Got my ac installed the same day. This was a good experience for me after being screwed by so many ac companies. I found the best ac company CJ is a very honest guy and calling him was the best thing I did. I now can say I am working in a comfortable office. Thank you CJ Air Solutions.

Writing a late review here but I was reminded after someone asked if I knew a good heating and air guy.

Im a technically knowledgeable guy. I can troubleshoot and fix my own units but sometimes we as consumers don't have access to buy certain parts without being licensed. So I have known for awhile what was wrong with my heater. I've had 4 other companies come out and try to upsale and lie to me about whats going on with my heating unit.

Joe came out and was the first tech to tell me what I already knew. He walked me through how he came to that determination and even gave me tips to head off future issues with my AC and Heater.

It's very reassuring as a home owner to finally have a business card I can put on my fridge that I know is honest and fair priced. These guys are the real deal and have earned a reoccurring customer. Thanks again Joe!

We had a late night emergency call on a Friday night. I thought the price was reasonable and he was very competent and quick. Got our AC up and running quickly. CJ Air will be our first call in the future.

Joe was very nice and had us up and running in no time and the pricing was more than reasonable. I would recommend them to all my neighbors and definitely use them again.

A little late writing this review, but last summer my air conditioner quit working (losing freon) and several companies told me I needed to replace the unit. Joe came out, took the time to diagnose the problem and fixed it, saving us thousands. Excellent work and work ethic!

We have lived in our house for 15 months and have several AC companies out to address our upstairs AC. My sons’s room was always hot. Paid a lot of money to other companies that never fixed the issue. CJ fixed our issue and this is the first time that our upstairs is comfortable! Will definitely use them again.

Very happy with the services Cecil performed at my residence! He was very efficient and handled each issue that came up when he was on site. Small issues with getting scheduled but everything else was good, including the cost. Will use again!

They replaced our entire unit at our home and also addressed other needs to help our older home cool and save on energy. Everyone was friendly, professional and thorough. System wasn't cooling. Joe came out on a Friday night and was very courteous and professional. He explained what was going on and after a thorough cleaning of the outside unit radiator the system started working fine. He could have taken advantage of the situation and did not. I will recommend CJ Air to everyone I know. What a blessing on a hot night!

These fellows came out same day when most people wouldn't even answer their phones, quickly (and accurately) diagnosed my issue, resolved it in a timely manner, and charged a very reasonable price. Hopefully I won't have to call again, but if I do I know exactly who to contact. Also Cecil is a pretty cool dude.

Wylie TX. I had issues with my A/C not cooling Sunday Night so i called CJ Air Soultions Monday morning. Cecil came out an hour after i called and figured out the problem with the Run Capacitor, He Replaced it within an hour and at a reasonable price. Cecil literally just left my house after repairing my heater. Great, quick service and incredibly reasonable price. Plus he took video of the problem and explained to me exactly what was going on and what I needed to do if it happened again. This company is now my go to for heating and air.

They will keep you home in good shape with an annual cleaning, this will prevent costly repairs. Think about it, if you never change your oil or do any maintenance to your car how long will it last? Now if you take care of your car and do the recommended maintenance, your car will last alot longer.

Our homes are expensive, we need to take care of them just like our cars.

Cecil saved the day. He is an experienced master tech and a great person you'd come across. He will hold conversation with you and explain everything in between as well regarding the issue. He took the time to listen, then spent a lot of time identifying the problem. He was using his gadget and not only was he recording the readings, he even showed it to me and then explained what it would take to fix it. My compressor was pulling more amps then it could handle. Designed for 74 amps, it was starting at 78-80. A simple Hard start kit was installed, and now the A/C is running cool without tripping the breaker for the past couple of hours.
*Note to readers - Do not try to install any equipment yourself even if you are confident after watching YouTube videos that you'll be able to. Leave this to professionals. You're risking thousands of dollars just to save few* Their prices are very reasonable compared to others. I am going to recommend them to everyone I come across. It's been a great experience. My TRANE HVAC unit stopped working couple weeks ago and ended up calling CJ Air. They were very courteous and available for an appointment the same day. Also service fee was cheaper compared to others.
The tech stopped by, found out it was a bad motor, but he didn't have it in stock. Also offered to replace the capacitor just to be safe. An hour later, another tech showed up and replaced the motor and capacitor. But the motor ran for 10 minutes and shut down. The tech stated it could be a faulty motor and came back later with a different temporary motor and replaced the faulty motor. He said he would be back the next day with a new permanent motor.
The temporary motor ran for another 15 minutes and shut down again once the tech left. Called them again and a third tech visited in the evening. Told me he would ask the 2nd tech to get a new motor from TRANE itself as replacement. For some reason the motor was getting overheated and shutting down itself. Advised me to keep running the unit for 15 minutes and take a break for 30-40 minutes and repeat until 9PM, so it wont overheat and shuts down again. Followed those steps until 11PM without any luck. Motor keeps getting overheated and shuts down.
The next evening, the 2nd tech stopped by with a new TRANE motor and that fixed the problem. But only it took them 5 visits and 3 different motors and a capacitor for the fix.
They were very helpful, courteous and friendly but the bill was kind of high (obviously after 5 tech visits I guess). Cost me $860 to replace the motor and capacitor. Capacitor install cost was alone $225 for a $15 item in HD. In addition, the service call fee was added on top as well.(typically that will be included in the work and not an extra charge).

So if you are OK with a friendly, courteous HVAC repair shop who is expensive, CJ Air solutions is your guy. Don't be deceived by the low service fee.

My ac wasn't working and I thought it was the thermostat, (it wasn't) and I took it down somehow messed up the wiring, and couldn't get it back together. My my mother in law recommended them. We called and they came the same day. They fixed the real problem and the one that i caused. From now on I will not mess with the ac and let them handle my ac.

CJ Air Solutions took care of my problematic air conditioning. They were at my property withing 2 hour of my call. The tech was very helpful and perform the repair and had my a/c working again. What I paid for the work was very resonable. What I was most pleased, was the costumer service there. Their office called me an hour after the tech had left, just to make sure my a/c was still working properly. That just says alot about a company. They are not out to take peoples money like many contractors out there. Thank you CJ Air!

Joe is honest, fast & friendly!!! CJ Air Solutions provides outstanding customer service. I appreciate his professionalism when returning calls and showing up on time. I absolutely recommend this company for anyone in need of air conditioning maintenance and repairs. They checked the motors, compressors, cleared the primary drain, added freon, and got the system running efficiently. Joe's crew is very dependable & courteous--very well mannered--give them a call today! They will take the time to ensure everything is done correctly and will leave you cooler than a polar bear's toenails. THREE THUMBS UP!!!

Cecil was knowledgeable and polite. He was able to solve the issue quickly. He was extremely personable and professional. Unfortunately, we tried to tip him, but found that the app sends the bill amount plus tips in a lump sum to the company. Highly recommend this company, but suggest tipping with cash.

WOW! Cecil came to my house in Garland this afternoon and diagnosed my ac unit. I had another company come out prior to CJ Air and they informed me that I needed a new system!! I was skeptical so I decided to call around Cj air had the fastest response. Cecil came out and replaced a run capacitor and my ac unit started cooling again. I will recommend this company to all my friends and neighbors!!

My A/C stopped blowing cold around 10pm Monday night. I called CJ Air Solutions at 7:15am Tuesday morning, and they had a tech here by 10:30am. Cecil was very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed and explained the problem, and provided me with options on how to rectify the issue. Prices were very reasonable and it was altogether a pleasant experience. Already to planning to use them in the future.
