Amazing service! The tech actually left the house, and then CAME BACK 30 min later when he thought he might have missed something?! Turns out coming back fixed the problem. Rare to get this level of customer service.

I purchased 2 air conditioners from Airco a few years ago and have been super pleased with the product. More importantly their follow up with maintenance questions and calls has been top notch. They answer the phone and respond quickly even when it's late in the day. Additionally, I own a small business and use them for my service for my stores. They are responsive and have affordable, accurate solutions across the board. Highly recommend!

The technician John Paul was exceptional. He was able to walk me through the diagnostic process which gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision. However, the reason for the 2 stars is because of Airco’s business practices. I was quoted $1,300 for a fan that I was able to purchase off Amazon for $150 and install in less than an hour. Not to mention that I was highly encouraged to replace the entire system for tens of thousands. All in all, great people working for another company that exists to separate people from money.

We had a great experience with AirCo. A hail storm damaged our A/C, and we worked with Tony to figure out all of our options. He was very knowledgeable, gave us honest opinions, and didn’t upsell (which was really important to us). Then their scheduling was extremely flexible, and they allowed us to reschedule multiple times while we were waiting for insurance tasks.

The new unit is extremely quiet, looks great, and only took about 6 hours to install. Thanks to everyone who worked on our project!

The folks at AiRCO installed a new HVAC system and replaced all our duct work for us. They were great to work with -- very responsive, professional, prompt and highly skilled. They were also easy to work with. Will definite use them again.

Very pleased with the professionalism of this company. Sent me up with a scheduled appointment same day. Tech sent text notification that he was on his way. Diagnosed the issue , call me the next morning to tell me that the part was under warranty.(Wait I did not have to deal with the manufacturer. ) He informed me that he had already scheduled installation of the new part. Techs arrive on time did what they need to do answer my questions. Check the system to make sure it was functioning as designed. Clean up and ask me there anything else they could do for me and left. Who does this kind of service.

I was having a problem with one of my condensate lines leaking, and called AiRCO to diagnose the problem. They sent me Jon Paul, and he did a great job of both diagnosing the problem as well as fixing it. He was courteous, considerate of my home environment, and made sure to check not only the problem with the leak, but also for any related problems to ensure all avenues were considered. Once confident in the nature and extent of the leak, he proceeded to fix it, and used some creative thinking to help ensure the fix would hold longer term. I appreciated his expertise, and would certainly recommend him and AiRCO for others in need.

Jon Paul showed up early, was professional, had the expertise to get the old AC up and running almost like new in no time. Fantastic job. Highly recommend.

I invited AirCo to come out and help me rebuild the drain coming off my air handler so that I could flush the line with a water hose. 10 minutes later Brandon Colburn with AirCo quoted me $4000, saying that the entire coil needed to be replaced because the threads were bad on the drain pan outlet. I told Brandon to get lost. I grabbed a 3/4" male adapter and it screwed right in no problem. Typical. Predatory service providers always looking the big score, hoping for ignorant customers. Nice try, AirCo! And Brandon just didn't want to get his jeans dirty.

The AirCo team was fantastic. My A/C started going out just as temps were peaking into consecutive triple digits. They came out same-day and had a great priced solution at my door 2 days later!. They were fast, friendly, and did a wonderfuly clean and professional job installing my replacement A/C. The team walked me through the process step by step and helped me setup my new thermostat. After getting several quotes for a new furnace and A/C, I decided to go with AiRCO and so glad I did! Unlike some other companies which I felt used scare tactics in an attempt to oversell/upsell me on a new system, AiRCO took the time to understand my current system and my personal heating and a/c usage in order to present a solution that worked within my budget. The installation crew was fast, professional and left all work areas clean. They even re-routed the duct system during the install so the unit will be easier to access and service in the future and installed a new breaker after realizing during installation that the one there was bad. All in all, it was a great experience and I’m looking forward to saving some money on monthly electric bills this summer!

Airco is great! John Paul arranged for our new HVAC system and Noe and crew installed the new system. Nice and courteous to work with. Also took care to clean everything up and explain the new system.
