Incredible Service!! Mark & his team have made us customers for life. Their attention to detail is far more than I would have expected from any service provider. If there is a problem found with our pool or equipment the Sparkle team reaches out & resolves those issues much faster than we would have ever expected. These guys prove customer service still exists!

Sparkle Pool Care (Mark) is great! Mark is quick to respond and comes out in a timely manner to do any repair if necessary! Sparkle replaced our pool pump. You can’t go wrong using sparkle pool care!

I called and Mark responded. He had my pump motor fixed almost immediately. He gave me a great price (trust me I had a few other people give me quotes) I'll never call anyone but Sparkle Pool Care from here on out. So nice. Great work! This a great company. They resolved our issues in a timely manner. Our project took over 5 days to complete. We had to drain and refill out pool. Gavin Thompson is the rep who led our project from start to completion. He was professional, knowledgable and sympathetic. He listened to my concerns and worked to resolve each issue until I was satisfied. I highly recommend this company.

Sparkle Pool Care services our pool on a weekly basis. They do a great job, always reliable and responsive. I would highly recommend using them.

Would like give big thumbs up to sparkle pool company for their outstanding customer service and support. Have been with them for 2 yrs and they have been fantastic. In this period of time they have not missed a single day of scheduled service. Another thing I would like to point out which is very important to me is that I have had the same technician (Christopher Hambrick) very professional and courteous last but not least Mr Gavin Thompson the new business manager.

Mark is fantastic. I’ve had 3 different pool companies over the last 5 years. Somewhere great in the beginning, but their quality and consistency fell off. And one company just was unable to do anything but clean and brush the pool so if you had problems with pool equipment- they couldn’t fix it. I found these guys through a friend and they have been able to keep my pool bar cleaner and keep the equipment maintained that the other company couldn’t. We have a lot of trees and it’s very difficult to keep our pool crystal clear. Mark has come on his regular day and stopped by frequently when he’s in the neighborhood just to check on things. His prices are competitive on weekly service. The more expensive and the cheaper guys didn’t do near as good a job.
I had a pump go bad this year because the other companies weren’t informing me of issues when things were wrong. Mark took care of that and not only do I know my pool is clean because I walk outside and see it but I get an email every time he comes with pictures and you can see exactly what’s been done. I Have recommended multiple friends to switch over to sparkle because of the quality service that you get and I would recommend anyone else do the same

After many years of cleaning my pool myself and constantly fighting the frustration of keeping it clean I finally decided to give Sparkle A try. I wish I would have called earlier. I quickly realized it was one of the best decisions I made, as it ended up saving me money and made my life much easier. Not to mention my pool has never looked this good. Mark has been so helpful to me. A recent separation left me at a loss, because I had never taken care of a pool. Mark put me at ease, because I knew he and his team would be taking care of me. This is a family business and they take pride in their service. Mark came over the same day when my pool quit working and I was so appreciative.They do maintenance, as well as repairs. Sparkle Pools has great customer service and is a trustworthy business. I would highly recommend them.

Mark and the team were fantastic for us.. We bought a new home in Rockwall - and the pool was either turned off or completely broke for some weeks before we arrived... needless to say it was a mess.. The equipment was shot, filters were overloaded and the swamp needed to drained.. Mark saw it and was cool, really gave us the extra time and effort to turn it around fast.. get parts replaced and honestly in a couple of days have us swimming in a great pool.. Since then he has been awesome in balancing teaching us and helping us .. and his team is great..

We were newly relocated to the area and were in need of immediate clean up for a pool that was completely green with algae. After several calls to local pool companies, Mark was the only one that retuned our call and was able to come out right away to take care of our pool. He was thorough in his inspection and in detailing what needed to be done. Sparkle was able to clean up our pool in a matter of 2 days and was able to replace a pump as well as replaster the pool,. We are completely satisfied with the professionalism and commitment Sparkle has with their customers. After our pool was filled, Sparkle came out several times a week to make sure the chemicals were balanced. They continue to provide weekly pool service and our pool SPARKLES! Thank you to Mark and his team for making our swimming pool our little retreat from the day and place to relax, as well as exercise.
