Molly Maid staff provide excellent service and was on time. I felt like they went above and beyond cleaning my house which has not been clean in 2 months.

I have two huge dogs and their hair gets on EVERYTHING. The "dog room" had literal layers of dog hair in the carpet. Molly Maids got the carpet looking like the day I moved in!!! My jaw literally DROPPED when I saw how great of a job they did!

They are great! Very professional and friendly. They give you a heads up when they are getting close and do a great job. (I have 3 stinky boys, and somehow they make there rooms/bathrooms shine)!!!

Teresa and Selina are wonderful. They are on-time, professional, thorough, fast, and careful to do everything that I ask them to do. They have been to my home twice, and I asked for them to be my permanent team. Really love having their help!

I paid $170 for a deep clean being that I'm 9 months pregnant and haven't been able to scrub books and crannies for a while now. They didnt clean my baseboards like they said they would, and left corners and behind doors dirty. Being $80 an hour I really expected a better job than what I received. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I wish I could post pictures. If I can figure it out I will.

Updated review 12/18/2019 - my engagement ring was stolen out of my jewelry box!!! When I hired them I asked what would happen if something like this were to occur and the supervisor insisted they are bonded and insured so that would not be an issue. Now that my ring has come up missing their tune has changed and I need to have evidence of the theft for them to pay for the missing item. I trusted them based on that consultation and now I regret having them in my home. They are the first maid service I hired and the only strangers that were in my home when the ring came up missing. BEWARE!

The two maids that were sent to me did not display a courteous and professional demeanor. Deep cleaning was not done properly and as requested by me during the booking while the appointment setter assured me that the requested services will be done. I felt it was a sub-standard service and not value for money. I will try other maid services in the future.

I’ve been a customer of Molly Maid for over 5 years. I’ve had several teams to work in my house. Although I have a favorite team, overall the teams who have serviced my home have gone an outstanding job. The care and instructions given to the Team is following and the quality of the work is very professional. I must give kudos to Team Members; Salina and Yaitza for their outstanding job today (5/14/2019). The politeness was truly noted.

I WOULD GIVE THEM NO STAR IF POSSIBLE- THIS WAS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND HORRIBLE JOB. THEY SHOWED UP WITH 4 PEOPLE AND WAS SUPPOSE TO BE THERE UP TO 3 HOURS. THE WORST JOB I HAVE EVER SEEN. THEY CLAIM THEY DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH TIME~ THAT IS NOT TRUE - THEY DID NOTHING ! THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD MUCH MORE THAN AGREED. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

My bathrooms were on serious need of attention. The girls said they would do what they could, but wouldn’t guarantee anything. When they got done scrubbing from top to bottom, my bathrooms were spotless!

We are beyond disappointed with Rosenberg Molly Maids. The cleaners arrived at my mother's house and spent a total of 13 minutes. The toilets were left dirty, the tables had streaks on them and there was a stain on the coffee table that could be washed away with a simple wash cloth. We called to complain and they weren't apologetic at all - "we can see how 3 women could clean a 1200 square foot house in 13 minutes". We were going to use Molly maids next year to help my disabled mom, but will definitely be seeking a more professional service.

The Rosenberg location is very unprofessional. The employees are not eager to perform a job appropriately. They are more worried about the time than you are as the paying customer. I hired them to perform a moveout job, and you cannot tell that anyone was there from the look even the smell it was no difference pictures were sent out to the manager very little discount was given, even though you had all of the evidence that was needed

I love Tiffany and Jeanette, they do a great job and are efficient, quick and ever so friendly. My house has always been clean, but they bring it to a new level.

They are so meticulous, I appreciate them so much.
