I asked Molly Maid for a move out clean and WOW did they deliver. The ladies were on time and gave me a call when they were 15 minutes away. They walked through the house with me before they started to clean to verify what I wanted.
If your house needs a good scrubbing I recommend asking for Luz, Anabell and De'shanea. These ladies worked hard and quickly. They left my place looking brand new.

The cleaning is getting better. If I am at home, they always ask me to check their work. If I find anything that needs more attention, they get right on it. Melissa has done a really good job on the bathrooms the last two times. I am pleased. Two new ladies today, Melissa & Yaitza, due to the recent bad weather. I was really impressed with the second Melissa's approachability. Is there any way to keep her?

This service was great. I had gotten a little behind on the house with life. A team of two ladies arrived. Came in and got right to work. The house looked great when they were done. With our first experience we will now be getting recurring services. I can't say enough about how great this service is.

The single good thing I can say about Molly Maid was the house was clean. I was told I'd be told the day before about a more exact time, I called multiple times, left voicemails and even called corporate. They didn't tell me anything. I had a morning appointment the following day which is 8-12. I wanted to make sure I was there for them, as I live an hour away from the house we moved out of. I arrived at 7:30am to wait. I finally had a call at 8am saying they would be there closer to noon. Noon came and went so I called again to get an update. They finally arrived at 12:30! I had to leave so I asked how long it would take and the cleaners said 3 hours. So I left and never got a call they were done, so after 3 hours I went back to the house. The cleaners were gone and the house was unlocked. I called and no answer. So I locked up and continued to call with no answer and again left voice-mails. Finally the next day, I called and got a hold of them. They charged more than we should have. We will never use them again. With how long I waited for them to show up, I could have cleaned myself and still made it home beforehand.

Had cleaning done before move in. I was told everything would be clean (floors, windows, cabinets, drawers, appliances, etc). A few days after cleaning, I showed up just to make sure everything went smoothly. I found clumped up animal hair around the kitchen/dining room entrance way, a trail of dead ants under the window sill, cabinets not cleaned out, trash laying around, freezer bottom not cleaned. I called the office to see what we can do about it. They reassured me that they would take care of this the second time around. I was okay with it. They came back to clean. Some days later I decided to check the house again day before my scheduled moving truck. I noticed some items were cleaned up, though still had animal hair around the kitchen/dining room entrance way, and a trail of dead ants, left untouched. I called again to inform them about the pending items. Once again, they were apologetic. At this point, I couldn't have them come back to take care of it because of the short timeline. So I just took care of it myself.

HUGE, BIG mistake hiring this company for cleaning services. They lied about the charges to earn the business. They charged double. Sent three maids. Two of them did not clean at all. Bathrooms left without being dusted and mopped, maid did not clean the sink (the cleaning level was not at all to the standard; MOTEL 6 crew cleans better than this company) when I asked them to clean thoroughly I was told that I am coming up to my 2 hours mark. I had to clean the house with them. They did not change the trash bags, left all of my trash bins empty without bags. Baseboards were supposed to be clean baseboards left dirty. Very unprofessional, I specifically asked them to not to take shoes at our carpet where we pray they took the shoes (other cleaning services I had used to bring shoe protectors). Better off hiring cleaning services that charges more but ACTUALLY do the cleaning. DO NOT hire Molly Maid. Terrible, terrible expereince! I wish I could give this business negative stars.

The first time I booked with the company, the two ladies did a really good job, so I signed up for monthly cleaning. They sent a team out yesterday that cleaned MY ENTIRE HOUSE IN 15 MINUTES!!!! Before I could inspect their work, they were all piled up in the car, backing out of my driveway. Needless to say, I found so many things that remained untouched. My shower was still dirty, and the bathroom counter was not properly cleaned. There was dust still everywhere, and they did not clean my base boards which was apart of the package. The only good thing about this whole fiasco was Taylor. She was actually nice and offered for them to come back to redo it. But, honestly, it made me feel uneasy letting those ladies back in my home because I truly feel like I was taken advantage of. And the fact that they still charged me $150 knowing they did not properly clean and only was in my house for 15 minutes is unsettling. I would not recommend using this company!!!!!

