Tanner Coughlin was excellent from start to finish. He quickly and professionally assessed our problem. He clearly explained what needed to be done and provided a transparent quote for the repair. Tanner was also friendly and respectful. We were fortunate to have him assigned to our home.

The whole team was friendly, hardworking and throughly professional. The supervisors name was Tony and the workers were Ismael, Haier and Justin. Tony was extremely polite and helpful. Surely we will recommend this company when it comes to residential ac duct cleaning.

Called them since I started to notice mold in some of the ducts. Very quick to respond. Decided to do duct cleaning, Bacterial Cleanse few ducts, and Sanitize horizontal evaporator coil. Employees were very professional. Happy with service but not happy about 3 year warranty. Warrenty is not free. In order to keep the warranty, have to do a bi-annual inspection and “ The cost of each bi-annual inspection is $175.00 per system.” I am blaming myself for not reading the terms and policy.

They explained everything clearly, showed me photos of the issue, and made sure the job was done right.

Joe & Justin performed my air duct cleaning. They were very punctual for the appointment time (which I appreciated very much) & Joe explained the findings that required an additional step. After performing the sevice, they cleaned, which I was grateful for! There is no doubt that I would definitely be using this company for any future services.

Elite lacks the cognitive ability to connect a round peg to a round hole, the grade school arithmetic to make work estimates and the owner does not have the integrity to care. They gave a low estimate then skipped out on some of the work and price-gouged in the middle of the project. My $6,250 estimate turned into an $8,450 bill. Chris and Hunter both claimed the project to be “Straight forward” and “plenty of room to work.” I paid for full duct replacement including new plenum box, sanitize upflow, bacterial cleanse. An expected completion of 5-7 hours TURNED INTO 2 WEEKS WITH 4 ADDITIONAL WARRANTY REPAIRS FOR 6 ISSUES TOTALING OVER 20 HOURS WITH 7 DIFFERENT TECHNICIANS. I HAD TWO NIGHTS IN THE FIRST WEEK OF INSTALLATION THAT I COULD NOT USE MY HVAC SYSTEM DUE TO VENTS NOT EVEN CONNECTED OR JUST FELL APART! I discovered Elite was reusing 8 duct wyes/pressure boxes that were full of 40 year old dirt. The tape holding boxes together was so old it was deteriorating. I called owner Tony and he said that “they always try and reuse them.” After an additional $2,200 for “those weren’t included in the quote" and “unknowns” the technicians threw all the old wyes down from the attic scratching my wood paneled walls even after asking them to stop. Even lied to me that they didn’t when I watched 3 in a row come bouncing down as if my hallway was their own garbage dumpster. I find myself pushing back all the insulation around half the vent boots in my attic and will finish insulating the new wyes myself as I don’t trust Elite to do it even if I bring it to their attention. Non-insulated ducts cause condensation. Condensation in ducts cause mold. Mold is bad to breathe. The total disrespect to me and my property was shocking. Days later, I am still picking up their trash & had a handful of attic insulation blow out of a vent landing on my head and a freshly placed dinner with my family. I WAS CHARGED $300 FOR PERMITS WHEN PERMITS AREN’T EVEN REQUIRED FOR DUCT WORK IN MY AREA.

Tony and the crews at Elite were great. They arrived on time and all were professional, knowledgable, and clean. I am very happy my new Lennox system and didn't experience a night without A/C. Every team member communicated well and wore masks without my asking, which was important since a member of the household has an auto-immune issue. There was no wait on the equipment, which was particularly impressive for the month of August, the summer heat, and current slow down in shipping and manufacturing. This is a top-notch well-run organization!

William, Oscar, Ismael excellent service courteous and efficient. Showed up on time, cleaned up and overall great work. Will recommend them.

I got their service to add more insulation in my attic. I found their work and their price really good. I will call them first for any of my HVAC work now on.

Javier and Ishmael were AMAZING! All of our vents were extremely backed up and dirty. Inside of my room was hidden mold in my ducts that I would have never seen or recognized before they brought it to my attention. Considering that I have a lot of allergies, this SAVED my family’s life! Thank you so much, Javier and Ishmael. They keep awesome conversations going and are very friendly. We recommend Elite Clean and Restoration for any and every cleaning! Man they left the floor looking cleaner than when they showed up.

