Was able to make a next day appointment to have my carpet cleaned. Had not been professionally cleaned in several years. Jerry called ahead, showed up on time, and was very professional and friendly. When called, got an immediate appointment date set up-Jerry was prompt, explained everything ahead of time after listening to my needs about carpet services, questions & concerns regarding our pets. He explained everything to me in detail upon arrival & did what he said he would in the time frame he'd said. Very personable & knowledgeable & honest (rare these days) ....was reasonable, too.

Needing deep cleaning due to pets (my how we THINK we have everything taken care of), he explained must of the spots which were from cat hair balls, had burned carpet due to stomach acids...wow! So I learned something too! The carpet dried up quickly & beautifully- and quicker than he said & the odor from cleaning (very light) was completely gone on less than 24 hours. He came out the next day and was able to effectively clean the carpet, and while he was here, he also cleaned our area rugs. We are so happy with his efficient and thorough service.

So we called on Jerry again when we needed our carpet cleaned. He cleaned several rooms of the house including addressing some pet stains. Again, and outstanding job done very professionally.

Jerry did an excellent job on a "code red" emergency that we had between our large golden retriever and our robot vac. You get the picture! Anyway, he came within 2 hours and cleaned up the mess quickly. I was sure that the carpet would have to be replaced but he was able to save it.
