ASolution Finder Air Conditioning & Plumbing was assigned our work order through our home warranty company, Old Republic. Our AC stopped working on Sunday night, we needed immediate assistance. They informed us that they couldn't service the unit until Wednesday. On Wednesday, the day of the appointment, they suddenly cancelled on us and told the warranty company to assign us to a different vendor, essentially restarting the process of getting our AC fixed. We have kids in the house and they left us in a very difficult situation, citing "circumstances beyond their control". DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I have asked Old Republic to remove them from their list of vendors as well.

Jason C was friendly, courteous, professional, and did an excellent job repairing our AC unit. Definitely will use ASF again!

We used ASolution Finder to replace our AC unit up in the crawl space. They we able to disassemble the unit so that they would not have to put a hole in the drywall as the initially expected. They were fast, efficient and did a very good job,. They communicate well and are very timely. Our Crew was Jason, Brandin, Javier, and Natan. I would definitely use them again.

My AC died the worst possible week when we had multiple 100°F days, and the guys at ASolution Finder got to my house promptly to help diagnose, get moving on work required, and options of replacing the entire AC unit. Jason C and Brandin D both helped walk me thru the issue as well as provide me with options while explaining in detail what the process would look like after selecting.

After it was known the system had to be replaced, Javier D was out promptly first thing in the morning to get started on the replacement and finished end to end installation in 5 hours time. The AC is working great and cannot recommend them enough for any AC needs!

Jason, Brandon, Javier, and Natan provided outstanding service! Jason went above and beyond, not only helping with my HVAC needs but also guiding me through the home warranty process and sharing invaluable advice about my system. He even picked up my smart thermostat from Home Depot! The entire team was incredibly polite, friendly, and professional. I couldn’t be more thankful for their expertise and dedication. Highly recommend!

This is a fantastic company. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a company to show up, diagnose the problem, find a solution, and then fix the problem. You can count on them to do the job right the first time. They don't oversell you on a total replacement. They give you honest advice for both short-term and long-term maintenance plans. Finally, they don't overcharge you for parts or labor. Call them when you need AC or plumbing services.

AC drain line developed a leak. Jason and Brandon fixed the problem in a timely manner. Jason also took the time to explain how and why the drain line needed to be replaced due to a code violation when the line was originally installed by the builder. I felt the job was very reasonably priced after researching the cost of replacing the drain line. I would definitely recommend this company for plumbing and HVAC repairs.

Joseph & Blaine service techs are great! I really appreciate their friendliness, patience, and understanding of my leak problems. They were thorough with the service, arrived on time, finished quickly, and even took the time to educate me on the issue. I would not hesitate to recommend and work with them again.

Don’t ever use this company!!! They don’t fix warranty issues, they put blame on the home builder for their own work, STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

I got an un easy feeling about how the bid for an expensive part replacement (estimated 5k then reduced to 2.5k when told the tech I would have my ac company take care of the part replacement) was going. When I dismissed the tech, he told me that if my company didn't work out to call him personally, he could beat everyone's price. It all felt really scammy to me. I do not recommend this company at all.

Christianson A/C & Plumbing was hired by Nextlink after our water line was cut by their employees backhoe. They repaired the line and we have had no issues until this cold snap. It appears the sub freezing temperatures caused the pipe to burst last night. Christianson came out first thing the next morning and fixed the issue very quickly. They were very open with their estimate, so we knew what the repair could cost, prior to them beginning. After they were finished they informed us that because they made the original repair they were not going to charge us for this fix. This is like a miracle, times are tight plus it’s so heartening to see a company that stands behind their work. Their employees were very polite and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Christianson AC never showed up to the appointment they confirmed by email. I waited around, rearranged my day, and nothing—no call, no update. I had to be the one to call and try to reschedule, and they gave me a hard time about it. The person on the phone was rude, unprofessional, and even hung up on me. Not sure if I actually have an appointment now, but I guess I’ll find out if someone shows up—or doesn’t, like last time.

Troy and Austin were amazing and fast!!! Will definitely use Christianson’s again.

We had an intermittent issue with our AC and couldn’t have asked for a better tech than Corey Riley from Christianson. He was super kind, walked us through everything he found, and stayed committed to resolving the problem until it was fixed. He didn’t just patch it, he explained his recommendations clearly and followed through. It’s rare to find that level of dedication and professionalism, thanks for sticking with it, Corey!

Had to have our HVAC system replaced. Christianson took care of us and didn’t gouge like Radiant Heating and Air tried to.

Great customer service. They offered a fair price and didn’t buckle and dime me during the install. Very satisfied with Christianson!
