Easily the worst HVAC/plumbing company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. After four different visits across FOURTEEN DAYS, our system is still not cooling. We were the last stop of the day for each of the three different techs who visited us (one was here twice) and because of this they were always in a hurry to wrap things up and go home, even if the job wasn’t finished. I have been in this apartment in temperatures of 83+ degrees for TWO WEEKS thanks to these unprofessional, incompetent con artists. If I was you, I’d take your money literally ANYWHERE else instead of Christianson.

We use Christianson for our HVaC checks twice a year. Israel did a great job with our HVAC maintenance, found an issue with our capacitor and helped us immediately.

If you want someone to solve the insolvable and who is an expert and knows what they are doing, I’d highly recommend Christianson plumbing. I had issues in my house which no other company could fix(and I mean no one out of 10+ companies I reached out to for over 8+ months). The owner has a wealth of knowledge and experience, and was able to fix things for me swiftly. I am thankful to this company for doing such an amazing job.

We recently had Christianson complete a major sewer line repair project at our house and they did an excellent job. Jaime was the lead plumber and helped to coordinate the Christianson "team" assigned to this project. He and the team worked very hard and did a great job successfully completing the job while at the same time doing all they could to minimize any damage to surrounding pool equipment plumbing and sprinkler lines. Also paid very close attention to not damaging our trees and landscaping. Jeff Ochoa also did a great job communicating with us and updating us throughout this over a week-long project. We have also used Christianson for other plumbing issues over the years. We highly recommend Christianson!

Chris came out and replaced the valve to our hot water on our washing machine. He also put in our hot water heater, fixed our bathroom faucet and put in our garage disposal recently. He is knowledgeable, courteous, on time and very pleasant! I highly recommend Chris and Christianson A C and Plumbing.

Do not use Christianson if you can avoid it. Inexperienced tech. Rude customer service. Long wait times. They made the installation in my house and within a short period of time the system failed. Do not recommend.

Christianson installed everything in our house. I’ve had others try to swindle us by saying our drip plans had mold while they were honest and debunked it. They just recently replaced our water heater with little noticed and were price less than other competitors. I’ve always had a great experience with them. They’ve always been trustworthy and do a great job.

Thank you Christianson and Arturo for your prompt attention and courtesy service. No one wants to be without AC on a 100+ degree day. You provided next day service and identified and fixed my problem so quickly. Also answered some questions I had…now we’re feeling comfortable in our home again, THANKS!!

I used them a few months ago to replace the indoor unit at a rental home and the install went great. I was very pleased. And I was happy to find a company I could rely on to do a good job.

Fast forward to yesterday, I called them to check a Trane unit at another home. The fee to come out was a reasonable $75. The tech came out and found that a mouse had chewed through a wire at the outdoor unit. They wanted an additional $120 to splice in a new wire and reprogram my thermostat.

When I asked why the thermostat would need to be reprogrammed, he stumbled over his explanation, finally saying the error codes needed to be cleared. I know for a fact that you only need to reboot the thermostat via the wall switch to clear the error codes (I was right, btw). He calls me back and agrees to just change the wire for $80. Fine. It's still expensive, but at least it'll be done.

When I checked the job this morning, I could see the old wire leading right up into the unit. I'll edit this if I find a spliced in wire when I check tomorrow morning, but I assume he just used the slack in the wire to reconnect to the control board.

In addition, he broke the plastic housing on top of the condensor in two places, and left the sharp edge of the panel rubbing against the wires going into the unit. See the photos.

When I called to complain this morning, the service manager told me it was his honest opinion I had intended all along to find everything wrong I could with the job so that I could get out of paying for it. At least he agreed to refund the entire amount, but now I have an outdoor condensor that looks broken as I try to sell the house.

I have all the calls recorded in case anyone in management at Christianson wants to hear them.

Do not get these guys. I had them come in for basic check…and they break my drip pan flooding my bathroom ceiling. The owner has zero integrity to fix my issue correctly. Save yourself from the thousands I am having to pay.

Chris H and Blaise were knowledgeable, responsive, and excelled at customer service. Specifically, they responded to our issue within 24 hours. They quickly and correctly diagnosed our issue. They offered solutions to ensure long term viability of our home, all at a competitive price.

