Reviews of local pros in Rockwall, Texas

Braxton and Marc from CARPET CLEANING NEAR ME TX did an astounding job. I reside in a rented property in Rockwall, which was previously inhabited by several pet owners. At first glance, the carpets appeared clean when I moved in, but over time, their real condition started to reveal itself. To cut a long story short, Braxton and Marc were both professional and meticulous in their work. The carpets dried quickly, not taking the usual couple of days that it often does after a steam cleaning, and they now look absolutely stunning. So far, the results have been significantly better than any other carpet cleaning services I've tried before. I strongly recommend their services.

marc was the most informative and helpful technician i have ever worked with. he explained the entire carpet cleaning process clearly and made sure i understood what was happening each step of the way. marc also gave me great aftercare instructions for my carpets and useful tips for keeping them clean. he even said i could reach out if i had more questions after the cleaning was finished. it's rare to find such a caring company with friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. i've already started recommending their carpet cleaning services to my friends. the work was excellent and the prices were great.

i don’t usually write reviews but CARPET CLEANING NEAR ME TX really deserves five stars. from the first quote to the final carpet cleaning, i was updated every step of the way and any questions i had were answered quickly. marc and braxton showed up right on time, were very polite and professional, and the carpets look amazing now. plus, the price was a lot more affordable than i expected. i highly recommend this service and will definitely use them again. if i could give six stars, i would!

I had two large, valuable carpets cleaned, including some reweaving. They returned looking clean and bright, just as expected. We chose the 'lift and lay' service to skip the hassle of moving furniture and rolling up the carpets. Justin was extremely professional, courteous, and focused on customer satisfaction. Unlike many delivery services that often cut corners, this knowledgeable team worked tirelessly until everything was perfect, all while being friendly and personable. They are a huge asset to CARPET CLEANING NEAR ME TX.

We rang Justin in a frenzy when another company failed to adequately clean our carpets as we were preparing for a dinner party. Justin not only rearranged his entire timetable to assist us, but we were also amazed by how clean our carpets looked after he was done. Justin and his experienced team clean carpets the old-school way, thoroughly shampooing to remove deep-seated dirt that the previous company hadn't managed to get out of our carpets for a decade! My spouse was more than delighted, and our unexpected encounter with CARPET CLEANING NEAR ME TX has turned into repeated patronage. We're bringing them back soon to clean some bedrooms (we've now seen all the dirt we've been tolerating and want it gone!). Just remember to allow some extra time for your carpets to dry (these are not evaporating chemicals), but the results are completely worth it. After they're cleaned, carpets look brand new. A phenomenal company with great staff. I'd give them 10 stars if possible.

We had our carpets cleaned today in Rockwall and were very happy with the results. Some of the stains were tough, but the initial cleaning made a big difference. Marc, the technician, did a great job explaining the whole carpet cleaning process before starting. Overall, the service was excellent and our carpets look so much better now.

like another reviewer, i had to make a google account just so i could leave a review for this carpet cleaning service! i spoke with marc and he and his helper arrived right on time the next day in rockwall. they actually showed up 30 minutes earlier than scheduled (amazing), and after a quick chat about what needed to be cleaned, they got straight to work. my living room carpet is a very light cream color and now it looks fantastic—all the little stains are gone. my stairs are a busy spot in the house, and even after a week of walking on them, they still look great! we've tried other big-name cleaning companies in the past, but from now on i’ll be calling this team. marc and the crew did a terrific job and i’ll be recommending them to anyone who needs carpet cleaning. their prices were even better than the companies that send out all the coupons. you won’t be disappointed!

Recently, I needed my carpets cleaned because they had some really tough stains. Even though I called on short notice, I was able to get a cleaning scheduled quickly. Braxton came to my home in the afternoon and not only removed all the stains, but also followed up later to retreat the area and make sure the carpets looked as good as new. I wasn’t sure the stains would come out, but Braxton did an amazing job and now my carpets look brand new. He was very professional and I’m very happy with the results. I will definitely use this service again and highly recommend them to others. The prices were fair and the quality of work was excellent!

I am really impressed with the carpet cleaning service! The team was super professional and did an amazing job. I had a little mishap with a plate of spaghetti that I tried to clean up myself, but I only made it worse. Thankfully, the technician came over and removed the stain effortlessly. The pricing was also very reasonable! I would absolutely recommend this service to my friends and family. They did a fantastic job cleaning my 10x12 rug and the carpet downstairs too. Thanks to this great service, my home feels brand new! Highly recommend!

I don't usually write reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience because this guy deserves recognition! The technician who cleaned my upholstery was fantastic! He came in and instantly connected with my two dogs, who absolutely loved him! That’s a big plus for me! After bonding with my pets, he got right to work on my couches. Throughout the cleaning process, he was singing, which made the experience even better! It’s clear he enjoys his job, and it really shows. By the way, my furniture looks amazing! I will definitely use CARPET CLEANING NEAR ME TX again and will certainly request him!