Thank you Molly Maid for making our ceiling fans and all the shelves and tables are free of dust. All bedrooms and bathrooms are super clean. You did an excellent job!

Molly Maid did a great job! They make my home look beautiful

First and last time using this company. The maids were pleasant; however, they showed up 2 hours late. They did not clean all that was agreed upon. What was ‘cleaned’ was not done well. I expected more from a professional service. They did not follow up after the ‘service’ was complete to confirm the job was done well. Based on my experience, I recommend people looking for professional cleaning services avoid this company.

The cleaning was very good! I had a rust stain on the floor from a plant stand and the maids said the stain couldn’t come out. After they left, I used good old comet cleaner and a scouring pad and the rust stain came right off. The floor boards needed 2 be re-wiped over again.Beside those 2 things the cleaning was very good!

Was quoted $150-$170 to have my brand new house cleaned bi-weekly. They showed up for first cleaning took about an hour and a half. My card that they already had on file was charged $360! More than double what I was quoted. If they would have given me that price up front I would have not even used them. Shady to say the least.

I was contacted and they apologized for the confusion. I was charged for a special occasion cleaning instead of bi weekly. They offered a partial refund or credit towards next cleaning. Great customer service.

I am pleasantly impressed with Molly Maid services. We’re new to the area and tried another provider and was skeptical about giving cleaning services another chance but glad we tried this company. The providers were profesional and informative. My home looks, smells and feels clean, refreshed and good. We are looking forward to our next cleaning!

My yard had become uneven over the years and eventually caused foundation problems. After repairing the foundation, I contacted several landscapers and site‑prep companies. GreenPointe Environmental was the only one that came out, assessed the full damage, and clearly explained what was required to restore the yard—along with their process and costs.

Their solution was affordable and addressed EVERYTHING at once. I stress this because a couple of other companies suggested doing the work in “stages” to make the price seem lower, but the total cost of multiple small projects would have been much higher.

Joshua and his team did the job right the first time. My yard looks amazing now, and I can finally relax with a smile of deep satisfaction every time I look outside. And the customer service? Excellent.

Josh and his crew are amazing! After reading reviews on landscapers, I reached out to Josh for a consultation on our front yard flower bed that had taken a hit during the freeze. From the start, he was incredibly responsive. During our walk through consultation, he took the time to educate me on native plants that would do well in our zone and asked me about my vision for the front lawn. After our initial consultation Josh drew up a few different plans for our garden bed, from there we had many questions and changes we wanted to make but we appreciate his patience & knowledge in answering them thoroughly. When it came to explanation of pricing, he is very upfront and detailed in his list, from mulch and soil, to cleaning/aligning the stones, and labor cost. My desire was to complete this project prior to our family’s busy season (May) and he and his team showed up and even worked through some rain on day 1. The bed looks put together and much more manageable, wish I had before photos for comparison. Definitely the team you want working in your yard, highly recommend!

He kept us updated throughout the entire process and even had me approve the plant layout before everything was finalized. The attention to detail and communication made the whole experience easy and stress free. Our yard looks beautiful - highly recommended!

Joshua and his team did an amazing job on our front and backyard landscaping. It has completely transformed our house and patio! There was a problem with the sprinkler system when they were finished and Joshua made sure everything was working AND all the new plants were getting water before he was done. I would highly recommend this company!

We’ve had 3 other landscape companies come help/design our yard. Each time we were left disappointed. Greenpointe was different from the start. Josh came and walked our property multiple times to ensure our needs would be addressed. He provided a competitive bid without all the extras. The work was completed in record time though we did have a rain delay. Which was appreciated because Greenpointe could see where we still had low spots collecting water. This is a great company for landscaping and any outdoor work you need! They had awesome communication and clear pricing, showed up and got the work done quickly and efficiently. Everything turned out well with new sod and they looked out for all the small details, including our roots, irrigation, flowerbeds etc. They also followed up after the fact with care instructions and came back around for follow up and touch ups. They were great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone. Josh and the team were awesome!

The lawn replacement for my yard is beautiful. This company gave me a fair and honest price . No hidden fees . Good workmanship. They cleaned up all of the dead grass that had to be removed and power washed away all the mud and dirt. Highly recommend this company!
