Robert and his outstanding pool company and service is exactly that. I have been satisfied for months regarding his professionalism and great way to respond to his clients in a positive way. He is on time, courteous, respectful and notably the best company I have ever dealt with. Try his service out, don’t just take my word for it. He is truly amazing.

Robert is amazing! Our pool was green while on vacation and he was able to come and get it back to normal. After we came back, he gave us some tips on how to upkeep the pool. Since then, we’ve had a couple issues and he’s always been there to answer our questions. I would definitely recommend him!

I'm not sure where to start except I'll let the pictures do most of my talking. I intended to do this review about a month ago when Robert first came to help us so this is more of a testimony of his work. The first two pictures are where our pool was to where he got it within a week, the third picture is what we have right now. We struggled so much with algae last year we didn't even swim because we could never get ahead of it. This year we got the pool in balance and then quickly went out of balance again. Instead of dumping hundreds and hundreds of dollars yet again for the same green outcome we chose to call Robert at Aqua Gem. He was so kind, patient, punctual. Informed us and educated us how to continue to keep our pool looking this good. Did everything he said he was going to do and honestly went beyond our expectations. I highly recommend him 1,000%. He gave us our little piece of paradise back.

Robert has been absolutely amazing! He goes above and beyond with his pool service. He not only fixed the valves on my pool but also replaced my old filters with new ones, which made a huge difference in the pool’s circulation. He also made sure the water stayed crystal clear and sparkling, and even got my pool robot back up and running. He’s reliable, professional, and truly cares about the quality of his work. I couldn’t be happier with the service and highly recommend Robert to anyone looking for top-notch pool care! Thank you

DONT GO HERE!! Ruined our brand new expensive garment. Owner refused to take responsibility for it. Very rude, would not let me speak, and hung up on me. She refused to give me insurance information or make a claim on it. The employee gave me the owner's number to call her, and the owner told me not to call her on that line, as if I was the problem. She and her company cannot be trusted!!!

Update: We have been going here for years. Tags, no tags, no problem usually, before management changes, before employee changes. We have never told them to leave tags on new garments, but they have always done so, which is why they were not told to leave them on, nor did they ask if we needed to leave them on. They also did not save the tags for us, they just threw them away. I wish I had done an updated check on the reviews prior to taking this garment here. I would have seen that they have fallen way down. We don't go there often. The last time we went, we were counting on their in before 9 and out by 5 promise. They failed at that as well. They made up some excuse, but we did not complain. We've also had issues with the way they work between their other location, Lakeside Cleaners on Dalrock, for various reasons like who is open when, who is doing what, on which day, and they've had us running back and forth, still no complaints on our side. Clearly they dont feel like they are responsible for customers' clothing based the owner's response and based on other people's reviews as well. We will be holding this company accountable, but we have already found a much higher rated cleaners and will definitely not be going back to this company, either location, ever.

First I went there; my shirt weren't that match dirty @ all but couldn't make it clean; I would'nt go back again! even they truief second time didnt got it any better than it was.

This place is amazing!!!
They put buttons when needed on collars and sleeves. Always on time. Always friendly!! I'll never use another cleaner in this area. Period.
