I use A2Z for many years. It use to be the best around. Since new ownership it is horrible. Already lost two of my shirts. The new owners claimed I must of picked it up. Also they are very rude. KIM WE MISS YOU!!!

Horrible!!!! The alterations person charged me $38.97 with tax for two cotton summer dresses to be altered on when I dropped them off…then my husband picked up the cleaning a few weeks later on and he was again charged $38.97 for the dress alterations …so $79 for two dresses to be hemmed….once I told my husband I already paid he went to get the money back….,they would not…said the second charge was for “cleaning” the dresses….way overpriced!!!!

Took my husband's clothes to this cleaner because it's close to home and they had a deal for .99 cent shirt laundering and they also do the cleaning in house. When I walked in and took a look around I couldn't understand how a place of business could be so filthy. There was a room to the left that had an office chair in it and piles of random stuff laying around. You could tell it had been there for a long time by the amount of dust and debris outlining it. Behind the front counter, same thing, dust and debris and random bags laying around. The floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned... ever. I can't imagine what back of house looked like if the front looked like this. When he went to pick his clothes up, three days later, they only just then covered them with a bag. I specifically said heavy starch and his khaki pants were wrinkled, like they had been laying around with something on top of them. We won't be going back here, and I think it's safe to say they won't be in business long with the lack of care and consideration for their business and customers.

Dry Clean A2Z - 6307 Dalrock Rd, Rowlett, TX 75088 - DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS!!! I took a brand new, never worn shirt to this cleaners. Not the first time I’ve taken things there, but will certainly be my last! First, the woman brought out the wrong garment. I told her I brought in a white dress shirt. She and the man discussed in a foreign language, and after looking for a few minutes, she finally came back with my shirt. Once I got home, I first noticed the snag and then the hole in the shirt. Then I noticed the dark stain on the shirt back. I took the shirt back. The man, who identified himself as “Chen,” first told me he couldn’t see anything wrong. Then he said I must’ve done it. When I asked him how he would fix the situation, he took the shirt from me and said he would get the spot out “no problem” and for me to return the next day. I told him I was unhappy and didn’t know if I had time to wait for him to attempt to fix the stain (he wasn’t going to do anything about the snag and hole), as we have an event and need a shirt. So, he gave me $10 and I told him I wanted $30 (I just bought this shirt 3 days ago) to go purchase another one to replace this damaged one. He told me no, and to feel free to call the police. So, now I’m $21.50 in loss, plus we need to go spend time, gas, and money on replacing the shirt. Also note in the photos all of the errant hairs (GROSS!!!) found all over the shirt.

This makes the third and last time, A2Z will completely ignore my "no crease" request. Not only did I make it very clear when I initially gave the cashier my clothes when dropping them off, but I made special note to reiterate the point again before I left the store. I have had them creased twice before in the past after requesting that they not. The same cashier was there when I went to pick them up today, and wouldn't even consider sending them back to be redone when I pointed out that they had indeed been creased. Incompetent + unwilling to correct = absolute waste of time and money. I will never do business with this establishment again.

Change of ownership. Brought them one of my favorite shirt and has been cleaned here many times over. They return it ripped saying it was like that when I dropped it off. NO it was not.

I have been going here for years, never again.

Oh yes. And there was another guy at the counter who is there complaining about them losing 3 pairs of pants over the last month or so.

I will likely need to update this review . Owners name is Chen .. register associate was pleasant but could not explain difference between dry cleaning and laundry. I bright in 5 dress shirts. The two that were not having starch are sent for dry cleaning . The 3 with starch are being sent for laundry. The way the receipt reads I have no idea what I’m paying for both services ..

I wanted to ask owner questions but he is not in .. she confirmed phone hasn’t worked for months . I would need to come in to ask the questions.

I have had great experiences with this cleaners. They've done an excellent job with all the garments and alretations and basic sewing too. Zero complaints and all Kudos to this place. I drive 2 towns away just to come to this cleaners and will always do so. From saving a trench coat that was left behind from my mother in law to dry cleaning the most precious garments. They'll always be my go to.

This neighborhood cleaners is a distribution point and not where the items you drop off get cleaned. I have not had any problems with the quality of service until 11/01/2024 when I was missing one of my curtains. The clerk said it would be sent next week. I came two more times and left without my curtain. The owner did not inform me that she destroyed the curtain backing where the sunblock fabric was gone. I saw this on one of the panels that was returned but still usable. I do not recommend this owner's ability to dry clean blackout curtains. This owner will not communicate by phone to take responsibility for unreturned, destroyed curtain. I will have to replace all 8 curtain panels.

This place has always been good. Never had any real problems that they wouldn't fix. Great customer service at the desk. Convenient.

A suede coat was dropped off with this business. The person who took the jacket gave a receipt with the amount due. I was then notified after 5 days, they did not clean the jacket and the cost wasn't $8.98 but $55. They refused to clean the jacket for the price we were quoted. They didn't care that the mistake in THEIR part and said the coat needed to be picked up. They don't care that we were quoted wrong and refused to own up to their mistake and clean the jacket for the cost quoted. If they make that kind of mistake on the quote, can they be trusted to clean it properly??

Jerry did a amazing job removing my puppy’s art work and the odor. He also cleaned my upholstery bar stools left them smelling and looking good.

Jerry was very professional, helpful and on time. Did a fantastic job on stretching my carpet and then cleaning it. I highly recommend him, you won’t be disappointed.

He was very professional. He did a walk through with me and explained everything in detail of what he was looking at and the breakdown of the price for it. And after he was done the carpets felt and smelled good. Definitely in better condition than when we moved in. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking

Jerry saved our favorite couch! I have two toddlers and have been terrible about staying on top of little messes and stains. Our couch was looking pretty nasty and I’m shocked how many large stains were completely gone! It looks like a brand new couch! I’ve already referred several friends and will definitely be using again.

Also, can’t beat the price and he’s a super nice guy! 10/10

Jerry repaired/patched areas of a bedroom that had been chewed by a rabbit. Approximately 18 patches ranging from 4 ft x 6 in to 3 in x 3 in patches. It looked amazing! You couldn't see the patches at all. While he was here I asked about carpet cleaning and he was able to adjust his schedule to stay longer and clean 3 bedrooms. The rooms look great! Jerry pays alot of attention to detail and does excellent quality work! I will be rescheduling to have several area rugs treated for pet stains and cleaned.

Stretched Carpet and Steam Cleaned and treated pet stains and odors. Jerry did a Great Job. Will use again and I highly recommend! Very professional and prompt and thorough! Gave me an estimate in advance and performed job for the quoted cost.

Jerry was so responsive and helpful! We needed our carpet cleaned before moving in and he did a great job. Made the carpet look like new! Definitely would recommend him to anyone!

After our dog chewed up the carpeting in our bedroom we thought we'd have to replace it but Jerry did an outstanding job of taking a 2' x 2' piece from our closet and repaired it. You can't even tell where the damage was done! We are so pleased with the results! We highly recommend Jerry if you ever need a repair!
