Fantastic experience with this HVAC company! They installed a new air conditioning unit efficiently and explained everything clearly. The team was friendly and professional, and now my home is perfectly cool. Great service from start to finish!

We are very happy with the quality of service we received to have our ducts and A/C system cleaned. We'd been dealing with stinky sock smell since turning on our downstairs unit as it got warmer. We were all having excessive sinus issues as well even though we use a very high end filter. John looked at the system and was very knowledgeable and helped us figure out what would be best without over selling. I do a lot of research on my own so I knew what it might cost to get everything done. Elite Clean came in with a better price and with more detail than other companies we looked into. The next day, Ishmael and his team started to work on the systems. They cleaned every part of our 2 systems and ducts. They let my husband hang out and watch while they explained what was going. He learned a lot and has a better idea now to prevent future issues like we had. The entire team wants to make sure you can breathe easy and your system runs most efficiently. We will definitely be calling them for any future issues we come across!

Quick response to my call for estimate and service. Ricardo and Bret did a great job cleaning the dryer vent and pulled out a whole bunch of dryer lint. they then vacuumed around the washer and dryer to clean up all the dust that accumulated and were very friendly and professional. A+ service!

Justin and Ishmael at Elite cleaning were on time and very professional. Cleaned up everything afterwards. Vacuum my house, so I didn't have to. They hopefully will be back, I want to invest in the reme uv light and dehumidifier for installation to the air conditioner. This will improve air quantity and prevent mold and bacteria. This will be a good investment. Recommend everyone invest in these two things. Looking forward to seeing them soon. Hopefully, same guys come back out. Great job guys. I received a Valpak coupon for this company. I had them out to give a free estimate and decided to move forward with using them. They were able to come back out the same day to get the air ducts and dryer vent cleaned. Ismael, Justin and Michael all did a great job. They worked efficiently and cleaned up after done. I would highly recommend them!

Tanner was great to work with and very knowledgeable about my HVAC system. He found issues promptly and brought it to my attention. I ended up replacing my system with them and he scheduled everything and got it installed within 24 hours. It freezes in my house now and I can barely hear my unit that used to be so loud. I'm excited to see my electric bills go down. Awesome job Elite and special thanks to Tanner!

This review is based on advertisement practices. Received a coupon in the mail, $99 for air duct cleaning. Called and stated they needed to send someone out in order to do an estimate. Kind of confusing since I have a coupon for up to 10 vents, which I have less than 10. If I qualify for the $99 air duct cleaning then a mandatory $179 air handler cleaning will be added. Coupon doesn’t say anything about extra fees if less than 10 vents or any mandatory additions. That should all be stated in the coupon. Just from that, this seems very deceptive.

Their Valpack coupon is a bait and switch tactic. I made an appointment, asking and making sure with the customer service that it would be $99.95, no extra fees, twice. The next day John the salesman comes along, and tries to sell all kinds of things, starting from $1200+ down to about $175 at the lowest. I tell him only the coupon amount and I pre-asked the customer service twice if I'd qualify. He said he wasn't allowed to do anything for less than $175. So I told him to leave. I promptly called customer service and said that I made sure that I'd qualify twice, I only had 4 vents and 1 return. She gave me sass, said that I had to purchase an air handler cleaning, which is in the smallest lettering in the coupon and there is not price next to it and was Never mentioned when I asked about additional fees. Clearly bait and switch, scam activity. She was so prepared for it she had an attitude (I'm sure they'll mention this in their reply too, look at the coupon I attach, clearly they are trying to hide it and get away with it). I told her I'd leave a bad review for wasting my time and being dishonest in their marketing and hung up. The manager Tony called right away, tried to argue with me but I told him what I told you. He agreed to send people out for the $99.95 price only, John the salesman wasn't allowed to authorize that, which is maddening and wastes time. So he sends some guys, they do 3 vents, a return and leave, won't do the 4th vent because of bacteria. The whole thing was rigged, uncomfortable, and who wants to sit through a 10 minute salesman speech? If I'm using coupons obviously the price matters. I don't like bait and switches and I'm sure you don't either. I told my friends on social media to not use them as well. I recommend Bacon or One Hour air (preferred, ask for Connor he's great). Professional, comfortable, I trusted Bacon and One Hour much more.

