I responded to A Solution Finder Super Maintenance deal. We had our 2 HVAC units serviced, minor repair to keep it running through summer. I had had our water heaters checked as well. Time to replace them soon. Jason was friendly, competent and took time to explain potential issues and didn’t pressure us to fix anything, just provided us with information. They not only do HVAC but plumbing as well. I have an estimate to replace the water heaters. I'll be using these guys for sure.

Our home warranty provider sent this company out on a call. Technician came out and unclogged the drain and said all good goodbye. We called them back out when the house reached 86 degrees with thermostat set on 78. While waiting on 2nd visit we turned off system to not waste electricity. Same guy comes out, turns on system which starts blowing cool air, says nothing is wrong with system and leaves again even though we said it's get hot in daytime. System cools down to 82 that night and back to high eighties today. I am not a AC expert but high eighties when thermostat is set on 78 does not equate with "nothing is wrong"

The a/c wasn’t cooling on one of the hottest days of 2022, and we were going out of town. I took a chance and called to see if ASolution Finder could come on such short notice. Luckily, the technician came, correctly diagnosed the issue, and replaced a capacitor. I rely on quality, qualified, and honest repair technicians, and Jason and Amanda are great!

Jason was courteous, knew his stuff, and took the time to explain everything I needed to know to make informed consumer decisions about my repair. I would definitely use their services again.

Another very important deal here - I contacted other companies - some just told me like all bad, I need to replace everything, others were playing games with some unnecessary extra jobs or fantastic $400 fee for utilization of old coil.

I would recommend ASolution Finder to anyone looking for speedy and professional service. They’ve gotten us out of a pinch multiple times this summer with our AC and now it’s running better than ever. Jason, our tech, was exceptionally knowledgable/professional, and Amanda in dispatch was extremely helpful and accommodating during our service calls: Dream Team! Hopefully we will not be needing their services anytime soon, but if we do they will be our first call!

Jason came out to install a new garage disposal from my home warranty company. He was polite, knowledgeable, efficient and explained exactly what he was doing. Subsequently had Jason and Jack to do an inspection/tuneup on my AC. Again, efficient and explained process and results. I felt that he was trustworthy.

Had them come out through American Home Shield. I called them in the morning and they fit me in several hours later. He replaced the outside unit capacitor and I was back up in 20min. Great job and and service! I'll call them again in the future.

My A/C went out and I specifically reached out to A Solution Finder based on the quality of their reviews. They have such good reviews that my expectations were high but I must say that Jason and the A Solution Finder team exceeded them greatly.

When Jason showed up at our house we immediately starting getting positive vibes from him. He seemed to go out of his way to reassure us, teach us, and he was extremely respectful (little things like noting he was happy for us to observe his work if it made us more at ease, wearing shoe covers inside to keep our floors and carpets clean, proactively answering any question about our AC unit and ventilation system that we had).

He went above and beyond, not only diagnosing the issue with our Air Conditioner (ultimately successfully), but setting clear and honest expectations with us about the most conservative possible outcomes, so we could understand the worst-case scenario scope and plan for that, even if a better outcome was more likely. I greatly appreciated this because it let my wife and I plan conservatively, then when Jason's fix ultimately ended up being less work, it felt like finding (a lot) of money in the laundry!

The bottom line is this: My wife and I have a newborn baby and we were really stressing about the situation when our AC unit went out. Within 5 minutes of Jason showing up at our door, I was completely confident we were in the best possible HVAC hands in central Texas -- and I'll tell that to anyone who will listen.

Jason is the best. His installers are excellent too. Jason is very knowledgeable and can solve problems on old units. He is the only one who has worked on my A/C and I will continue to call Him.
