Great service. On time. Nice folks. I signed up for their maintenance plan and I don’t normally do that sort of thing. Highly recommended these guys.

Just like last time, Kris was thorough in checking that was working properly to isolate the issue to the thermostat. Swapped it out, and AC is blowing cold again.

My ac quit working and had guests coming over for dinner. Called and spoke to Randy who assured me they would be out ASAP. Within an hour thier tech Kris showed up, he quickly determined it was a solenoid. Replaced with new one, all is good now. Fastest service I have ever received.

My ac froze up due to a leak. I reached out to one of the big local company for diagnosis . The company found the leak and quoted a ridiculous price for just adding freons.

So I got in contact with air service now on a fb group. From our initial interaction I could tell that Kris was very genuine. I asked them to replace an evap coil on my system. Kris looked up the system and gave me a very reasonable quote. Kris was very professional, genuine and did a fantastic job. He also took his time to explain various things about ac systems and what I should look for when time comes for an upgrade. I will be using them for all my HVAC needs.

We had 2 years old top tier Lennox system that was installed before we bought the house go out and we could not for the life. Of. Us. Find a technician within DFW who could figure out why. A month and almost a thousand dollars in service calls to different companies and suggested repairs that didn't fix the problem later, I found Kris's company by luck in a FB group and offered to come out SAME DAY and got it running in under an hour. They even cleaned the unit and got it set up properly. The original installers missed a few things. I'm overjoyed and in disbelief! Kris and Randy has earned our business for LIFE. Chris with Air Service Pro really knows his stuff. I appreciated his expertise and the time he spent in my home. He found many issues that needed to be addressed in addition to the initial problem. He did a thorough look at my whole system and explained everything to me in detail.

Kris and the team were phenomenal. Our condenser fan totally stopped working on Thursday night, we called Friday AM, and Kris showed up shortly. Kris troubleshooted and determined our air compressor needed to be replaced. We ordered a new compressor and it arrived early Saturday morning. Kris completed the job and A/C is running full blast. This company is much more affordable compared to the company we used in the past.

Excellent service! Kris was very thorough and provided an in-depth explanation of issues and how to fix it. He drew diagrams to help explain the problems in the solutions. I have worked with several AC companies and have not gotten this level of detail or knowledge from any of the others. I was provided with an on the spot estimate. I need time to determine what I can afford and felt absolutely no pressure to agree to service. Very happy to have found this company and will be referring them to friends and family.
