common areas, and she was just as satisfied as we were. She even went on to recommend Marc to her sister. We’re really glad we found such a reliable and skilled carpet cleaning service for our family!

I recently had my carpets cleaned throughout my house, and I am once again very pleased with the results. The technicians, Justin and Marc, showed up right at the beginning of the scheduled time window and finished the job quickly. Their process was very thorough—they started with a detailed vacuuming, then cleaned the carpets, and finished by raking the entire surface so everything looked fresh and renewed. My carpets look like new again! The team was professional, friendly, and efficient, making the whole experience hassle-free. I definitely give them a five-star rating and will keep using their carpet cleaning services in the future. This was actually my second time having my carpets cleaned by this company, and both times I was very impressed. The technicians, Braxton and Justin, measured the carpeted areas and gave me a clear estimate before starting. They made sure to vacuum thoroughly before deep cleaning, then finished by raking the carpet to make it look its best. Living in Texas, I really appreciate how fresh and clean my home feels after their service, especially with all the dust and heat. I will absolutely be calling them again whenever my carpets need a refresh!

I highly recommend this carpet cleaning company! Every spring, we look forward to having our carpets and upholstery cleaned. Justin always helps us schedule our appointment and is so friendly and helpful. Then Braxton and his team arrive and do an amazing job. They are professional, kind, and really go above and beyond to make sure everything is spotless. Our carpets and furniture look fantastic every time—they get out all the pet hair and dirt, even though we have a big dog who sheds a lot and loves to play outside. The white sofa always gets special attention, and the spot cleaning makes it look fresh and new. We really appreciate their hard work and excellent service!
