This has been by far the worst service I've received from a repair company. Been on the phone all morning to get my issues resolved and no manager ever called me back. Complete disarray of poor communication with the office and office sharing different information with the tech and myself. The hours I spent trying to get answers, being charged a large amount without even being told an estimate or what needed to be done has caused me such grief. I highly don't recommend this company unless the office can get their communication together. Oh by the way $250 is the minimum labor they will charge no matter how small the job is which was told to me way after the fact and not prior to the service.

This company of apparently independent contractors seems to be scamming individuals. The address itself does not lead to an actual company. The only way I found out is because I drove to the address and it leads to a shopping center at the quarry. When I called the number, whoever answers says that it’s the wrong number and then hangs up. The person (Patrick Phillips) who came out before all of this accrued. Payment was done for the part and since then nothing. He seemed to be trustworthy but since the day of coming out there has been no contact. So it appears they’re running a scam with some and majority of these reviews seem to be bots saying the same thing each time.
