Our gas furnace quit working, the whole system was over 20 years old, had been using Heartland for maintenance. Heartland install a new HVAC system, other than having to wait for the heat pump to be available it went great.

Heartland replaced our upstairs unit located in the attic.Mark Cohen was wonderful . He answered all our questions, calmed all our fears and gave us an honest and great price. Jason and Rowdy were great installers. All around excellent experience.

Excellent local business, providing fast, efficient, friendly, and caring service at a fair price. I cannot recommend them enough. They do great commercial work too in addition to residential from small and incidental to huge and complicated, they handle it all.

Great work at a reasonable price. When the plumber I used to use came up with a quote that seemed way too high to me, I called Heartland they gave a quote that was half of the other quote. They knocked the job out quickly, replacing a pipe that was leaking in my ceiling, replaced the light fixture that had been ruined, and replaced the ceiling they had to cut out.

Service is what counts. These folks are pros and get the job done right. I signed on to a service contract for my furnace and the benefits of having priority repairs has paid off. Both the plumber and furnace tech were awesome and excellent workers. The only thing I would say could use a revamp is the over priced air filters. There is no justification for blanket prices when the average is a third of the cost. Other than that I would recommend 10 out of 10 . You can do the job yourself but why not have it done right?

The folks at Heartland worked collaboratively with us to make and execute a plan for an HVAC upgrade that met our particular situation. They were always prompt with responses and appointments and completed the work on schedule. Overall a very good experience.
