Reviews of local pros in Sachse, Texas

I highly recommend Palayo Plumbing. They were very helpful and knowledgeable in solving my Plumbing issues. They were on time and did the required work quickly and professionally. I will definitely use them again in the future. Great pricing as well. They saved me a couple hundred dollars compared to some other plumbers I called for the same work. Great Plumbing Service!!!

Repeat customer. We have used Pelayo Plumbing for years. Garbage disposal and outside faucet replaced this time. Always pleased with their quick, friendly and efficient service. Their pricing is also fair and reasonable.

We have used Pelayo twice now and will continue to use for our future plumbing needs. They are very nice, honest, simple and affordable. We recommend to those looking for the same.

Mike was the nicest contractor I’ve ever worked with. He was extremely helpful in getting me a fair price on a new water heater. I ended up going with a family member who was able to find a deeper discount, and Mike went back to my place to stop draining the heater and put it all back together with a smile on his face. I will definitely use him in the future and recommend him to anyone in our area.

I highly recommend Mike and Jason Pelayo for my plumbing needs. I initially contacted another highly rated plumber for my plumbing needs, but they unfortunately did not service the Plano area. However, they recommended the Pelayo brothers. Mike came to my house and took care of my kitchen problems, which involved remove-and-replace the sink, faucet, and garbage disposal, as well as, unclog the drain. The work he gave me was wonderful and the price tag was affordable. Three weeks later, I needed a bid to remove-and-replace two old water heaters. Mike gave me a bid that was $1,800 less than another so called reputable competitor. Mike and Jason came to my house to install my water heaters. They carefully explained the procedure required for getting an approval from the city for the installation. I will no longer get bids from competitors. I will ALWAYS use Pelayo Plumbing for my plumbing needs.

Update: I have used these guys many times since my original review as my home ages. They have continued to provide wonderful service with the utmost professionalism at fair prices. I cannot say enough good things about them. I recommend them to everyone I know. Do yourself a favor and call Pelayo. They will save you money, a headache, a fight with your plumbing, and a fight with your spouse!

Do you want a plumbing install that will endure? Then I strongly urge you to consider Pelayo Plumbing. They are upfront, honest, and diligent. Both Mike and Jason know what they are doing. They also have access to the most amazing tile guy. Pelayo and their consult turned the original shower into a luxurious space that will withstand the test of time. They are worth every penny, and I will recommend them to everyone.

I contacted Pelayo Plumbing for a water heater repair, and I couldn’t be happier. The technician was knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and completed the repair efficiently. Excellent service at a fair price.

I had a great experience with Pelayo Plumbing when I suddenly had a plumbing issue at my home. I called them for emergency plumbing service, and they responded very quickly. The plumber arrived on time, performed a thorough inspection, and clearly explained what the problem was.
The issue was fixed the same day, and before leaving, he made sure everything was working properly with no leaks. The pricing was fair, and the service was professional from start to finish. If you need a reliable plumber for repairs or maintenance, I highly recommend Pelayo Plumbing.

Great plumber! Highly recommend! Does a great job!

Impressed my wife with their customer service and ability to communicate. Hire GEM. The price is right.

RUD, RUUUD, RUUUUUUUUD ... HE WOULD TELL YOU STRIGHT OUT WHAT HIS MINUMUM CHARGE IS, ( $200.00) BEFORE ANYTHING , AND WHAT IS SCARY IS GOD ONLY KNOWS WHAT ELSE WILL BE IN ADDITION TO THAT ONCE HE IS AT YOUR HOME...... NOOOOOOO THANK YOU

Prompt service. Arrived at time promised. They were knowledgeable and courteous. Great cleanup.

Great experience helped me save $$$

Highly recommended - Great company and great owner! Stan is the man and so is his son!

Stan and Chase are fantastic. They are kind and smart and work hard and fast. I highly recommend using Gem Plumbing.

I called to ask if he serviced the Dallas area because my company wanted to partner for a launch and send our new customers his way, however, he called me a b*tch and said many other curse words. Our customers will be sent else where. Never have I ever heard someone in business speak that way. Do NOT get a service from this imbecile. He is rude and has a nasty attitude and tasteless language!

Stan is a great plumber with great attention to detail! Very fairly priced too... you can’t go wrong with GEM!!! Highly recommended!!!

We call Stan for all our plumbing needs and he’s never let us down. Professional, personable and always a job well done.

These guys were great! Prompt service and clearly experts in their field. Number saved for next plumbing needs 100% would recommend

Stan and his son were awesome in helping us get our plumbing fixed! Very courteous and knowledgeable - and they took the time to make sure I understood what work they were doing. Thanks!