My husband and I have been customers of CARPET CLEANING NEAR ME TX for over 15 years. Even when we relocate, we always return to Justin because of the excellent service he offers every single time. His rates are fair, he's always reliable, and he does an amazing job with our carpet cleaning. We prefer to support local businesses, and Justin is one we consistently choose. We highly recommend his services to anyone in need of top-notch carpet cleaning. Our carpets look brand new once he's finished! He's also a wonderful person!

I brought in a 4' x 7' oriental rug that my new rescue dog had unfortunately used as a spot for accidents. The smell and stains were really bad, so I had to get rid of the carpet pad underneath. After I dropped off the rug, I got a call explaining exactly how they would clean the pet stains and protect the delicate colors in the rug, all included in the price. Now the rug is back, looking great and smelling fresh with no trace of odor! I’m so happy with the wonderful carpet cleaning job and top-notch service.

we had braxton come over to clean the carpets in our new home. the carpets had a few stains and just looked a bit used from the previous owners. i wanted them to feel fresh and really clean, so i called in a professional. braxton did an amazing job—every stain is gone, and now the carpets look like new again. he even cleaned a chair and a rug for us, and finished everything in about an hour and a half. he arrived earlier than expected, was really friendly, and offered the best price we could find. i’m definitely planning to use this carpet cleaning service again!

Braxton and Justin did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. They were professional and friendly, taking the time to explain the carpet cleaning process and working with a positive attitude. They also let us know about other helpful services that could be useful for our home. I will definitely be reaching out to CARPET CLEANING NEAR ME TX again for future cleaning needs. It was a great experience working with them.

I have used this carpet cleaning service three times, and each time has been excellent. Marc, who came to clean my carpets, did a fantastic job and left my home looking and smelling fresh. He took his time with the cleaning, explained the process, and gave helpful advice based on what he noticed in my house. The prices are very reasonable too. I’m happy to say I’ve found my go-to place for carpet cleaning!

Marc is polite and very professional. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a top-notch carpet cleaning job. We have tried other carpet cleaning companies before, but none matched the quality and freshness of his work. His rates are also very fair. You won't find a better person or a more skilled professional for the job. If you are considering getting your carpets cleaned, there’s no better choice for a satisfying experience.

Absolutely the best in town. Our family has relied on CARPET CLEANING NEAR ME TX since I was a kid, and their service has always been great. The team is always on time, friendly, hard-working, and their prices are fair. We use their rug cleaning (they can even pick up and deliver for a fee) as well as their carpet cleaning, and we are always very satisfied with how clean everything turns out. We tried other companies in Rockwall before, but nothing compares. They are our top choice for carpet, rug, and upholstery cleaning. After they cleaned our upholstered armchairs for $40 each, they looked brand new!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! These reviews are fake. Where do I even start.

2hrs late. When I called in they told me the system was down so they had no record of my appt.

When he shows up he doubles the price of the job from $89 to $200 but that doesn’t include any of the cushions, only the frame of the couch. See pictures.

He then proceeds to get water all over the hard wood floors and track dirt from the bottom of his shoes all around and onto the rug under the couch. That now needs to be cleaned. Water all over the kitchen counter and under the bar stools.

When I asked him about cleaning it up after he was done he said “sure do you have any towels??”
Then proceeds to drag them around my house through the now muddy water.. with his foot.

When I asked him about the fact that they were not cleaned he spends 10minutes assuring me it’s a special fabric that will look better when it’s dry. No change after the dry. Couches now look splotchy and half way cleaned.

They are refusing to refund the work or even take my phone calls.

Do not trust these guys.

Don’t bother calling any other carpet cleaning service except CARPET CLEANING NEAR ME TX. Over the years, we’ve tried many different companies in Rockwall, but none have matched this one. After a major home remodel, our brand new white carpets were left with big black stains because the workers didn’t protect them well. We hired two separate carpet cleaners, but neither could get the stains out. We even started looking into replacing the carpets, but before that, the original installer suggested we let Braxton from CARPET CLEANING NEAR ME TX try to clean them. We didn’t expect much, but the results were incredible—the carpets looked just like new. After that, we also had them clean a delicate silk area rug, and it came out fantastic. Since then, we’ve had them back for regular cleanings every six months to keep everything looking fresh. The customer service is just as great as the cleaning itself.

The quality of the carpet cleaning and the price were excellent! I left a message and got a quick call back. Scheduling was very flexible, and they were able to come out exactly when I needed. Marc was efficient, friendly, and made sure to accommodate all my requests. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the service. The price was unbeatable! If you need carpet or upholstery cleaning, this is the company to use. Our large sectional and ottoman look fantastic, and Marc even added scotch guard at the end. Everything was done for less than $300, and we couldn’t be happier. We’ll definitely use their service again whenever we need carpet cleaning.

Absolutely the best carpet and upholstery cleaning service I’ve ever used. Braxton was fantastic—very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. My carpets look incredible, with all the stains completely gone! My old sectional sofa looks and smells so fresh—there’s no fake scent, just real cleanliness. I got a text the day before to confirm the appointment, and another message on the day of cleaning to let me know when Braxton was on the way. I even received a follow-up to make sure I was happy with everything. The price was very reasonable too. If you’re looking for carpet or upholstery cleaning in Texas, this is the company to call. They really stand out from the rest!