Great experience with this company! From the assessment with Chris to the completion of the job with Ishmael and his crew. Everyone from the beginning was very professional, answering every question I had and explaining each step. Not only was the job completed well, I was able to gain knowledge on the work being done. I would surely use this company in the future!

Thank you Ismael and Jordan to help clean out our air vents and system in our home. They did an awesome job. They were friendly and helpful. Plus they were kind enough to take our very dirty filter which is odd we change it every 6 months and somehow it got so bad 😅. We were so glad they had plastic wraps to cover our household items. First, of all when John came out I thought he was going to be the person to install the units. He was only a salesperson for Elite Clean & Restoration and I only agreed because a long time friend referred John to me. She said they did an awesome job for her. So I agreed to let them installed two new a/c unit also two new furnace on May 20. On June 6, I discovered that water was leaking from the ceiling upstairs in the attic. This is from one of the New Units. I called Elite left a message regarding the problem. The came out on Monday morning early to evaluation the situation. The tech said that it was the PVC pipe had a crack/hole in it and he wasn't for sure how that happen. Well.. I didn't have a problems with my PVC pipe or any leaks coming from my ceiling before you guys came out to install these units. So now I have water damage in the ceiling, plus it's the ceiling is starting to split. Spoke with the owner Tony and he informed me that the good thing is that you are still under warrant. He said that they would take care of the problem and not to worry. Well, two days later I had to call again because the same unit shout off and wouldn't come back on. They came out again and fixed another issue which was the shut off valve that they put on the systems. More water was leaking!!! I thought that was the whole purpose of the shut off valve. To pervent the water to overflow!!! This isn't quality work and I see more problems on down the road. This is the impression that I have at this point. These people are incompetent of completing a job successfully. I not happy about this situation at all. They are acting like, I paid $50.00 dollar for these systems. Look at the pictures they will tell rest of the story. This has been a horrible experience for me. I will not refer anyone to this company because your word is your bond. You should be EMBARRASSED!!!!

Very Very Very pleased with the service from Elite! We had an issue where our A/C wasn't running. Called on a Friday and John Belitere came the next day and right away he was able to determine the fan/motor in our furnace had died on our 20 yr old set up. Very nice guy! Was able to schedule for them to put in a new furnace and a/c on Monday. Hunter Ryan and his crew came by around 8:45 AM and was done by around 1:15. Quick and efficient and all of the guys were very friendly. Highly recommend this company!

Justin and Ishmael did a fantastic job. The salesman Chris did well too. We are very pleased with the work and definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Ishmael and Javier were exceptionally courteous and professional. They did an excellent job installing my attic insulation, made sure there was no mess left behind, and we're much faster than expected too. I would highly recommend this company.

Great working with the team at Elite! They made sure all the dust was removed from the house and air duct system. I would definitely reach out to them again in the future!

Had the worst experience ever and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. This guy (from the attached pic) who claimed himself as the team lead was very unprofessional and was yelling BAD WORDS at me all the time. I reported to their office but no action was taken nor I got any value service from them. I paid over $1200, but they did a terrible job. Literally they used to take 10 to 15 seconds (I have the video for that too) to clean the vents & returns, but the money charged was so high. They'll rip you off fully by giving many reasons to charge you more and when they show-up at your door they'll find every reason to not to do the work that they commit to. Never TRUST THEM nor would recommend this company to anyone.

The sales person was a very good communicator and convincing on the quality of the job they do. Unfortunately, he does not show up on the job and sends his workers. Most of them were unprofessional and were in hurry to leave. When I checked and showed all the dirt in the plenum etc. which I was told to have been cleaned, I was told by the owner not to interfere. They were supposed install 50 watts UV lights but without my knowledge, they installed 18 watts one. Once complained I was told a light is a light….. After much discussion, they agreed to change to 50 watts one. When came back, they installed housings made for rooms and not for HVAC ducts. This will make it very difficult to change the bulbs and will require bulb change only by experienced tech.
Update:
Since post of my comments, the owner of the company made arrangements to have his best technicians to come and clean the coil and blower fans to my satisfaction.
Still the issue with UV lights remains.
