Super friendly repair man, Vass was his name, he might have been the owner of Mr V's.
Anyway he was very knowledgeable and very efficient! He made our old washer run like it was brand new again after putting in a few new parts.
I highly recommend his services and if I ever need another appliance repaired he will be the one I call!

Mr. V really does live up to the great reviews online. My washing machine stopped working abruptly and he was nice enough to come out and take a look at it within a few hours of me calling. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and showed me that the issue was due to the coupling. He explained how it worked and what the fix would be like/cost of everything. He only took payment when he was done with the job and overall was a great experience. Definitely would recommend anyone calling him if they have appliance repair needs.

Stay away from this company. Highly UNPROFESSIONAL service. We paid for the service call which was $69. He came out on a Wednesday, said he would call/text us in an hour once he knew what part was needed. Called us back three days later. Saturday comes (three days later) and he did not NOT SHOW UP. We called him multiple times from different phone to no answer. We basically paid $69 for nothing. Our washer is still broken. Disappointed with this service. Save your money folks.

Guy who said is the owner came out to fix my Samsung washer. The code the washer is giving can be several issues. The guy just cleaned the pump and didn't check anything else and took my $150. My washer is not very old, so the pump could not be that dirty. I would assume any intelligent person would check all options. People don't know what to look out for or what can be wrong with they're appliances so we just get ripped off. I've called the guys a few times to come back and get the repair done right. He was very rude and told me and my wife that we need to get it together and have no clue what we're talking about. Worst service ever. I've invested into the repair and has been done. I all I want is for the repair to get done and he can't do it. Please stay away from this company. I would not recommend them if my life depended on it.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Came out requested I pay partial in cash so they can get the part and come back the next day. A WEEK later he FINALLY showed up at 7 at night banged very loudly on my front load washer and after running my washer 3 times I have water pouring out the front of my front loader. Refuses my calls but will answer if I call from a number they don't recognize. Tells me that he is in the "hospital" and they will get back to me later. I said that is not good enough send another tech and the lady said have a great day and hung up on me. The most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. DO NOT USE THEM. I paid $419.00 and my washer is worse then it was before they came.
