As anyone would do when searching for the best company to build our pool, we conducted extensive research and spoke with several companies. This wasn't our first pool build in Texas, so I had learned a lot from the previous experience about what I liked and disliked.

I don't mind admitting that I'm a demanding customer; the quality, design, and execution had to meet my visual expectations and align with the value I expected for my investment. There was no room for shortcuts or subpar workmanship.

From my initial interaction with LeeAnn (who co-owns the company with her husband Jason), it was evident that she understood her clientele and was committed to executing the project to the highest standards with top-quality workmanship.

LeeAnn's communication style was open and honest, and she welcomed all of my feedback—both the positive and the concerns. In any large project, there will inevitably be issues, and ours was no exception. I didn't hesitate to speak up, and LeeAnn and Jason didn't hesitate to act.

The key to choosing the right company to build our pool was how they handled these issues and concerns, and I'm happy to say they exceeded our expectations.

Our project manager, Alex, was also exceptional, always available to answer my questions and address any concerns at every stage.

The final result is a pool that not only met but in some areas exceeded our expectations. We wholeheartedly recommend BL if you’re looking for a quality pool build paired with an exceptional customer service experience.

I met with several pool companies before hiring blue lagoons. Michael at Blue Lagoons was very informative on his initial visit. He helped go over my wants for the new pool and was thorough explaining design features. Within just a few days he was able to get my 3d rendering and make a few small changes I requested. The other 2 companies did not send me anything back for 2 weeks. I went in to this process very skeptical about the build time as I have multiple co-workers and friends who all built or where in the process of building pools which took 9 months. Michael assured me the build time was about 3 months and they delivered on that promise. My favorite thing about this process was how involved and informed I was. They created a group chat with all of the employees and owners and gave me an update every Friday on what was completed and what to expect the following week. Never in the process did I ask a question that wasn't immediately answered. If you are looking for a quality pool, great customer service and quick build time I highly encourage you to do yourself a favor and choose Blue Lagoons for your project.

Jason, LeeAnn and their team at Blue Lagoon were constant professionals, finished ahead of schedule, and more importantly, on budget! Ours was a pool remodel and from water drain to water refill, the process lasted 3.5 weeks. Their team was available for any questions we had from design to upkeep. The Blue Lagoons is the best!!! They built the exact pool we wanted and did it within 12 weeks (a little under) as promised. They are very easy to work with and their pool design team and software is amazing. Don’t look anywhere else. The entire process was easy and stress free.

LeeAnn (our designer) created a beautiful outdoor space for us to relax and create memories with our family. She truly listened to our vision and advised us along the way. Blue Lagoon is very competitively priced when compared with other local builders, and they never raised the price on us throughout the entire build process. The contractors were all outstanding and hard working, and we could not be happier with the end result! They also offer ongoing pool cleaning services which was a huge plus for us!

Blue Lagoons did an incredible job updating our 90s style pool to make it timeless and so much more functional. The team was prompt, communicative, helpful and knowledgeable, and after getting multiple quotes, budget friendly. We liked working with them so much we are keeping them on for our weekly maintenance. 5 star experience all around.

With many choices out there for pool companies I must say we are extremely grateful that we chose Blue Lagoon to build us a beautiful backyard oasis. We had a vision for what we wanted and they came through clutch. From the very beginning of this project to the final product I can’t say enough about how beautiful the vision turned out. When the bad day hits and you find out you have an underground leak, we lucked out and found Blue lagoons pool and spa. They have been a pleasure to work with. Very communicative, great work. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We added an in ground pool, plus a patio extension to our house and an outdoor kitchen. Blue Lagoons - from estimate to finish - was communicative, thorough, detailed and can I tell you, clean! Wow! Where do I begin? My husband and I couldn't be happier with our experience! From the initial meeting with Victor to the final product. From the beginning, communication was clear, professional, and consistent. Due to this being our first time having an inground pool built we received additional quotes before choosing The Blue Lagoons and we were extremely happy with our decision. The BL team answered every question and we were always informed of the next steps. Our project manager Alex was patient and always answered the plethora of questions we had throughout the duration of the project. Not only is our pool gorgeous, it’s built like a tank, a really pretty tank. Blue Lagoons follows strict construction guidelines and works with top notch contractors who are courteous, respectful of our property, and clearly know their craft. Our pool isn’t just stunning, it’s rock-solid and built to last!

Bottom line, between the communication, knowledge, attention to detail, and quality of product, we would recommend Blue Lagoons Pools again and again!

Every person we dealt with at Blue Lagoons was the epitome of a professional. This is not our first pool builders so, we came into it having a bit of background. The build quality is fantastic, the equipment is very high quality and the build finish is fantastic. We love every element of our outdoor space.
