Zach from Elite came in and did the job right. He had the correct part on hand and got my washer working again. Another tech from a different company was in and out in 10 minutes and couldn’t fix the issue. Zach took the time to properly diagnose and repair it. Highly recommend!

We had an appt for Friday morning. Was right on time, called to let us know once arrived. Love that. Jacob was so quick to ID the issue with our dryer, the heating element but also took the extra time to remove the excess lint that we could not get to. Extremely satisfied. If I ever need appliance service, how Jacob is out tech guy.

It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Oscar and Dalrock Remodeling. Their workmanship exceeded all our expectations.
