Juan came the morning after I called, and was respectful and tidy. Did a good job cleaning everything out, and showed me pictures afterward. Price was lower than several other bids I received.

My technician wasn’t the mostly friendly. I had to ask several questions during the appointment about information that should have been shared. I shared that I thought I would get a call before he arrived and he proceeded to pull out his phone, put it in my face, and share that he did call with an attitude. I told him I apologized and must have missed the call. He was then annoyed I asked him to put on shoe covers because they were not provided. At the end of the service he said he was done and needed me to pay so he could leave. I had to first ask for the before and after photos I’m supposed to receive during the service. I also asked him to walk me through the service. He was not going to share any of this. It seems he did a solid job but I’d rather work with someone else who isn’t rushing me or annoyed by my questions.

Javier provided excellent service! Very thorough and clean job. He showed us pictures before and after -WOW! We could tell the air was cleaner before he even left, and the house smells so fresh now. We will be calling on Lowe’s again for future needs!!

Omar was our technician and he did a very thorough job. We have 2 AC units and a lot of intakes and vents and also had our dryer vent cleaned, which is vented up the wall to the roof. We were shocked at how much stuff came out of that vent! In fact we had an error message on our dryer that said there was a problem and it’s running smooth now. I also appreciated the before and after photos. They are done with a phone and Omar shared as he went and we also received all of them afterward. It would be cool to see what the ducts looked like further up the line. Overall very pleased with the work and the results and would recommend Lowe’s.

Requested duct cleaning was thoroughly and professionally carried out by Lowe’s technician Oswaldo. Oswaldo was efficient and stopped periodically to show us before/after photos. He was respectful and just very pleasant. He did such a great job that we are going to book cleaning for 2 more houses in the family. Recommended without reservation!!

Jose gave me notice as to what time he was coming out. He arrived on time and took pictures before and after the air ducts were cleaned. I was very pleased by his workmanship and awesome personality. Jose did a wonderful job and I was extremely grateful that I chose Lowe’s air duct cleaning services.

Air Service Now installed a new HVAC unit for us. They get 5 stars for a great job! They are professional and conscientious. We will definitely call them for HVAC work in the future.

Bought a new home and the a/c was not cooling properly. The installer contractor came out and could not figure it out. Called Kris and he came right out. After 10 minutes of arrival he found the problem. The installer did not set the unit up proper. Air Service Now is the only company that touches my HVAC unit.

First time mom & homeowner, I have zero knowledge on the HVAC set up in my home. All I knew was that my AC wasn’t working and I needed help. Air Service Now sent Kris out right away. He figured out my unit needed a compressor and explained what he was going to do so I could know what was going on.
