I had this company out to look at my washer, which is only 5 years old. I paid $100 for the service call, but unfortunately, I don’t feel like I received any real value for that money. The technician spent about 30 minutes with the machine but wasn’t able to determine the actual issue. In the end, they recommended I call the manufacturer instead since he had never seen anything like this and thought it could be the transmission or motor.

While the technician was polite and quick to come out the same day I called, I’m disappointed that after paying for the visit, I’m still left with the same problem and no real answers. For the cost, I expected at least a clear diagnosis or more effort to troubleshoot beyond referring me elsewhere.

We had a great experience and would hire Around the Clock again. He arrived promptly, did a proper diagnostic, explained the issue coherently (in English), and fixed our washing machine for a fair price. He was also well spoken and demonstrated professional demeanor. All around 5 stars and I highly recommend. Just hire this guy. I’m very critical of some of these repair companies, but he earned five stars. Be wary of those other repair companies who have fake Google reviews and guys who will call their company and speak a different language (Russian, Ukranian)to them in front of you because they know you don’t understand. Those other companies will try to overcharge you. That was not an issue with Around the Clock. They’ve earned my trust.

Came to my rescue when refrigerator stopped keeping things cold. Came in assessed the problem and replaced the part, very reasonable price. Explained any problems that could arise. In and out in under an hour and was punctual on arrival. I highly recommend

I had an issue with my washing machine. To be honest I used Chat GPT to find local repair places in my area. They were actually number one on my list when I asked them to rank the list. I called he said he could get someone out in the evening. Gave me a reasonable quote, it was the motor not draining. He came out trouble shooted the issue, replaced the motor. Proceeded to take the time to make sure nothing was leaking anywhere. I was happy with the service and will be using them every time for any appliance issue they handle. To be honest I wanted to wait for some time just to make sure and I usually don't take the time to right reviews but they were on point and highly recommend! The washer was fixed about a month ago now and works like new. Thank you!

Professional and straightforward service. Scheduling was easy, Mr V answered right away when I called. We discussed the issue of my microwave making a burning smell. Mr V promptly scheduled me for the next morning and arrived within his specified window of time, he also called before his arrival to let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived, he was able to quickly identify the issue - a false contact in the wiring. He re-wired the connection and the problem was resolved. Price was fair and half of what it would have cost to replace the microwave. Very thankful for Mr V!
