So happy with Joe and Cecil from CJ Air Solutions! We have used them multiple times before and most recently they came out and replaced our 14 year old system with 2 Trane 16 seer units. They were incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable and had very competitive pricing amongst the competitors in town. No hidden costs, what was quoted was done. Joe and his team are wonderful, highly recommend them!

Cecile saved our summer! Our AC died and he had it replaced within 24 hrs of us making the call. The unit he recommend not only works a million time better it has saved us a ton of money on our electric bill. Cecile was fast, professional and super friendly.

Technician was friendly enough and did put in an effort, but the issue we wanted assessed is still present after the visit and the adjustments he made. I ended up having to pay for both the technician visit and an hour of labor for a fix that did not make any noticeable difference in the problem we’re having. When run individually, the airflow in the downstairs zone continues to be significantly less than for the upstairs zone. When run together, the upstairs airflow continues to drop significantly compared to running only upstairs on its own. I don’t feel my money was well spent with CJ Air Solutions.

EDIT 5/25/23 - Tried to give another chance (this time for HVAC maintenance) but technician didn't show up and no one responded to any of my calls even after the time window they had given.

Call before 7am and Cecil was here before 12 on a Saturday! He was courteous, professional, credible and honest. He cleaned our outside units, replaced defective capacitors and showed me the leaks in my attic unit coil. He even showed me it may be under warranty! All our ac services will be with them from now on! I highly recommend this company!

They were about 1.5 hours late but with Covid and it being 103 degrees out (and my home at 91) I don't consider it an issue.
Cecil got right to work. Never took a break the whole time he was here. He also didn't immediately try to upsell me to buy a new unit. My unit ended up having a short and he didn't just splice the last 3 inches that would have made it work, he instead ran a whole new wire. In less than an hour and half everything was in working order again and he even checked the Freon. They are extremely experienced and honest about their work. I'm very satisfied.

We had been struggling with our A/C for a couple of weeks and finally decided to make a call to get it fixed. Cecil showed up and quickly helped locate the problem and walked me through every step he went through in finding the issue. He was professional and helpful and felt more personable than most repair man I've worked with in the past. I know now in the future if my A/C goes wrong I'm calling CJ Air and looking for Cecil because of his quality of service.

Cecil came out to our home the same day and provided us a solution that was several thousands cheaper than our home warranty. He took the time to explain in detail about what he was doing and why. Very courteous and professional. I cannot stress how simple this whole fix was. Will definitely call Cecil back for any and all future repairs!

I had both of my home AC units replaced by CJ Air Solutions in April. There were a couple of issues with the new units that took a few subsequent service calls to fix. Each time I reached out to CJ Air they promptly showed up and worked to address the problems, and they took the time to thoroughly check everything. Many places will make you wait, or take several days (and sometimes weeks) to come out for a service call. CJ Air has always been available no matter what time of day, and even on the weekend. I highly recommend CJ Air for their expertise and reasonable prices.

I just had CJ Air Solutions install a new AC Unit at my Condo. So far, so good.

Cecil was able to troubleshoot my AC issues same day as the issue was reported. He let me know the issues of my AC and was very knowledgeable. He had great communication (phone and text), WONDERFUL customer service and great pricing (I did not have a large budget)!

I went into this very stressed and I have never dealt with an issue like this and Cecil made it feel less of a hassle.

Great experience every step of the way. Great communication with scheduling and with our technician. Cecil was prompt and professional, arrived early, assessed the problem quickly, and did quality work. The company's price for a service call was the best price out of every other company I had called (e.g. others charged more than 50% more) and the price for our service was reasonable. Cecil also explained why the problem developed and recommended ways to maintain the system to keep it from happening again (this was an A/C repair). I highly recommend this company to anyone in the area who needs HVAC services!

I called CJ Air Solutions when our AC was not cooling as it should. I prefer to use local companies and we hired them last year to replace a capacitor which seemed to work out fine at the time. They were quick to answer and schedule an appointment, however, they no-showed on me and then showed up unannounced the next day. They found several issues with my system and charged me $700. Unfortunately, the original problem still wasn't fixed. I called them back and they scheduled a new appointment. The appointment window came and went with no call. I contacted them and they said they would still be coming out later in the day. First, he said the issue was a capacitor which was covered under warranty from a year ago. But before he left, he said that after speaking with his boss, the issue was something else in which I needed to spend another $180. He said they were giving me a break on the price since they missed the issue in the previous visit. I just wanted it fixed so authorized the additional repair. The next day, we are still having the same original problem and I'm out almost $900. CJ Air Solutions is either incompetent, dishonest or both. I do not recommend calling them if you value your time and money.

CJ is a great service provider. Called on Tuesday and they were out that evening. Unfortunately I needed a new heat pump unit. Got another bid and CJ was half of the second quote. Called them and scheduled a new unit . They installed the next day. I had used my previous ac repair company for over 20 years. I will only use CJ in the future. Install went perfectly.
