We called this am because we detected a burning smell from the dryer.
They sent over Javier 2 hours later and he cleaned the vent that was filled with lint..He was amazing..professional and kind!
We are forever grateful because the lint could have eventually caused a fire..
Totally recommend this company and ask for Javier! He is amazing!!

Ernesto from Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning is awesome, very professional! He arrived on time, with 30 minutes ahead notice. He explained clearly what he will do, and cleaned every single vents thoroughly. I notice he checked all the closets too, to make sure he didn't miss any vent. Highly recommend!

If I could rate this company higher, I would! All of my expectations were met. Scheduling was easy and efficient. The price was straightforward and there were no extra fees. I appreciated saving $30 by paying in cash. I was given a time range to expect my technician, Oswaldo. and he called me with an arrival time, which was exactly when he arrived. When he entered my house, he put on shoe covers to protect my floors. He worked diligently for 2.5 hours before finishing. Then he showed me the before and after views of my system. I should have done this years ago! When my air condition system came on, I realized how badly my system needed the cleaning, It was SO much more efficient that it had been! It took me a long time to decide which company I could trust to do this. I'm glad I chose Lowe's!

Lowe's did an outstanding job cleaning my ducts! The technician was prompt and quickly went to work. He was very efficient and took several before and after pictures. The amount of dust and debris build-up was substantial. Now it's gone and I have fresh and clean air! Thanks for the great job!

Luis showed up on time and explained the process clearly. We were fortunate not to have to move any furniture since we had not moved in yet. He completed the work in under 3 hours (2 systems, 31 vents both return air and supply, access panels in furnace room ducts we already cut from previous cleanings). Called Lowes to have someone come out to clean our dryer vent. The technicians met their window time frame, kept us updated and informed throughout the cleaning process. I will definitely use them in the future for any HVAC needs! Price was reasonable!
