I’d say zero stars if I could. Poor communication, took five months to do a clean and change a compressor on two units, only to get charged similar to just buying new units. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend doing any business with them.

This place is very professional and knowledgeable! I brought my commercial margarita machine in as it wasn’t working and I wanted it fixed for a party I was hosting. The technician, Matt, was very knowledgeable and took my needs into consideration. They had it fixed in no time and I was able to use it for my party! Very grateful for their services and staff was very friendly!

I work with an HOA management company and reached out to Axxon Services and was completely impressed with their services. Molly was exceptional in getting things scheduled and walking me through the process. The tech on site was courteous, fast and was detailed in his work. Molly then circled back to make sure everything was to plan. Great job Axxon and Thank You Molly!!

I had a company come out, and tell me I needed a new compressor for my walk in freezer. I was told it would take 1 week for the compressor to get here, and was way over my budget I called this company. I spoke to someone in the office who was difficult to communicate with, but then they sent a tech named Anthony out. Anthony came to look at my freezer only to find out my contactor was bad not the compressor. He had me up and running in the same day. Thank u for ur honesty and professional service! If i have any other problems I will be requesting Anthony in the future.

Came in to work to find my Walk-In cooler at 60 degrees. Called several places that had websites saying that they do commercial service but had no luck; some of them said that they do not do commercial at this time? I then called Axxon. The dispatcher Joe was quick to address my needs, and the tech Jason showed up in about a half hour. They were both very professional. Jason showed me pictures before and after providing detailed information. He kept me informed throughout the repair, diagnosis, quote , and repair. Could not have been a better experience, thank you very much!! Great to find a responsible and reliable commercial HVAC contractor.

We have had a relationship with Axxon services for nearly one year. I have always found them quick to respond and easy to deal with. Great leadership & always willing to compromise! I would not deal with anyone else in terms of restaurant kitchen equipment and or maintenance.

I've been having issues with my HVAC system for one of my properties. I had already called 1 company to take a look but they were completely unhelpful so I tried Axxon instead. They were VERY helpful, prompt and fair. Their tech Matt explained every issue and step of the process and pricing. I will definitely use them again and I absolutely recommend them!

First and foremost is the customer service. Above average. This is a lost art. From the phone operator, secretary, service representative to the owner, everyone was engaged in providing positive and professional service. Everyone operated as if they are all accountable to the customer.
As the owner of a mobile food kitchen, I required work that was not considered a standard procedure in addition to being on the road. Time was of the essence. After the evaluation, the service representative returned and stayed until the job was completed. Experience and “ out- of- the- box” willingness resulted in a very satisfactory result. He was invested in his job and for me to be able operate my business as quickly and safely as possible. A follow up phone call the next day was much appreciated and unexpected. In my opinion this is a direct result of positive and supportive owners who care about their employees and their customers.

I was going to give this company a negative review due to my most recent experience however after receiving a call from one of the owners my experience and review have changed.

We have used Axxon several times for our restaurants and while not cheap they have always been reliable and have done a reasonable job at or about the same cost as the competition. On this particular visit we had issues that we were not satisfied with and had worked almost a month to get resolved. During this time I spoke with and employee by the name of Candace who was always pleasant to deal with though seemed to have her hands tied on what help she could provide. During my call with her today she gave me the final answer from her boss which was not the resolution I was looking for. I expressed my concern with the resolution and advised Candace to share my concern with her boss. Candace politely thanked me and said she would share my comments, which with most companies means that is the end of the conversation.

To my surprise, Candace did indeed discuss the matter with one of the company owners who called me back immediately. Genevie, the owner was very professional and listened to my concern. She took the time to find a solution and showed that she truly cares about customer service.

My experience with Axxon has been a great! Nina and the team are always very kind and commutative.

We had scheduled to have 8 of our frosty factory machines serviced by this company, to come out first thing in the morning (8am) so that it wouldn’t interfere with business when we opened at noon.
We had to call them back several times to schedule, confirm the appointment only to realize they put down the wrong day for our appointment.
Day of appointment comes around, it’s an hour past 8, no tech or call from company. We give them a call, they tell us the tech had a family emergency.

No communication whatsoever, they make it so hard to give them money

My fellow daiquiri bar owners, Do not use this company, they’ll charge your card and not even show up

I’m amazed how quickly I received services each time I’ve contacted Axxon Services. I live in San Antonio, Texas and our summers are very hot. Our AC went out. Most companies couldn’t fit me in for at least 1-3 days; however, Axxon Services fit me in the same day. The technician was kind, professional, and trouble shouted our issue right away. By the end of the day, we had cool air again. I’ve also called them for a Washer repair. Again, they were prompt and corrected the issue. The service provided is definitely worth the money. I had the privilege of meeting the owners and was even more pleased to see how much they enjoy this business and how much knowledge and experience they had.

Axxon is always available and provides great Servicie to our PJ’s Coffee.

The quick response and the efficient completion of the recent service task was well executed and appreciated. The tech attention to detail ensured the issue could be addressed promptly minimizing future downtime. Great Job everyone!

Love working with Krystal! She is quick to get me booked when I need service at the restaurant I work at. She also goes above and beyond to try and get things done quickly. Krystal is fantastic!

My regular freezer repair guy retired, so I was needing someone new to keep the freezers up and running at my store. These folks have been great! Excellent customer service, lots of follow up, and the techs have been really good to work with. Definitely recommend!

Krystal at Axxon Services is very efficient and helpful. Every time I call for service she is always willing to help out. Keep up the good work!! PS the techs are very informative as well, and they do a good job when fixing broken equipment. I have been using this company to maintenance and fix my equipment for long time.

Recently had Axxon service a fryer in our restaurant. After the technician diagnosed the issue, he quoted me "about $700.00" to make the repairs. I made it specifically clear to the technician that a new unit would run me $1000.00 to replace all together so I did not want to go over that amount. After approving the parts and repairs that according to him would 99% fix the issues we were having with the equipment, we went forward with the work. Later that day I get a call from Axxon that parts and labor for the work performed were over $1400.00. I mentioned the amount the technician had discussed with me only to be told the technicians shouldn't be discussing price with customers. I wasn't happy about it, but I agreed to pay it so they got me.
A few hours later I needed the technician sent back out as the unit was still not working correctly (It would turn-off without notice, part of the on-going issue and service call). Here was a great chance for Axxon to show me they actually cared to keep my business but instead they told me that if the technician had to go out and diagnose other issues that I would be charged again. I really just needed him to check the parts and work he had already performed but ultimately I was charged an additional two hours of labor. Zero transparency, very poor customer service and workmanship as the fryer was ultimately not fixed and is still causing us issues. I was later told by the technician it could be the gas valve, or maybe the fryer was built for propane use not natural gas. As a small business owner, I would wholeheartedly avoid doing business with Axxon Services and saving yourself from the same costly and regrettable mistake I made.
