Arnold Ortega from A&Z Heating and Air Conditioning is quite simply AMAZING! He's been bringing my AC back from the brink for about 12 years now. I would NEVER trust anyone else with my system—there's just too many hucksters and weasels in the AC repair game in the DFW area. Do not waste your time with anyone else. Mr. Ortega is the epitome of integrity. That's extremely rare in the Dallas area.

I left a message for him and was contacted within minutes. He even came out to my house to diagnose and repair my outside unit's fan motor the SAME DAY. I cannot imagine one of those other companies being that service oriented.

Mr. Ortega's been working with HVAC systems for 30+ years. He gets right to the root of the issue and gets it taken care of, fast.

Where to begin? Arnold, the owner and 'A' of A&Z, has serviced our A/C units for about 25 years. Those 25 years in themselves should say something. Arnold gives our 3 units a spring and fall check-up every year. He is maybe the most respectful and honest person in the service industry I have ever met. He is always timely for his appointments and gives his customers the greatest concern for their time and money. When he is finished with the service he gives me a thorough report on what he found, what he did and the condition and prospects for our units going forward. I have no reservations recomending A&Z to anyone needing A/C service.
