I called and JJ got to me right away. He came over diagnosed and fixed the problem all in less than an hour. He was very courteous and professional. I would recommend Cool Kids to anyone needing HVAC services.

Ricky was helpful from beginning to end. His communication was excellent, and he helped guide me through buying the new fixtures we needed. He worked with us off and on for 2+ weeks to prep for the day he came. Part of the job went super smoothly, and part of it ran into complications, which he easily handled. Everything now looks great and updated just as we wanted. He is a great guide and plumber. Highly recommend.

I called Cool Kids for a second opinion for heat and A/C unit replacement for a business, and I am very glad I did.
JJ and team did an amazing job. They came next day and I received the quote about an hour after they left. I got a fair price (much better than my other quote), but they also were willing to do the complete job (including removal/replacement of the ceiling grid and tiles which my current company refused to do), plus they were willing to do the job overnight so we could avoid an interruption to our business.
This was no small job - we replaced both 5-ton units (again, overnight!).
Our team is very happy with the new air, the modern equipment, and the thermostats that work from our phones.

JJ and the team at Cool Kids replaced a coil in an attic unit for me. There ended up being a complication that resulted in some water leak and damage. However, Cool Kids stands by their work. They sent over two different teams to correct the complication in the work and a separate team to completely fix the water damage like new. By the end of the day everything was good. No company is perfect and everybody makes mistakes, but not everybody stands by their work like this and makes sure to take care of their customers. I will certainly be doing business with them again.

Cool Kids is very responsive and professional. From the scheduling to the estimate, everything went smoothly and quickly. The technicians who came to do the work were great, covered the flooring to protect it and keep things from getting dirty, and were thorough. I highly recommend them for any HVAC service or installation.

Called them again, and amazing experience per usual. They came out, figured out the problem, and solved it with in the hour. Please give this place your business. The owner is a good person who cares about you and the job they do. I don't even bother calling other HVAC places anymore. Just call Cool Kids and the problem will get solved at an affordable price.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Jorge when our AC needed to be replaced, and we couldn’t be more grateful for his dedication and professionalism. What was expected to be a quick and straightforward closet unit replacement turned into a full-day project that extended well into the evening. Despite the unexpected challenges, Jorge never gave up—his commitment to making sure our family had functioning AC, especially for our little one, truly went above and beyond.

He was dealt a tough hand, having to work with incorrect parts not once, but twice. Still, he pushed through, problem-solved on the spot, and found ways to get the job done. Company came as a recommendation and I am glad I called. JJ came out the next morning to look at my system, had a proposal in my inbox within the hour, and his guys were out to do the work the very next day. The crew was very professional, polite, informative, and got the work done in a timely manner. I have dealt with 4 different companies in the 6 years I have owned my home and they all have been hard to get ahold of and even harder to get anything set up with them, Cool Kids was the easiest company I have the pleasure of doing business with. All companies should take note and see how it's done.

My AC unit stopped working because rats chewed the wiring. Cool Kids sent someone out that afternoon and fixed it temporarily so I could use the unit, and they came back the next morning to do the full repair. They are knowledgeable, friendly and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

JJ and the entire team have worked to get our new system installed and adjusted then up and running efficiently and comfortable for us. We have been dealing with Cool Kids AC for years now . They have always treated us fairly.

I love working with the owner, JJ and his team. I called another HVAC company out to look at a leak from my unit. They said they didn’t see a leak and charged me $129.00.
I then called CoolKids. They sent someone right out. They could quickly see where the leak was coming from. They ordered the appropriate part and came back out and made the repair.

Thankfully it was found early, but could have caused significant water damage if not addressed immediately. From the moment I called, they prioritized my situation and dispatched a technician right away. Their response time was impressively fast, and within a short window, they were on-site, assessing and fixing the issue efficiently. Great Service was here within the time limit of 15, 20 minutes of contact me they arrived. Checked it out and put the Freon in and within 30 45 minutes he was done. Room cooling before he left. Thanks so much for the quick service

Fantastic experience! A++++! I'm so happy I found this company! They saved me over $10k. The company I was using previously told me that I needed a new HVAC so I sent Cool Kids out for a second opinion (and quote). Turns out, I don't need a new unit yet. The owner also found some issues with my water heater and they're now fixed.