Every time I had to call them out, the service quality was worse and worse. Now in all fairness to them, DR Horton homes are not in good quality anyway. However, the last service this company did damage my A/C unit which they said was already there. Absolutely horrible service and without question, thank goodness I use someone else now.

FYI: it’s gonna cost me over $1K to replace their damage.

Do yourself a favor—FIND A DIFFERENT SERVICE COMPANY!! Incompetent service techs damaged my furnace/AC unit and the drywall underneath my furnace/AC unit. Called Christiansen for a remedy—rude manager never returns calls. Were out a lot of $$$$. 🤬

Christianson installed 3 A/C units in my home in December 2019 when it was built. It was consistently getting to over 80 degrees in my home over the summer, and more than six visits and "diagnostics", I had to replace one complete unit (inside and out) and one additional outside unit at cost of multiple thousands of dollars because Christianson claimed that they were "performing as expected". Help me understand how 80 degrees in a brand new home in Texas is "expected".

After that, one of the units required a TXV valve replacement, which was well over $1000 even though it was "under warranty".

I was finally done with dealing with them and called another company to maintain my units. Sure enough - another TXV valve is going out. So I begrudgingly call Christianson to see how they will handle it (knowing full well what I'm going to get).

They want to charge me $130 to diagnose my system and refused to give me a price over the phone for what the replacement would be if it was a failed TXV valve.

This is the absolute worst company I've ever had to deal with.

I made an appointment last week and told the scheduling person that I work 8-5 M-F. I told them I could take a Friday morning off but the technician would have to get here between 8-11 am so I have time to go to work. They assured me it’s doable and made that appointment for the next week. The appointment is today. I sit and wait until I call them and say hey no one is here yet, is the technician going to make it on time? they said oh sorry he will be there between 11-1 pm because he got another call. I told them that I can’t just take the whole day off of work and no one told me or updated me, so I cancelled the appointment. I am disappointed. Please fulfill your appointment times as a business or have the decency to notify us and not have us reach out to you.

I had Christianson Tech come out on Wednesday, 7/30, for a routine A/C check. The technician looked everything over and said, “All good—no major issues.” I figured I could relax, knowing the system was in good shape.

But later that SAME day, I noticed the house felt a little warmer than usual. By that evening, the temperature was creeping up, and over the next couple of days, it just kept getting worse. By Sunday, I had no A/C at all.

When the tech came back out, he tells me it’s a bad compressor. Now I’m looking at an $1,800 bill. I can’t wrap my head around this—how can everything be “all good” during a routine check, and then the very same day, the compressor suddenly starts failing?

NEXT STEP: Im working with Christianson Management to resolve this issue... I will keep you posted on how they handle this, customer service I recived and how much I had to pay out of pocket, and Finally what my finally start rating review rating is

UPDATE 2: I did eventually get a call from Christianson. They offered to perform the repair at a significant discount. Unfortunately, by that point, my trust had already been eroded. I declined their offer and chose to go with another provider instead.

Bryan & Lucas just installed two 50 gal liquid propane water heaters and a hot water recirculating pump. They were easy to work with, very efficient and extremely knowledgeable. They cleaned everything up and spent some time familiarizing us with the functions. We highly recommend them.

Chris came out to flush hot water heaters and did a great job. He is always polite with an upbeat attitude and has good expertise in plumbing. Highly recommend. Kirk H.

Chris H. and Miguel were a pleasure to work with. They installed my whole house water system and new kitchen faucet and were very helpful explaining how the system works. They also discovered my pressure regulator in the yard was not functioning, and although that was an additional cost to replace, they discounted the service, and help me stave off potential water issues to my home in the future. A++ service!

Chris and Austin were amazing. They have earned my trust as technicians as well as the company as a whole.
The guys were very respectful of me and my home. They explained what was needed in understandable terms. A walk through to verify the work was performed at the end. They seemed to have a good work flow anticipating the other’s needs.
(Don’t we all wish we could have that kind of work partnership?)
They were great guys to work with and came with a sense of humor as well.
    Thank you Christianson Plumbing
