We started using Greenpointe at the beginning of 2025 to take care of my family’s property which is several hours away from where I live. When we were first securing lawn care bids late last year, Josh stood head and shoulders above the rest. He is professional, detail oriented, trustworthy, and, overall, has been great to work with. In addition to regular biweekly services, Greenpointe has been able to quickly and efficiently take care of several special projects (tree trimming; stump removal; gravel road repair; etc…) that have arisen over the last six months. It has been such a huge relief to know that Greenpointe is taking good care of things for us. We have several big projects that we hope to do later this year and will be calling Josh when we are ready to start them. I highly recommend Greenpointe for your lawn care and landscaping needs.

Joshua and his crew were outstanding!
His estimates were extremely detailed. He tells you what he is going to do, and then he does what he said.
The work looks great and he returned several times to tweak the results until all was perfect.
You will get better than expected results from Joshua but prepare to be patient; it will likely take a little longer than his initial estimate.
We will definitely ask him back if/when our yard needs more work.

Edit: 1 year later. We are still using Joshua and his crew and they are fantastic. He keeps our yard looking great and is very responsive to all requests.

The Greenpointe team worked with us in making our plans for raised flower bed, walkway, memory garden and foundation for a windmill near our pond a reality. They offered ideas we hadn’t thought of, accommodated my wishes in preserving elements of this family farmhouse, completed the work in a timely manner, worked well as a team and left the area neater than they found it. I would not hesitate to request their assistance in the future.

Josh and his team did a fantastic job on replanting grass sod for both my front and back yard, installing French drain, and landscaping.

One thing I want to specifically call out is that Josh was the only contractor that really detail outlined the major steps of the work and what materials we need in which step. the level of details he provided really made me comfortable and earned my trust.

So if you are detail oriented person and looking for a landscape contractor who can deliver quality job with reasonable price, I would say go with Josh/his team.

Joshua and his crew exceeded my expectations building a perimeter bed around my front yard oak tree. I am very pleased with the work.

Joshua and his team did an amazing job and were very accommodating with each aspect of the job. Joshua explained every aspect of each process, making sure that it was what we wanted. Here are some aspects that we loved.

1.) His quote explained every detail that was going into the job with descriptions of everything, so we could understand each aspect and how it related to the job.

2.) the day of the job Joshua and his team worked quick and efficiently to finish the job. The clean up process was just as quick with the crew making sure everything was left perfectly.

They were quick to respond, Gave an estimate and were able to adjust their schedule to mine! Did a great job enlarging my tree beds, spring cleaning and inspecting and repairing my sprinkler system!!! Great job all around!

Josh has done great work for us! They redid our entire front yard with Zoysia and it looks fantastic. They also put in a flower bed with Crepe Myrtles all along the back fence. It was a massive task and they did a fantastic job. Josh and his crew are kind, punctual, respectful, and always keep the space clean and in great condition when they leave. Highly recommend! We have referred him to several neighbors and won’t hesitate to call him in the future.

Joshua and his team did a fantastic job solving a long-standing drainage problem in my side yard.

For years this area had grading issues and almost no sunlight, so water would sit there after every rain. Both my neighbor’s and my downspouts were draining into the same spot, which made the problem worse. Joshua came out to evaluate the situation, took the time to really listen to my concerns, and worked with me to come up with a practical solution. His pricing was also very reasonable compared to other quotes.

On the day of the project, the crew showed up right on time Saturday morning. Joshua and his foreman Ramon walked through the plan with me again before starting, which I really appreciated. They installed PVC drainage pipes, 9-inch catch basins, and tied my downspout into the new system. Because there are multiple underground utility lines in this area, they carefully hand-dug the trench and constantly checked the pipe slope to make sure everything drained properly.

They even did a quick water test to demonstrate the system working. After installation, they used the extra soil to regrade the side yard so water naturally flows toward the catch basins. The entire job took about 5 hours, and they left the area clean and tidy when they finished.

About a week later we had a heavy rain, which turned out to be the perfect test. I’m happy to say the standing water issue is completely gone.

Joshua was accommodating and knowledgeable. He reached out proactively via Facebook when we inquired of local tree farms and tree planting services in the Needville area. He walked us through the process and helped us pick out a good live oak tree, and a helped us determine a good location to plant it in our yard. The tree purchase, delivery and planting process was seamless, quick, and reasonably priced. We’ll be returning customers.
