We had returned from a trip when we realized our AC wasn't working properly. We called Cool Kids and they were responsive and sent someone the same day, within a few hours. Russell was professional, efficient, and clear in his assessment. He was the second opinion we got and we ultimately went with them and he fixed the issue then and there. Of note, we decided for an immediate/not quite long-term fix and they offered a more cost-effective repair than the other company. Overall would recommend.

They fixed my AC as quickly as possible. Looked up parts to make they were covered under warranty. They went above and beyond to get us taken care of at a price we could afford. Excellent service and excellent value! JJ and Darin are the best!
Update 11/20/23 I notified JJ around 6pm yesterday that my sink was leaking and they had it fixed by 2:30 today. I can’t say enough great things about these guys! I was worried because I can’t host and cook Thanksgiving dinner with a broken sink. Prompt service with a smile, that leaves you smiling and doesn’t break the bank!

Very pleased with the service. I called at 9:00 and Ricky, the plumber was there at 11:00. He was very polite and efficient. My new water heater is installed and I’m happy he was able to complete the job by mid afternoon.

We've been using Cool Kids for a while now to help keep our dinosaur A/C unit working with minor repairs and maintenance. Recently, my husband and I knew it was time to replace the original system that came with our 23 year-old home. JJ and his team did a solid job replacing our system and we couldn't be happier. He gave us a competitive quote to replace the AC unit, furnace, and ducts. They showed up on time and were in and out in a timely manner. They hauled off our old unit and were impeccable with their cleanup. We instantly felt a major difference in the flow and quality of air. Our home cools down and warms up quickly. What a difference! Also, we had a huge dust issue which is now resolved, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Friendly, professional, and highly recommend!

Air conditioner wasn’t cooling very well and JJ was able to diagnose the problem within 30 minutes. He was able to locate a replacement part that I needed and had me up and running the same day. I was very impressed by his knowledge and honesty. I now have service company I can depend on.

Called outside of business hours last Friday night and received immediate text back from JJ, who help me setup an early morning appointment on Saturday. Tech showed up on time and identified the coolant level to be low. Refilled the coolant with dye to help identify the source of the leak and keep the AC going in the meantime. They came back this morning, confirmed the evaporator coil to be leaking, and came back and replaced it within an hour. Really appreciate their responsiveness and professionalism.

I called to ask for an estimate on a osmosis tank pressure refill and was answer promptly and they even send a technician the same day. The technician was polite and took a look at the tank and refill the pressure at no Charge. Will definitely use their service in the future.

When our AC Condenser and Coil went out last week, I had our usual company come out and do a diagnostic, and they recommended a hefty estimate of what to do, so I decided I needed to get a second opinion due to the large cost, and I had Cool Kids come out and give a second opinion, which was free - I had also checked our neighborhood Facebook group and they were highly recommended which is why I reached out to them. Lance was the tech that came out and his customer service was amazing, and he did his best to find the best and most economic options to get the AC working in our upstairs again. In the end, the best option was to get a new condenser and coil, and after getting 4 other estimates, Cool Kids had the best estimate by far and easy to work with to find a solution that made the most economic sense. After I decided on Cool Kids, the new system was installed the next day. Easy payment and options too. Cool Kids is now going to be my go-to whenever I have HVAC needs. Thanks Cool Kids and awesome job!
