Blue Lagoons pool did a wonderful job on our pool! From start to finish, everyone in the company was very communicative with us.They would alert us when contractors would be coming over and kept us informed on the progress of the project. Also, want to give a shout out to Todd our project manager. He did a wonderful job keeping us up to date, any questions we had and coming by several times overseeing the project. Great company all around.

Blue Lagoon did a fabulous job with my pool renovation. They were reliable, professional and completed all of the work on time. They also stayed in communication so we knew what they were working on at each step. I highly recommend them.

Blue Lagoons did a really nice job remodeling our pool ledge, fixing some of our coping and replacing our mastic. We shopped our relatively small job with a number of competitors and were really impressed with the great employees at Blue Lagoons. Their quote was very competitive and they were prompt did exactly what they said they would finishing on time and at budget. I highly recommend them

We cannot say enough incredible things about our experience and outcome of our beautiful pool through Blue Lagoons! From the moment our design coordinator, Victor, came out to measure and get ideas, to meeting our project manager Todd, interaction with all the crews and their AMAZING landscape crew Platinum Scape (owner Gabriel) we have been blown away. They were great with communication, updated on timelines, and kept us informed. This is not our first pool to build and they outdid our expectations in many ways. We recommend Blue Lagoons for your outdoor oasis 100%!

The Blue Lagoons Pool and Spa were exceptional throughout the entire process. Katie was great to work with on the design. She was the one that set the tone for the whole project! Todd followed it up with incredible attention to detail and was on site throughout the remodel. He was very knowledgeable and made sure everything was completed exactly as it should be. The contractors that Blue Lagoons used were always friendly, did excellent work, and always cleaned up after themselves! Alyssa and Yarisa made sure we were always informed on what was completed and what was scheduled the following week. Pete, owner, was involved in the whole process, and available when things needed more clarification.

Our project included: New plaster, new waterline tile, putting green, turf, in-ground trampoline, retaining wall, slide, fire pit, basketball goal, decking, added bar to existing grill station.

The scope of work shows that the Blue Lagoons team can do it all and their price is competitive. If you’re looking for a great pool company, don’t wait. Give them a call!

DONT GO HERE!! Ruined our brand new expensive garment. Owner refused to take responsibility for it. Very rude, would not let me speak, and hung up on me. She refused to give me insurance information or make a claim on it. The employee gave me the owner's number to call her, and the owner told me not to call her on that line, as if I was the problem. She and her company cannot be trusted!!!

Update: We have been going here for years. Tags, no tags, no problem usually, before management changes, before employee changes. We have never told them to leave tags on new garments, but they have always done so, which is why they were not told to leave them on, nor did they ask if we needed to leave them on. They also did not save the tags for us, they just threw them away. I wish I had done an updated check on the reviews prior to taking this garment here. I would have seen that they have fallen way down. We don't go there often. The last time we went, we were counting on their in before 9 and out by 5 promise. They failed at that as well. They made up some excuse, but we did not complain. We've also had issues with the way they work between their other location, Lakeside Cleaners on Dalrock, for various reasons like who is open when, who is doing what, on which day, and they've had us running back and forth, still no complaints on our side. Clearly they dont feel like they are responsible for customers' clothing based the owner's response and based on other people's reviews as well. We will be holding this company accountable, but we have already found a much higher rated cleaners and will definitely not be going back to this company, either location, ever.

First I went there; my shirt weren't that match dirty @ all but couldn't make it clean; I would'nt go back again! even they truief second time didnt got it any better than it was.