I am giving this company a 4 star rating. The interactions I had were positive. The work done was excellent quality completed in 1 day. They came at the time agreed upon & worked efficiently & professionally. They replaced my inefficient air ducts in the attic, cleaned the blower/coils, & cleaned the clogged up dryer vent (wish I took photo of dryer vent before & after). The new air ducts are R8, who knows what the old ducts are but you can see in the photo the difference. I was surprised how clogged up the dryer vent was, I should definitely get it cleaned every few months. I would recommend them to others for blower/duct/dryer vent work. There is a noticeable difference when I turn the heater or a/c on as there is more air blowing & the house heats up or cools down faster.

Chris came out to provide an estimate. He took pictures and explained what needed to be done. The next day, Joe and David came out to perform an HVAC system cleaning. Everyone involved was professional and courteous. I recommend Elite Cleaning.

John came to do a maintenance inspection today and educated me so much on how to take care of my unit. Found I needed 2 areas cleaned but got me scheduled same day to get it taken care of. John was so refreshing because you just don’t get knowledge with great service like this anymore! Definitely the only people I will be calling for my HVAC needs. Thanks Elite Clean & Restoration!

I wanted to come back and edit my original review because part 2 required an additional shout out to Joe. After needing the extensive cleaning job, Joe came and found one of my pipes was sweating and leaking into the ply box surrounding my unit. It caused mold, and I appreciate the time and care he put into explaining the severity of the situation and all my options. Now, their price to fix the issue was crazy high and I will be shopping around, but I had a good experience with their team. Thanks guys!

I was very pleased with Elite Clan & Restoration service on Saturday 5/19. The entire team did a great job! We even got same as cash for a 3 months credit! Chris from Elite Clean & Restoration did an outstanding job. They arrived on time, were extremely professional, and left everything spotless; including vacuuming my home. I’m excited to invest in the REME UV light and dehumidifier they recommended to improve air quality and prevent mold. Highly recommended!

The techs were very professional. Every step in the process of service was explain. I would definitely recommend Elite cleaning and restoration to a friend or family member.

EDIT: The head salesman called my boyfriend today and told him that their base price was not $4000 and that the technician lied. The salesman offered to do the inspection himself and offered a discount, he also asked I take down my review of our experience yesterday where the tech blatantly lied to us and refused to come to our house for the inspection.

My boyfriend and I were supposed to have a tech come out and look at our air ducts and give us a quote for replacement, the appointment was for between 1 and 4. My boyfriend (the homeowner) got a call around 12, where the tech told him they were on the other side of Dallas and wouldn't be coming out. The tech then gave my boyfriend their basic price of $4000 and mentioned they offer payment plans of up to 36 months. They didn't even bother to come out to look at the house or ask questions about the house before giving the base price. When I called the company before deciding if we'd make an appointment, I confirmed that they serviced the area we live in (Azle) and the girl on the phone said they serviced the area. Very disappointed that they gave such a high quote before even getting near the house.

My AC went out and in looking for a company to service my unit, I came across "Elite Cleaning Restoration. They were very attentive and sent a technician out the very next morning. They kept me updated with a timeframe when they were about 30 minutes out. I really appreciated that so I wasn't stuck at home having to wait for the entire window of time. They checked my system discovered the problem and were upfront with me and told me that the part that had broken was still under warranty with my previous company. My Service Rep was Tanner, who went above and beyond good service to help me get my air conditioning unit back up and running. He gave me options, as well as pricing. He treated me like family to help me. Although I ended up going with the previous company due to the warranty, when I need service or repairs in the future I definitely will call on Tanner at "ELITE CLEANING RESTORATION".
