I had my air conditioner's yearly service scheduled with Aire Serv of Round Rock. The young man arrived at my house at the scheduled time. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He cleaned both units, the one in my attic and the one outside. Not only that, but he replaced an item that had worn out and cleaned up after he was finished. I am very pleased and recommend them highly! If you need a reliable air conditioning company, don't hesitate to call them!!!

Chris with Aire Serv did a great job installing a mini split system for my garage. He showed up on time, was easy to talk to, and clearly knew what he was doing. The install was smooth, and everything looks and works great. He also took the time to explain how to use the system and answered any questions I had. Overall, very professional, reliable and would definitely recommend him if you're looking to get HVAC work done!

My AC went out on a Sunday. I put in a work order with my homeowners insurance not expecting to hear anything until Monday, however Air Serv reached out late Sunday evening to assure me they would be there Monday morning. As promised they came out & assigned a tech by the name of Zion. He was quick & knowledgeable! They got approval from my insurance for an additional work order & came back out the very next day to complete the job. Air serv has great customer communication & great techs, highly recommend them!

Chris and Zion as well as their office has been great trying to keep us cool while waiting for the new compressor to be shipped. They picked it up installed it and got everything up and running after 2 weeks and 1 day with out air conditioning. They provided us with a portable ac unit that kept our bedroom livable.

Finally… an HVAC company I can trust and depend on. I look forward to not having to worry about what will fail next and how much will it cost. A new system is a chunk of change but well worth the peace of mind. I found Chris to be honest, fair and true to his word. Thank you!!

We discovered our A/C wasn't cooling our house down when we got home from work on a Friday evening. We called Aire Serv and Chris came out right away. It was 91F that day so we were incredibly grateful for his prompt service, especially considering it was a Friday night! He immediately knew what was wrong, showed us the part that was broken, and replaced it. He also noticed another part was about to go and we replaced it as well. We will definitely call him again!

After having 2 individuals out only to find they did not work on mini splits, it was a breath of fresh air to find Aire Serv of Round Rock.
They had the best customer service bar none of any company we’ve dealt with since moving back to Texas. Their scheduler was kind, communicative and went the extra mile. The individual that serviced our ac was also kind, knowledgeable, and efficient.
Our A/C hasn’t worked this well since moving in. They have found life long customers in us.

Chris was a joy to work with, he was very professional and walked me through all the different services he would provide and let me know which fixes were most essential and which could wait so I could budget for them. While the work was being done there was minimal interruption as I work from home and I appreciated the consideration. The price was much lower than we were quoted by another group. Would recommend this company to family or friends.

Had the chance to meet both Chris and Zain who were able to get me feeling cool in my home again. They were on time, took the time to walk me through my HVAC system and pointed out some great and bad things about it. They resolved my issue in a timely manner and I felt comfortable that they were doing honest work. I look forward to using Aire Serv again in the future.

Fantastic customer service, convenient scheduling, did not try to upsell an A/C system I didn’t need. I would highly recommend this company for any A/C and heating needs. The first time I needed AC service, I called several companies in my area, but most of them said they don’t service commercial units. When I finally spoke with Mrs. Dona, she immediately said “Yes, we do!” I even repeated my question just to be sure, and she confidently confirmed and had a technician scheduled to come out within two hours.
I received timely email and text updates with the technician’s ETA and even a photo for identification, which was such a professional touch.
Today, I experienced similar issues and called again to schedule service. Even though Mrs. Dona wasn’t in the office, she still personally answered the call and made sure my appointment was scheduled.

Jan 2025 Chris fixed my heater,diagnosed quickly & repaired (great technician ) Jan 2026 heater not working. Zion diagnosed quickly repaired (warranty) 1 week later heater problems again, Chris came out again found & repaired the problem that was not Air Serv's making or caused by them. He spent over an hour repairing this for me. NO CHARGE. Their concern for getting our heater repaired for us & fitting us in their busy schedule when the weather was freezing outside shows there commitment to the community they service

The technician was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond and out of his way to insulate around my heater area. He was very patient with me when explaining the thermostat.

Excellent service from start to finish. Dean, the technician, arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything clearly. The solution was implemented efficiently, and Dean’s friendly, professional attitude was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend Dean and his colleagues for fast, reliable HVAC support.

Adding a new review:
When we had a night of cold weather recently we used our new system’s heating for the first time. When we received an alert on our thermostat that we didn’t understand and the heater stopped working, AIRCO sent Robert out the very next day. He did a wonderful job of explaining to us the dual fuel system that we have. He promptly corrected the cause for the alert and explained what he did to fix it clearly and professionally. We continue to be impressed by AIRCO’s personnel. Also, our warranty was honored without question. Kudos to AIRCO!

After seeing A/C tech. Dean on stage live during an episode of Kill Tony, I went to AirCo. The very next day I made an appointment, they came out to my house and gave mean estimate, fast forward to 1 months and $5k later and I'm the proud owner of a state of the art residential air conditioning system. And it was all because of Dean !

The sales and installation of our new HVAC system hit all the marks. We are absolutely thrilled with the results. The team was professional, on time, and did a fantastic job. Everything was explained clearly and thoroughly so there were no surprises on cost or installation. They had the system working perfectly before they left. I was sweating so bad my clothes were dryer coming out the washer, called airco dean had me fixed asap. Honestly saved my day was so helpful, as he was leaving he noticed my dog had a limp and offered some advice. Later that evening I carried my little pug tony to the vet. They found a tumor, and thankfully were able to remove it and neuter him at the same time. Thanks to dean I'm back to my sweet 68 degrees, and my tony is happier than ever. Id give 10 stars if I could.
