I have used Cools Kids 4 times now. we have always been happy with the service they provided. Also I have either been able to get service from them the same day or the next day. I appreciate the quick service.

This is the first time I used Cool Kids AC services. I was not disappointed by the tech (Lance) who explained things in a professional and courteous manner. I would recommend them to other customers. The one thing I explain to Lance was the difficulty it was to schedule an appointment. I think there was a glitch in the phone system and this may need to be address.

I wanted to find an HVAC service company that was local and would shoot straight, and Cool Kids fits the bill perfectly. They were able to come out the day after I called when my heat wasn’t working, and JJ diagnosed the issue without breaking a sweat. Where some businesses would have tried to replace my entire air mover, he found that the broken part was still under warranty and had it replaced just a few days later at minimal cost.

I will be a customer of Cool Kids from here on out and will recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC service.

I had cool kids replace my water heater. However many years ago, whoever built the house thought that under the AC was a good idea, and they put in this tiny one for a 3Bedroom/2Bath house, so it was time to replace it and relocate it to the garage.
Most reasonable pricing of all the quotes I got!!
Chris did such a thorough job from beginning to end - very knowledgeable and comforting while being a great guide for the younger man working with him, Trent, who also did an amazing job.
It’s super nice that they make the effort to clean up after themselves and aim to have everything look better than when they started. Very much appreciated.

This was my first time using Aire Serv. We were having trouble with our AC struggling to keep up with the heat. After a short call with Aire Serv they had their great technician Zion come out to our house and fixed everything! Pricing was in the expected range with no surprises. Zion was really knowledgeable and thorough. He walked us through the repairs we needed, and answered all of our questions. 5 stars all around.

Last fall we had contacted Air Serv to inspect and replace our air ducts and plenum on our HVAC system as well as blow in insulation into our attic. Chris was thorough and honest with his work and his prices are fair compared to other quotes I had gotten from other companies in the area. We've had such bad experiences with prior HVAC companies and were very reluctant when our furnace went out early Saturday morning on who to call. So fortunate to have found Chris at Aire Serv. He came out same day and was extremely knowledgeable, professional and very good price wise. They don't charge extra fees for weekend service etc. Will only use this company in the future and will recommend to family, friends and colleagues. Thanks Chris, appreciate all you did!!

Chris did an amazing job on our home, he was very thoughtful responsive, knowledgeable, and his prices were very fair! He came to our house at 8:30 PM on a Saturday and stayed until 11:30 PM to fix our A/C and that meant the world to us now that we have a little one at home. He later helped us to improve our home by upgrading our furnace and the duct work, it has never been more quiet. He and his great crew were quick and left the job site very clean. I highly recommend Chris and his team (shout out to Doña and Zion), they really go the extra mile, we will definitely be using them again.

I highly recommend this company and have referred several friends their way. We recently had Chris come out when my inside unit stopped working. He knew immediately what was wrong and had me back-up and running in a few minutes. The charge was very reasonable, and he walked me through a few tips to help keep my very old system (inside unit original to our 1986 house) running. He was a pleasure to work with and was happy to address all my questions. It's hard to put into words the blessing they were on a hot day, when it would have been easy to take advantage of a situation. Chris and his team have my full trust.

Called when my AC went down and they helped with some basic troubleshooting over the phone before sending someone out within an hour. Very friendly and fixed the issue quickly, best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Would highly recommend.
