I honestly cannot say enough about "Air Service Now" I called them midday had an appt by the afternoon. Kris Flowers was the tech who explained what inwas looking at and explained what indicators (digital equipment and visual) before the repair and showed me the difference after the repair. Gave me an honest inspection of what to look for and short cuts the builder made when the house was built and how to improve efficiency. Never once pressured me to purchase more or scare me into buying. I am very satisfied using their services and will continue to use them. Thank you Kris appreciate the fast repair took less than an hour and was very budget friendly.

Kris came by to service and was very knowledgeable about our system. Thats always comforting when a tech can tell you everything about a product. He helped us work out kinks leftover from another vendor. Very happy with the service.

Highly recommend! Kris is SUPER knowledgeable and will fix issues on the first visit! He assisted us with multiple service requests for various properties in DFW area. Some of the issues have been lingering for years and we just didn’t know that the solution exists! He can help with simple tasks like failed capacitor and with complex “ art/science” AC issues… like air flow, humidity, system replacements etc.

Kris was recommended by a friend and we couldn’t be more pleased with him and the job he did. He was efficient, on time and reasonably priced the job. We will certainly call Kris for any of our HVAC needs.

My AC compressor went out about a week or so ago, and I have reach out to multiple companies, and was quoted high prices. I even had one company to up the charge on me once they found out my product was under warranty .I was shocked at the price and the professionalism that I received. My AC is up and running in a matter of hours and colder than ever! I was also giving a one year warranty on the service which made my experience a definite 10 out of 10…. Recommend recommend recommend recommend recommend fast, reliable, and professional service guaranteed.

I just want to thank Air Service Now for coming out during the ice storm. We have a new system and when we called the big box company that installed it they told us no one was going out because of the roads. My husband found Air Service Now on Google. Long story short Kris showed up and got us back up and running. We will be canceling our big box company contract and switching to Air Service Now.

Kris came out on Sunday with ice & snow on the ground, to help us with our system that went down with frigid temperatures outside. We are very happy with his work, he diagnosed & solved our issues. We signed up for yearly service, that’s how much we liked his work & felt it he priced reasonably.

01/31/2026 Kris did an excellent job of coming to evaluate burning rubber smell in the house. Finding a burnt-out motor, he was able to quickly return with the part and replaced it to get the heater working again. Kris went the extra mile to compare both heating units to make sure the second one was in good order. House is now warm!

Our furnace stopped working . Kris from Air Service Now came out the same day, assessed the furnace, explained in detail the problem, had taken pictures of the problems and patiently explained our options. We opted to replace the system. Kris and his team showed up on time, worked hard and replaced the HVAC system by the end of the day. His team were pleasant, polite and worked diligently throughout the day. We now have a much more efficient heating system. I cannot say enough about Kris. He visited us in with us again a two days later too check that everything was to our satisfaction. We never felt pressured and found Kris to be patient and made sure that all of our questions were answered. I cannot say enough about Kris and his team. They were all terrific.

Kris was on time, efficient, and very patient explaining the issue (a different company installed my new HVACs but didn't replace the plenum boxes to fit the new units). We went over various options without any stress of upsale. He and his team will be over in a few days to correct the issue. I highly recommend Air Service Now!

Quick response to an air conditioner problem.

This was my first experience with them and it worked out very well.

The tech was very friendly and answered all questions that I had about the new system. His crew that completed the installation was very friendly.

previous bids from two other places were 3x the cost and attempted to up-sell to complete new system way out of my budget.

Tech was on time and very thorough in explaining what he did to maintenance my a/c system that they Ref installed in 2018. I am very pleased.

Same day turn around, great results. Couldn’t ask for a more friendly and affordable group of techs to help us get our unit replaced.
