We performed a major master bath remodel. We took the bathroom down to the studs.
Installed a new tub, relocated the tub drain, new shower, and replaced all the behind the wall plumbing as well as new trim. All the folks at Christianson have been great to work with. Jaime was our main on site plumber. Jaime and his assistants were fantastic. If we need plumbing work done in the future we will not hesitate to use Christianson and will request Jaime!

I have a new build. Took a while to notice a leak under sink. Called as they leave a number under the sink. No answer. No return call. Called out a different plumber. Missing a bolt where disposal attaches. And missing a rubber gasket under sink. Only had the small cardboard gasket. Also found a leak in our master shower. It was missing a filter behind the shower handle. Very disappointed.

Found water dripping from a drain line outside the house this morning. After investigating I found water leaking from one of the water heaters in the garage. Christianson had installed them in our house built in 2017. Called them at 9:45 am. The very polite woman said she’d send someone today to look at it. She called back at 10:14 to say they were on their way. Five minutes later, two trucks pulled in. One of the guys pulled back some of the pipe insulation and said it needed a new tank and it was still under warranty for 2 more months. He called to check their warehouse, and his boss delivered the new tank, pan, and fittings. The new tank was installed by 12:15. Now I say that’s great service! It helped that they were in a nearby subdivision, of course. But I really appreciate their efforts today! Above and beyond expectations!

After getting quotes from 4 locally operated HVAC firms that were wildly differing, we decided to move forward with Christianson for replacing our 8 year old unit that was too costly to repair. We’d love to thank Mario with their team for helping connect us with solutions. He went above and beyond to help us. Rudy with the service team and his installation crew were professional, on time and answered all of our questions along the way. Had the outside unit go bad the 1st time and was replaced with what we thought was new 3 yrs ago and was good for a while till it blew again this time the pump..we had another company replaced it and was told by the technician that the pump may have been a replacement..

He indicated the solder marks on the connection points..not sure if this unit was poorly repaired as a refurbished unit and the company didn't know but quality check on parts if its declared new it should all be new not most of it.

Israel and Chad were/are OUTSTANDING!!!

We recently moved into our house and it came with a Home Owner Warranty (which is a story for another time). We had issues with the AC. The HOW sent out a company 3x and all they did was refill the system with refrigerant and finally said we had a leak somewhere. They never checked for a leak. Never did any tests. Never checked the outside unit for dirt buildup. Nothing. I called Christianson AC and Plumbing because they had been doing annual maintenance and other repairs on the system for the previous owner. I spoke with Chad who was awesome and super knowledgeable and patient. He sent Israel out. Israel was on time. He spent 2.5 hours running all kinds of tests!!! Tests the other company did not do. He showed me all the results of his tests as he completed each one. There was no leak. There was too much refrigerant in the system (surprise). And the outside unit coils/fins were packed with dirt. Once he cleaned that the system worked like a charm. Israel was kind, patient, and his expertise on the system was amazing! No shortcuts. No dishonesty. I highly recommend Christianson for quality work and honesty! Chad and Israel were EXCELLENT!!!

My special thanks to Christianson Plumbing for the rapid replacement of my leaking tank heaters with a tankless hot water heater. Also a sincere thank you to my installers Chris H and Lucas. These men executed the retrofit with precision, speed, and professionalism. These gentlemen did a beautiful job on the installation and more than fully met my expectations. 👍👍

Christianson AC did an excellent job installing our Nest thermostat and handling our regular maintenance. The technician was professional, on time, and took the time to walk us through the setup. Everything’s running perfectly, and the service was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend for both smart home installs and HVAC maintenance!

Had five different HVAC companies provide bids for a new unit. Steve was knowledgeable, straightforward, no BS and competitive pricing. Chose to go with Steve and Christianson. Installation crew was great and professional! Steve kept in contact throughout (bid, scheduling and follow-up). No complaints whatsoever, weird some of the negative reviews. All I can say is Wow! Previously we had experienced Christianson AC at a clients house and they were so fair and straight forward. We thought this is a company that we will would be interested in working with them again.
Well, unfortunately that time came soon. We had a client who need plumbing this time and it was very urgent.
I called Teresa and SHE WAS F A B U L O U S. She got someone onsite quickly.
The technician was equally great --not drama, very professional. He simply identified the issue which ended up being relatively small.

All around top notch service. Arturo came out same day I called and had us up and running again after a magnetic switch failure. They had the part on hand and the labor was reasonably price. I’ll definitely use them again!

I cannot recommend this Chris and Miguel highly enough. Chris was originally scheduled to install two new toilets, but during the process he identified a serious floor leak and also discovered roots growing in the pipes that required immediate attention. Their knowledge, skill, and attention to detail were evident in the way they expertly resolved both issues.

After the tile work was complete, Chris returned promptly to complete the installation. He even went above and beyond by connecting my new bidets at no extra cost. Throughout the entire process he was punctual, courteous, and professional. I will absolutely hire him again for all future plumbing needs.

Today, I Met Troy He analyze the new faucet I purchased knew exactly how to Install it. He did a perfect job and Clean the whole working area afterwards, he’s very polite very respectful person. When looking for a plumbing company, I always worry about four things: honesty, integrity, good pricing, and good customer service. Christianson has the whole package.

Unfortunately, I had to replace my 14 year old garbage disposal due to normal wear and tear. Christianson was one of the companies my Builder contracted to do the plumbing and AC work in our home, so, naturally, I called them to ask for pricing, which was up front for basic projects like mine. This was HUGE for me because I always worry about being taken advantage of when people show up.

The company sent Lucas and Chris to do the job, and I just cannot say enough good things about these two guys. They were extremely professional, courteous, fast, and efficient. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation as they completed the job. Plus, they cleaned up everything as though they were never here. I am a firm believer in giving real complements where deserved, and these to fellas fall well in this realm. I have no doubt that Christianson hires others like these guys, but they will be the ones I ask for the next time around. I want to thank these two great guys because they made me feel VERY comfortable around them.

Anytime I need Daikin parts for work, this is the place to go. Patrick has always taken care of any parts I need, replies immediately and is very courteous. It would be great if other HVAC vendors were as good as this place.

They were able to get us on their schedule quickly. The tech, Russell, that came out was super friendly and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me on anything more than I needed and he was able to fix the problem. Highly recommend. Five stars.

The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, clean, and freindly. The group worked well together. The selections of ACs to choose from was great. I did go with a Bosch as the product ratings were very good. One point I did miss was the seer rating. Above 18 would save me 22% or better on the average monthly energy cost. $10-20 per month roughly. The higher the seer for energy efficiency may have garnered a energy rebate as well. An after thought, but then again, depending on your home structure many are built energy efficient such as mine. So, it will be interesting to see how it all plays out. I did purchase the budget friendly AC with a seer rating of 15. I really had an excellent experience with the whole project going with Cool Kids. They were the best price as I had obtained 3 estimates on total. The AC swap took about 6 hours. I would not recommend Lenox brand as I had such a bad experience with breakdowns, coil holes, Flapper issues. Be sure to register the AC for the warranty as the builders are supposed but mine did not so, sadly, nothing was covered by Lenox and the unit was only 8 years old. The bottom line is they don't stand by their product. If you are in the market for an AC I would definitely recommend Cool Kids.
