I rarely write reviews, but after having Pelayo plumbing out for several jobs, I’m incredibly impressed with their honesty and work. Thank you Jason, my washer isn’t leaking and the pipes in the wall are nice and quiet. 😀

Had a leaking outdoor spigot on my home. Mike came earlier than expected, didn't require me to be there, and fixed my issue promptly. Was clear on the phone and addressed all of my concerns. Was up front with the price, and came out exactly as quoted. Will use him again!

Very professional and very responsive. I called because we had a water leak in the front yard. It the Saturday before Easter and left a message. I did not expect to receive a return call until Monday since their hours are Monday thru Friday and it was a holiday weekend. To my surprise Mike called me back within the hour. He explained that he couldn't come out until Monday and because of digging in the yard and getting muddy it would need to be the last appointment of the day. Again, I understood completely and told him we would be here whenever he could get to us. To my delight 8:00 am Monday morning Mike was at our front door ready to work. He had moved around his schedule for the day to help us. Amazing customer service that you just don't see very often anymore.

So these guys probably saved me hundreds of dollars. I had had an issue where the back hose faucet was shooting scalding hot water. I had estimates from a couple other plumbers and the general consensus was that it was going to be a $800-2000 job to fix with some random break in the walls, when I called these guys. Michael was on the other line and told me, with a newer house like mine, it was probably just plumbed incorrectly having a pipe going through the attic, where it was heating up. He told me to run it for three minutes to see if it got colder. It did. Four other plumbers missed that and were going to charge me an arm and a leg for what essentially was a non-problem. They didn't do any work, but I love these guys now.

Michael was very helpful and honest. His prices were more than fair and he went out of his way to help me. I definitely recommend him to anyone needing someone that offers great service at a very fair price.

This company is very honest and has excellent customer service! We have a leak in the bottom floor ceiling of a two story house and upon inspection instead of just cutting holes everywhere to try and find the issue they gave their honest recommendation to have a company who specializes in such repairs to come and check instead. If we have any future plumbing issues I will make sure to give this company a call!

Very nice company to work with that has fair and honest pricing. I have had them out more than once and have worked with both brothers. I was very pleased with how polite and professional they were. I will always give them a call when I need a plumber.

We have utilized Pelayo for quite a few jobs, big and small. Always superb service and never try to upsell. In fact, they usually tell us how to be the most budget friendly which speaks to their honesty. They’ve even told me how to fix an issue on my own so I didn’t get charged for a trip for something simple.

I had an excellent interaction with Mike. He was punctual and dedicated to the job. Most service personnel don't take shoes off before coming in, but Mike observed that we do not wear shoes inside the house and quickly took his off before coming inside the house. He was respectful and courteous. Rates are very reasonable and will hire him again!

I cannot speak highly enough about this Company! In addition to being some of the friendliest people I have ever met, both Michael and Jason are honest, timely, efficient and hardworking. I would recommend them to anyone and will never consider using anyone else besides Pelayo Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs!

Palayo plumbing is one of the best plumbing contractors I've come across. They were very responsive and were able to come out and work the next day. These guys really know their stuff.
Had my water heater professionally installed in no time at one of the best prices I came across.

Mike was great. He kept his appointment, came on time (early), professional, seem very honest, did his task, charged a reasonable price. No surprises. He also provided consultation to some of our questions. A+ for this man! Will definitely call him for future plumbing jobs for sure!

recently, I called them for outdoor pipe replacement.
1) on time, courteous , knowledgeable. good pricing (201$ vs 250$ from others)
2) the replacement faucet is longer stem from the original one, this is one area can be improved( better parts in stock)

Nothing but accolades for my neighborhood plumber. Michael has been to my house probably half a dozen times to fix this or that. He has always arrived on time or early. He works quickly and neatly. Very reasonable prices. I have a shower drain that stops up about once a year. Michael showed me how I could take care of it myself but, to be honest, I keep calling him to do it when it happens because it is just so much easier. He has always worked on a larger project at my brother's house (bathroom remodel). They were very happy with their new bathroom and it looks great!
Would highly recommend!

Jason is extremely professional, honest, friendly and does high quality work. We requested his service twice and highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs. They don't charge a high service fee just to come home and take a look at the repairs needed. They charge just for the services provided which is really great!

Incredibly impressed! Excellent service with very reasonable rates. We had several plumbing repairs that were needed. They went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with their work and their service. They even recommended another company to handle one issue they felt could do a better job given the specific situation. They took care of everything else and even added a few extra adjustments along the way. My wife has decided to buy some new faucets so I will be calling again for Pelayo to come and install them for us. I highly recommend these guys!

I was thoroughly impressed with Michael’s services. He was referred to me by a realtor. He personally answered the phone and was very friendly & attentive to my situation. He listened and gave me his thoughts on the problem. He was upfront and transparent about a “ballpark estimate” … after I sent him video and photos of my leak. He scheduled and appointment, to which he was EARLY and completed the job in less than 20 minutes. The price was more than fair and extremely competitive with other plumbers in the area. I highly recommend his services for your plumbing needs.
